First time trying Jersey Mike's and I'm mad it took me 2 years into living in NJ to see what it's about. I ordered online and my order was ready when I got there. The Club Supreme is exactly what every sub should be like. The rosemary parmesan bread was soft with subtle flavors, all the ingredients were fresh, and the red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, and mayo really took this sub to the next level. I was unbelievably satisfied, to say the least. The side of pickles (for free, I might add) went so well with the sub and you need a bag of potato chips to tie it all together. If You're always in a hurry like Me, You can just call ahead and pre-pay so there's no dealing with the line, how easy is that?? Right, and the sooner I'm in and outta here the sooner I'll be Pouncing all over My Sub and It doesn't get any better than that.   Bill's Hot Sub recommendation is the #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak with Peppers, Onions, Jalapeños, Cheese, and Chipotle Mayo. I always opt for the Parmesan Rosemary Bread, You're Welcome. As for Mike's Cold Subs the #10 Tuna Fish is always an excellent choice and unlike the competition this Tuna is the real deal. Honestly didn't think I would like this place that much. Being from New Jersey (and living there) there are plenty of great delis and places to get a good sub. However, I actually found my sandwich from Jersey Mike's better than the popular deli in Parsippany. The cheese was softer and tasted fresh and the bread was great too. Everything about it was perfect. Their choices are limited since it's such a small menu and sandwich place but it's well above Subway quality and really falls up there with delis. Went to this location for lunch. I stood in line and waited my turn, then ordered a Chicken cheesesteak, then I asked can you please add lettuce to it? The guy behind responded "it doesn't come with lettuce" so I said "oh so can I add it?" The staff was super friendly and made sure to greet every customer despite how busy they were during the lunch rush. It was really nice to see them well staffed too, most businesses have cut back and put too much stress on employees. They were all very cheerful and worked quickly to help everyone. As for our subs I was pleasantly surprised! I'm not usually a huge fan of chain cold subs, but the veggies were crisp and fresh and the freshly sliced cold cuts were delicious! I am always a fan of Jersey Mike's, however, I feel they skimped me on the cold cuts. My Jersey #2's are usually loaded with cold cuts. I think I got approximately two slices max of each cold cut that goes into the Jersey #2. The Reuben I ordered came out really good. It was definitely the better sandwich of the two. This one is a bit off the path, but follow the signs and you'll find them in the middle of a beautiful residential neighborhood. Super sweet guys that work here. I was a first timer and they were really patient with me and my order. It got done quickly and during the lunch crowd, no less. I got a famous Philly cheesesteak on whole wheat. Super yum! Who doesn't like Jersey Mike's? Especially this location, as the employees here in Parsippany are much friendlier than they are at the store in Succasunna. They work hard here and have a great assembly line method going, so even when the line is almost out the door at lunch time, it's moving! I'll always love the Original Italian (Mike's Way) of course. It's fresh, made generously, and you're in and out before you even had the time to say prosciutto! It'd be all that even without a bag 'o chips, but I can't skip the chips. Literally the worst location. I guess they can't keep workers because everytime you go in its a different crew. There is one girl there the last 3 days who refuses to do her job. We always do online ordering as it's easier and faster. Well both times we went to pickup, and the orders weren't ready. Not only not ready, it wasn't printed. I order with plenty of notice. This has happened many times. One time I can get by, but everytime? Someone clearly isn't doing their job and it's pissing customers off for wasting their time. I stood there today for 25 minutes after my pickup time for them to make 3 small cold subs. The staff is friendly and I always see familiar faces here, seems like people work here for many years. Prices have unfortunately been going up over the years and personally, I think it's too expensive. I've seen this place on the travel channel and always wanted to try it out when in the jersey area. It did not disappoint. They slice the meat per order, my colleague let me know there is a rosemary bread option besides the white/wheat listed options. I went with the club which includes bacon. They offer the sub to be dressed Mike's way which includes vinegar, lto, and spices. I love when they tell you how they like it. Spices are underrated in the sandwich game. Getting it "Mike's Way" (w lettuce, tomatoes, onions, spices and "the juice") is highly recommended. I got the Turkey Breast and Provolone Mike's Way and it was perfect, 'cept it messed with me trying out this whole "portion control" thing. I beasted the loaded 7-inch sub all in one sitting. The meat and cheese are both very thinly-sliced, but they layer both on quite high. And the best part? This meal only cost me $7.00. SUH-WEET stuff! Walking in you order like any other sandwich place, they put your meats on, you customize the toppings, pay, and go. Whenever I try a new sandwich joint I judge them on their tuna salad. I will say that their meats were sliced fresh for each sandwich. I was impressed with this detail. Service was fast and friendly and the sandwich was quite affordable. Cost a bit more then a five dollar footlong but the quality of food was much higher. The tuna was good. Not great but good. Not sure if its made in house or if they purchase it but I found it to be a bit salty. Bread was flakey and held up well and the toppings were fresh.
