Shake Hands with Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, Lettuce, Tomato, & Pepper Jack YUMMMMMMERS !!

It's the Brand New Chick-fil-A here in Whippany and lemme be the first to welcome them and all that deliciousness that they bring along with'em to the neighborhood. First time here I grabbed up a Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal with Waffle Fries and a Coke. I always like to add their Buffalo Sauce to the sandwich in order to intensify it's natural spicy tangy flavorful heat. YUMMMMMMERS !!       Always been a big fan of this chain's food quality and how each Chicken is humanely raised containing absolutely no hormones or byproducts which is very noticeable and comes through in each and every super tasty, crispy, crunchy, juicy bite. I wish I could tell you more but I'm too busy enjoying the rest of my meal. Please grab me some more ketchup on the way out, Lol Come And Get Your Munch On!!

Came back to get my protein fixed and I tried the grilled nuggets for the first time. I was a little skeptical at first because it's hard not to get the other ones but I've heard good things and I wanted a little bit of healthier option. They were very tender and filling. I got a small mac & cheese to a company with and it was perfect. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a good healthier option.

The food was good as usual. But the young people in customer service are very efficient and happy.

And the fact is Chopt has quickly become one of my favorite Salad spots with all it's super fresh locally and responsibly sourced ingredients. Add to that the fact that their premium Salads are never boring and loaded with combinations that you get to customize to your own individual likes, c'mon what's not to like about this place right? My usual go-to meal is based on variations of their Mexican Caesar Salad but I've been wanting to try something different so I took a look at their menu board. I decided to go with one of their seasonal options, Chili Lime Caesar Salad: with Aji Verde, Chipotle Chicken, Croutons, Queso Fresco, Red Bell Peppers, Pickled Red Onion, Romain, Cabbage, and Cilantro Blend. Take it from me it's tangy, spicy, delicious, and nutritious plus it really filled me up. I almost didn't have enough room for the Brownie [Almost]  Lol Come And Get Your Munch On!!

Now, my boyfriend had asked for heavy dressing on his wrap, yet the guy who made it put barely any dressing on it. I had asked for braised chicken instead of chicken tinga on my bowl, yet when I started eating it I realized they gave me chicken tinga, which i do not like. Both the bowl and wrap were mediocre in comparison to places who have a similar business model. I had decided to give this place a try instead of going to Just Salad, and I regret doing so.

It's a little house and then they have a few tables outside... With great umbrellas! It started to rain while we were there and we were totally covered by the umbrella. I wish the zucchini omelette had shredded zucchini instead of chunks. But the home fries were very tasty, the coffee was good old diner style coffee, and Orlando was a super server. Definitely would come here again if I need to meet folks for breakfast in this area.

Walked in before 10, was given a friendly greeting and had a cup of coffee in my hand in less than a minute. Great coffee. I find extremely strong brews overwhelm the subtleties of coffee (I imagine that puts me in a small minority, but I know what I like). Honey's coffee was great. Choosing from a couple of dozen enticing choices wasn't easy; I went with a Mexican omelette. Served with pretty good home fries and very lightly buttered rye toast, I couldn't finish it. Little by little the small space with about a dozen and a half tables slowly filled up, yet I was never rushed. The second cup of coffee was s good as the first, and it was topped off by another friendly waitress (love teamwork). The place did get quite loud, but the sounds of happy people enjoying great food is one of the joys of life. A small parking lot abuts the restaurant. I intend to go back and I highly recommend it.

There's no restroom in the seating area (I'm sure they have one in the back) and the seating situation is super basic. I decided to eat in anyway, and the cashier very kindly brought me a paper plate with extra napkins. This drunk chicken sandwich (vodka sauce) was enormous; I knew right away that I'd have leftovers. The flavor was excellent. But I wish they wouldn't wrap the sandwich in foil like that. Not only does it look less appetizing, but I t really threatens to make the bread moist on the way to your house. Also I found the chicken a bit chewy. It is a bit out of the way, so there's plenty of parking when you get there.

Do not order this if you do not like olives. I never got served olives on a chef salad. I was hoping for a salad matching their sandwich portions. Little tiny scraps of Ham and cheese and barely a bit of turkey. My guest ordered ham, salami & provolone Sandwich, requested mayo, no mayo. Also requested to heat in oven (warm sub popular in many places). They absolutely refused to serve a heated sub. I will make a can of tuna and dump it over salad for tonight, and she took sub to heat in oven at home. The employee at the counter could tell we were not enjoying this lunch ($40 total) but did not seem to care. I will not be back. I have given this location 5 stars in the past.
