On Friday, July 12, I placed a mobile order, and a member of management informed me that the ice cream machines were not operational and, therefore, I would not be receiving two desserts. Initially, he mentioned I would receive a cash refund, but later explained I would receive a refund to my card through the app. However, I did not see the refund reflected in my bank account after one week. I contacted the restaurant, where Kelsey, an employee, informed me that they would need to investigate the matter further since there was no immediate way to verify my refund status through my bank statement. Several hours later, I received a call from Jenny, another member of their management team. However, our conversation did not go as expected. Jenny was dismissive and uninterested in addressing my concerns about the missing refund. She was argumentative and condescending throughout our exchange, which made it very challenging to have a productive conversation. Jenny's lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist customers reflects poorly on your establishment. All I was asking for was a refund, and instead, I was given two rewards rather than my money. I hope this feedback prompts a review of their management and how employees like Jenny can be better equipped to handle customer service with humility, respect, and basic communication skills. I recently had a very disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. From start to finish, the service was extremely slow and unorganized. Our cashier, Miguel, seemed indifferent to the delays and issues we encountered. First, we had to wait for nearly every item. The mac and cheese and coffee took forever to arrive, and even when the food did come out, it was a little here and there not the full meals. They served items casually, one at a time, with no sense of urgency, despite the dining area being far from busy. When we received our sandwiches, the lettuce and pickles were barely there--just a tiny, sad amount. We asked for a little more, and instead of accommodating us, they charged extra. To top it off, the large fries were the same size as the regular ones, so we had to take them back. That, too, took a frustratingly long time to resolve. The overall attitude of the staff was disappointing. They acted like it was acceptable to move at their own leisurely pace, with no regard for customers' time or the quality of service. Chick-fil-A is known for excellent service and efficiency, but this visit was a far cry from that standard. I experienced extremely poor customer service when I called regarding an error on my order. I initially spoke with Jocelyn, who stated she was unable to assist because she was receiving direction from a manager. However, when I requested to speak directly with that manager, she refused and insisted I could only speak with her. During the call, she laughed while I was trying to resolve the issue and ultimately hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak with her again, another employee, Jim or Tim, refused to transfer the call. He also laughed in the background with another individual, repeatedly interrupted me, and did not allow me to fully explain my concern before disconnecting the call. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. When I mentioned escalating the matter to HR, he dismissed my concern and responded in an unprofessional manner. I recently visited the Chick-fil-A in Palmdale, and unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations. While the service started off okay, things went downhill after I placed my order. The fries were not the large I paid for, my chicken sandwich barely had any lettuce, and I was charged 22¢ for extra lettuce, which felt a bit much. The mac and cheese portion was smaller than a medium, too. On top of that, when we asked for pickles and lettuce, it took longer than expected to get them, and by the time they were brought to the table, our food was cold. Miguel, the cashier, had told us they'd bring it to the table, but it never happened--had to ask someone else for help. The food is delicious and the employees are always the nicest people in the world. We have been to several locations and we are always treated so well. This must be a priority with the owners of the company. I wish they were open on Sundays, but I totally understand why they aren't. It just proves that the owners care more about their employees than the extra money they could make by being open on Sundays. So happy they put one of these in Palmdale. Now we don't have to drive all the way to Valencia to get our fix. Highly recommend. read more

It's so sad it's 2022 buying chicken while black is a crime. The supervisor just denied me service and stated that I was harassing her at her job because I asked for someone else to serve me because she was rude and denied my service the last time I was at the restaurant. Why is it that the employees here are always having a good day and boost my mood every time I come by here. Their sandwiches are amazing I love getting a number 1 which lots of chik fil a sauce! Very unfortunate that they close Sunday's I forgot all about it and tried to get myself some food right now and they were closed :( But besides that this place is great! read more

This place is ok but I will not support an anti lgbtQ place. There are many other options out there that you can find beside Chick-fil-A.
