I've gone to this chick fil a twice and I must say that this chick fil a has a service problem. The servers definitely have an attitude here. The food is good, and consistent with other locations, but as far as service goes, this place has to be the worst I've seen. I noticed a few things. One, I was not asked for a refill, while people around me were asked for a refill. Parker is not diverse, so it seemed as if they were use to serving people who are not of color, so they just pretended I didn't exist. Second, when I was served my food, the person who served it to me was on his phone and threw the tray at me, which I found very rude. I do believe that this location has some issues, and I have seen and witnessed it. I don't know if the servers don't like people of color or what, but they need to fix it because this is not 1965 anymore. read more

Another wonderful Chick-Fil-A location that stole my heart solely. I came here for a quick lunch break and enjoyed my favorite classic selection of the kids menu + 12 piece fried nuggets. I love the waffle fries and the Polynesian dipping sauce. read more

Managers roam the floor making sure the dining experience is outstanding. They'll do the re-fill runs and they'll bus your table too. There's wi-fi here, but I couldn't get it to work on my tablet. read more

There are a few things which keep me coming back. Their food is pretty damn good for fast food, is consistent from location to location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that they are a family owned company and have remained privately held for almost 50 years. This is a rare thing in today's business environment. Hats off to a company which sticks to its guns in their beliefs and remain closed on Sundays. I usually order the spicy chicken sandwich. It is always full of flavor, my waffle fries aren't soggy, and sometime treat myself with a chocolate malt. Somehow, I just feel like I am eating a bit healthier here, even though I probably am not. This location was very busy when we got here. Lots of families and lots of people in the drive through. Even with all of this chaos, they got our food out FRESH in a couple of minutes. The location is also CLEAN and I would definitely go back! read more

Manager: Please don't place someone on cashier in the drive thru that has no clue about math. This is the worst display I've ever experienced in my life. The female cashier was about 19- 21. My total was $13.30. I gave her $20.30. She fumbled around and handed me $11.70. I told her "this change is wrong, I gave you $20.30." she said "I know, I'm bad at math is your change not right?" I said, "you only owe me $7.00." She said, "I do?" Then just handed me the money! I could have said she owes me $100 and she would have given it to me. She had no clue and kept excusing herself by saying "I'm bad at math." Wow! I know monkeys that can subtract simple math like that. Disgusting! read more

As a Parker resident, I frequent Chick-fil-A often. I justify the higher priced meal by the meal quality, fast and courteous service and genuine interest on the part of the employees that I have a good lunch. The place is clean the drive-up line always a wraps around the building but the employees are outside even on the coldest of snowy days, with their iPads, taking your order and making sure that your service is quick. Of all the cleaning I have seen, I have never seen anyone clean up the play area as often as it should be cleaned, kids are messy and germs are spread easily. The bathrooms are clean, I am always greeted with a welcoming hello, thanked for my patronage and when my order is messed up, which it rarely is, but I have received a coupon for a free meal. Totally unnecessary, but genuine on their part. The management team is available and participating in the customer service which is quite refreshing to see you. I would also like to thank Chick-fil-A for their extremely generous contributions to local schools and organizations. They are very charitable and I support their Sundays off so that they could be with family and have time to worship if they wish. and who doesn't love Christian music in the background, I know I do. A large group of us showed up at the beginning of lunch rush. We were warmly welcomed by the manager who very willingly rearranged tables so our group could sit together. I am in awe how fast and efficient this place is. During busy times they have clerks outside taking orders and collecting payment. Terrible atmosphere here! The GM and owner of this store are rude creeps. Usually Chick-fil-A has the friendless people. Was talking with them, and they couldn't have been rudder. I was treated like dirt. The older one made a comment about my beard for some reason. Very creepy, and rude people. A bad mix. Whatever you do, don't go to this one. On the way to the airport today, my family decided to stop at Chick fil a for some chicken biscuits. If I could give more stars than 5, I would because that chicken biscuit was by far the best chicken biscuit I've ever had at any Chick fil a. The food is good. I really enjoy the lemonade and iced tea. The iced tea and lemonade are the best in class. The chicken is moist and dare I say juicy. Best meal in its class. The interaction with their staff is why I eat here when I want fast food. Courtesy is a virtue these folks do right. Regardless of complaint or a regular order to a complex order, they do it right. Angela was assisting us with ordering breakfast this morning. We have never had breakfast at chick fil a and when we ordered our food, I asked for a breakfast scramble. She then said "burrito or a bowl". Not knowing that was even an option, I just said a scramble. She visibly got irritated and said again, "burrito or a bowl". I was shocked by the tone she was giving us for a simple misunderstanding. Look, I know times right now are tough. But there's a certain level of customer service people expect from this brand and this was definitely not it. Angela could have assisted us and clarified the menu in a more constructive way. After receiving my dog, Gizmo form the vet I was very tired and exhausted and just wanted a place get my food from. But little did I know Chickfale was not the place to go. As I stumbled across the road to the drive through, I could hear my dog whining for he was just back from surgery and he was very tired and in pain. I went into the drive through minding my own business when suddenly a extremely rude staff member bashed on my window demanding for my order. I felt like my insides were crumbling from the scolding he gave me. I merely gave him my order and drove to the redeem my food. But when I was getting my drinks, SHE GAVE ME LEMONADE INSTEAD OF ICE TEA. As I roared and bashed around my car she shoved the ice tea into my hands, bruising them. I then left with my sad little Chickfale meal and my dog was none the happier. But when I looked over my receipt I PAYED FOR SALLY'S MEAL AND HER LEMONADE!!! I cried for I was at my last penny and I could not afford any more food let alone a whole lemonade and meal from someone else! This was very upsetting! read more

I like this place. A lot. I am what folks call a "regular." This location is a fine example of the things that make this chain so good. Remember to avoid the early Friday morning time slot. Before 7:00 am or even 7:30 am. Why? Well, because they often have a group of teens from one of the local churches in Parker. Like most kids in this age group they are loud. Not obnoxious, rude and worthy of banishment but very annoying. They are usually "led" by the youth pastor or whatever that church calls him. This dude is often more concerned with being "cool" and loved than being a role model. All of them are an important part of life and need space to be themselves. So give them that space and avoid the dine in experience early on Fridays. The number five breakfast with sausage is the best! read more

It's so refreshing to find a fast food restaurant that teaches employees to be polite and helpful. Every request is answered with a "My pleasure." Chicken strips and nuggets are actually breast meat, not processed. Location is clean and has fresh flowers daily on every table. My favorite feature is that all chain locations are closed on Sundays to allow employees to have time with their families. Military discount (20%) is fantastic. read more

Generally this is a solid go-to restaurant for our family. We like the play area and the food is usually good. Had an experience yesterday that has really ruined the idea of ever returning. My wife ordered a salad. After eating 1/3 of the salad she found a dead, legs-up, cockroach at the bottom. This was very shocking and repulsive. Called the management and the problem has been ignored. Avoid the salad unless you are the Fear Factor type! read more

They do a very poor job with curb-side service. I only have about 40 minutes to travel between job sites and to also eat. The Chic-f-la APP claims the food has been prepared and ready to be delivered to my truck but....it is frequently a 10 to 15 minute wait. One time the excuse was they ran out of Spicy Chicken. Today they claimed they looked out and didn't see my bright Voodoo Blue truck. The managers need to decide to really train their workers and provide a bonavide service or ...I do have other "fast food' options. read more

OMGosh, my son can not live without Chick-Fil-A. Thank goodness we have a great one right here in Parker! Always with the coupons... these people give out more coupons for free food than I've ever seen. The manager here is very generous, and he keeps his store nice, clean and well stocked. The workers are always pleasant and polite. We have never gotten a bad piece of chicken or a less than perfect bag of fries... always hot and delicious.
