Every time I've been here the customer service could not have been better. The food has always been good. The only minus I see is that the prices are quite high for fast food. The combo meal my husband got was almost $10. That seems more in line with a sit down restaurant than a fast food place. Other than that, I'm a fan and will be returning. read more

Just like every other Chick-fil-A, the service here was exceptional!!! I have never had a bad experience here. The line was long for the drive through, but it was managed so well, and went quickly. Every employee I had contact with was so nice, and they were so polite. That is my favorite thing about coming here...along with the delicious food. What can I say this place is phenomenal! You don't get as much variety when living in the AV until very recently. This is one of the new restaurants in town that really knocks your socks off. When I say "no pickles" it means I don't even want to flavor of my sandwich to have even a hint of the taste. It has happened to me a couple times now and I'm done. Hard to believe this is a fast food restaurant. The staff is unbelievably friendly, the food - lunch and breakfast is great and I love that they close on Sundays so their employees can go to church and spend time with their families. Went through the drive through, found out the girl on the other end had the same name as me. I think I made her laugh so hard she couldn't finish my order! And the window person was a guy with the voice of a radio host. I was blown away how cool he made it all sound lol he repeated my order in a announcer style! This drive thru is killing me! I thought the purpose was to grab and go but instead I've been waiting longer out side. The worst part is that once you get in line there is no way out! I'm sorry to be writing this as the food is usually good. I have been going to Chick-fil-A in different states for as long as I can remember. Love the chicken and the waffle fries. On my last trip Staff unfamiliar with how the award points work. So I had to pay. On one trip my Chicken nuggets (a few were raw). Another trip Request a special order and received the total opposite. On one visit I could hear a manager talking to I guess new hires that they will get familiar with regular guests and one lady has issues and they would recognize her. You go into a place to eat, you place your order and I don't think it's too much to get what you asked for. A place offers incentives(reward points) you should be able to use them. read more

I am so mad at chick-fil-A. I'm never coming here again ,the customer service is awful and the drive thru took almost 10 min, when the guy gave me the order I asked him is that all and he assured me that it was all there so I trusted him and when I got home 25 min later I checked my food and they had given me my order completely wrong I was missing 4 large fries and a spicy chicken. I had to drive back another 25 min and they told me everything was in the bag like wtf why would I drive 25 min for no reason they were accusing me of eating the missing food this is absolutely ridiculous that I would spend around $50 and waste my time, money and gas just to get my refund isn't this supposed to be a Chirstian company ? If I would've went to McDonald's even they would've gave me better customer service and they would've at least apologized for any inconvenience. I am not recommending any of my family or friends to come here. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I work retail, so I would say I'm experienced in customer service and I must say what a refreshing experience it was to go into this location. Clean, friendly and always smiling staff, and they were very attentive! My daughter is two and they have a play area for small kids even better!!! Their food was good and quickly made! Not only that but the other customers there were happy because of the service. One gentleman refilled my drink for me because I was watching my daughter. When I first came in and went to sit down the table had some crumbs which I was going to clean but the staff insisted I didn't and immediately cleaned it for me. I would recommend to anyone! This Chick-fil-A is always busy but I take that as a good sign: other people like it, food is good, good service. Today i asked an employee a question regarding the ingredients of spices used on grilled chicken and CASSANDRA gave me a computer print out from the register that listed the ingredients. She said she could do that for any food they serve (in case someone else wants to know). She offered to do that extra step and that is what makes a difference between good service and great service! I told her I'm working on relieving some food allergies and she recommend a shop adjacent to Chick-fil-A (indication of a good neighbor of nearby stores) for low cost, high quality groceries. And I truly appreciated that information today. I will continue to eat at Chick-fil-A because i know what's in the food. Thanks. read more

Chick-fil-A is known to have excellent customer service and reasonable food. Two orders in a row I got my drink order wrong I mentioned this to the manager on duty at 12 on December 12 and he Shrugged It Off. Thus making this be the worst Chick-fil-A that I have visited in the past 7 years. Over a few pennies he is worried than making it right. I even offer to pay but took so long to react that he seamed not wanting to fix it. I still left with wrong order. He did not even say "my pleasure". read more
