This chic fil a is on a whole other level when it comes to fast food! Their service is impeccable! They even greeted us at the door with a hand shake! The place was crazy busy (i can see why), but they flew through orders and provided samples and AWESOME customer service during our brief wait for our food. The customer service is outstanding. The food is delicious. They do a great job of catering to families. We will be back with our daughter. Loved the mix of self service and catered service. Our drinks were continually offered to be refilled and our trash was cleared for us. Kudos to the staff and management team. read more

Very friendly staff here. They are always very quick and accommodating. This place has a tight lot due to drive thru. If you park do it on the east side to avoid delay due to the traffic. Remember they are closed on Sunday. read more

Smallest filet sandwich on the Front Range. Every other Chic-fil-a I've visited have chicken breasts that hang over the bun on all sides, but not this one. You usually have to lift the bun to make sure the filet is there. I've visited this restaurant at least six times over the last few months, and have been disappointed each time. I'm convinced they're trimming them down to make nuggets or something for other dishes. Considering they are approaching $4 a piece, I'll be passing this restaurant by from now on. Chick-fil-a has pretty much spoiledme in the customer service department, and the food is great!! The employees are uber friendly. The management is great! They work as a team. I just don't get that warm feeling from Wendy's or most fast food places.I'm happy that the company has strong family beliefs and are not hetero-phobic, like some restaurants! read more

Crap. The food is fast food. Any jerk that gives fast more than 2 stars should be ashamed. This is not good fast food and is rather slow. And the playland is something out of Mad Max, with teenagers waiting like predators for your 2-year old. Never eat at a Chick-Fil-A. Oh, and god bless. read more

What the heck happened today??:( tried to use my calander card for a free drink and asked her to ring up the items sepereatley so it would work. Instead she rand it as a meal, my card didn't work, and she charged me the full amount without saying anything to me. I figured whatever it's a drink. Then I found out it wasn't even the drink I ordered... then I get home and open my box to a rock hard chicken mini. I love Chick-fil-A for breakfast. This location has always been very fast and the service is great. There is always someone walking around to refil drinks or clean your table. In fact, one time my husband picked up food through the drive thru. They left out our soup and when I called to let them know they offered to drive a fresh soup to my house! I did not think it was necessary but they did send me a nice note and some coupons for my next visit. read more

I will no longer be going to Chick-fil-A. I had a terrible incident happen at the Parker Location. I placed a Mobil order and waited almost an hour for my food. When I got my meal my order was all wrong. I ordered three cookies and large fries and three chicken sandwiches. I only received my sandwiches and one cookie. I drove all the way back and NOT a single person could apologize for the inconvenience. I understand orders get mixed up but when you can't even apologize for messing up? When I got my missing meal, it STILL wasn't right. I got two small fries when I paid for a Large and no cookies, no sauces, no napkins, no utensils, nothing. When I tried calling the store to speak with the manager, nobody was of help. The manager was extremely rude on the phone and the general manager couldn't do anything to help for this inconvenience. My young kids were so upset as I had promised them a Chick-fil-A cookie and fries and it was not delivered. This is totally unacceptable and so unprofessional. If the staff had apologized and made it right, I would not have an issue. But because of how rude and how the employees, the manager and the general manager were so unhelpful I will no longer be going to this Chick-fil-A. My money was totally wasted. Save your money and go to a place that actually cares for their customers read more

This Chick-Fil-A is my to go for lunch with my 5 yr old. The service has always been nice. The food hot and yummy. My new favorite is the grilled chix sandwich. My son enjoys playing in the play area which is always pretty packed during lunch, but nice for him to make friends :). read more

This franchise owner does a fantastic job. He has a great crew and he totally gives back to the community. If you are a regular the staff gets to know your name, and even what sauces you like. They are the gold standard of fast food service, and the food gets an A+ for taste and nutrition. read more

For fast food I give it a 5 star. Chicken is good chicken. People that work there can be abet like mind controlled but there nice. Lemonade is really good too. There not open on Sunday's but they are christian so that there deal and I'm cool with it. read more

All staff very friendly from the moment you walk through the door when the manager treat to you and all the other customers as he makes his rounds clearing trays and washing tables and thanking you for your business. The food is great as usual and it's a clean environment to enjoy your breakfast or lunch. Absolutely outstanding service! The employees are gracious and kind and go above and beyond to make your experience special. It doesn't feel like a fast food restaurant! Our latest visit was extra special, I had my hands full with my toddler and trying to carry drinks and get a high chair two separate employees came to help. One grabbed the high chair and another brought our tray of food. Then they both offered to help. During our visit we were checked in on, had our trays cleared and one very special employee named Mike even took the time to talk with my toddler brought her ice cream & when I asked how I could purchase one of their stuffed cows brought her one as a gift. Do not go to this location! Very rude staff and orders are not made correctly. Explained my dissatisfaction to Katie who claims she was a manager. She argued with me telling me that I was wrong and tells me she hopes I have a better day. Corporate should be ashamed of that level of customer service! read more

Just had to drop a note that I experienced great customer service here the other night. The wait was a little long as it was the middle of dinner hour, but clearly everyone was working really hard to get the food out and all the employees I interacted with were so courteous, friendly, and apologetic about the wait. They've got some sweet kids working here...kudos. read more

This review is primarily for the team here. The staff consists of mostly younger people, likely high school or early college-aged kids. They are so professional and nice!
