So, I work for door dash and on this particular day, there were 2 major accidents. My customer was only 3 miles away from the restaurant but with traffic it would have been an hour. It took some time to decide with the customer on what to do and by the time traffic cleared, the food was cold and the drinks melted. We went back inside of Chick-fil-A to see what we could do, and to our surprise, they replaced the entire order for free. I feel sort of silly writing a review for the Great Chic-Fil-A. What can I say that that everyone doesn't already know? This place is the best fast food restaurant on the planet. Consistency is the name of the game for fast food restaurants. You want the food to taste the same from one place to the next. You want it to be hot, and your order to be correct. Lastly, you want it fast. This place check the box for all three. How often can you say that when you get to a drive through window, your food is ready, drink is made, and the staff is actually happy to serve you? Almost never. Here, this always the case. Have you ever had your food delivered to you in a fast food restaurant, while waiting for it inside, and then had it removed once you were finished? Well they do it. This place is awesome. Free food when you dress up as a cow on certain days; the community outreach program partnering with s number of charities. Bottom Line: Like you would expect but so much less crowded than other locations. Overall, I really like this Chick-fil-A. The service and food is always great and I find this location to be consistent with other locations which is what I expect from a chain. I find it easy to get in and out of the parking lot and drive through lanes so that is a big plus too. As far as I can tell, this location is not as congested as either the Severn location or Severna Park location which I definitely appreciate. For the longest time I always got a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich but now sometimes get a wrap or the grilled chicken sandwich. This is our go to Chick-fil-A location. Every time we visit we have a great experience - quick drive through line, friendly service and consistently fresh, hot food. When we dine inside it's also always clean. Our go to meals are the spicy chicken sandwiches with pepper jack cheese alongside the heavenly waffle fries. I've also had both the Cobb and Market salads. The Cobb salad is becoming a staple for me, lol. Their chicken noodle soup is also delicious, and that's saying a lot since I'm not the biggest soup eater. We also LOVE their breakfast biscuits, but beware! Breakfast ends PROMPTLY at 10:30am! Make sure you're in the drive through extra early, as everyone loves a Saturday morning Chick-fil-A breakfast run! It's well worth it though :) read more

06/13 about 3:30pm my husband purchased a deluxe chicken sandwich from this location. After coming home from a long 12 he shift he found an insect on his lettuce. My husband does not eat lettuce therefore he pulled it out, if he hadn't removed the lettuce he would've eaten that insect. He immediately calls that location and requests them to send the sand which to our home since they were offering delivery and in fact have a promo that offer free delivery. They said they would send it as soon as they can. After waiting 30-40 min we call and follow up on the delivery and the employee said my husband was told that it would be better if they reimburse him by offering the coupon reward on his app and him driving to the restaurant to pick up the replacement sandwich Mx at this point my husband has lost his appetite. Around 9:20 my husband wakes up from sleep to give Cfa another try, he checks his rewards and there was no rewards on there. He gives them another try by just purchasing a sandwich. He orders via mobile app curbside comes home only to fine he was given tenders instead of his sandwich. He calls Cfa to let them know this is the second time he received bad service on the same day. He was told that he could get a replacement meal if he could be there before their closing time at 10pm. There was NO sense of urgency or anyone try to apologize that day. We felt like no one even cared about what happened or even cared about as a customer. Having a bug in your food is a Big deal. My husband wrote a review on their app and apparently someone tried to reach us on Monday 06/15 but due to T-Mobile network being down they said they could not reach us to identify what his rewards information was to input his reward. Tuesday 06/16 happens and we finally reach out via Facebook and they told us we would get the reward by Wednesday as that person who reached us was off that day. Today I messaged them to let them know we still have not received the reward they told us about. They continue to say that it takes 24 hrs for the reward to be placed on the app but somehow after I sent them that message all the sudden the reward shows up. I was there this past Saturday 2/26 around 2 p.m. and went thru the drive thru. I purchased a milk shake and it tasted sour. I immediately contacted the store to report my concern. I spoke with the manager on duty and was asked to return and she would replace it. Unfortunately, I was not able to return then. I was informed I had 7 days to retrieve my milk shake and one would be reserved until I picked it up. Well I went today March 1, 2022 and I felt like I was grilled about this milk shake. They did not know who the manager was on duty and made no attempt to resolve the issue. They claimed they had 5 managers on this particular shift! Its apparent the manager I spoke with does not know the stores policies since Ms. T and Ms. K. informed me that was not there policy to reserve a milk shake. So, I donated $4.19 to this franchise. I hate coming to this location. I avoid it as much as possible. This is unfortunate, because this is the closest location to my house. However, when I do have to come to this location, it never fails for them to always forget or mess up at least one thing. A few examples are: giving me just an egg biscuit sandwich when I asked for a number 1 with egg. Then when I call and complain, they said they'd reimburse me on my CFA app, and they never did! Or, I ask for sauces and I don't get any. Then, this morning, not only did I get an incorrect beverage, but they forgot one too. I understand the whole COVID thing going on, but this has been happening well before COVID. Every time I tell myself, maybe they just forgot. This is how fast food should be done! I probably shouldn't be giving a fast food restaurant 5 stars but I really don't have anything to complain about. I come to this CFA location quite regularly and I can honestly say that I have had no issues. My order has always been correct and service has always been great. During peak times, they have staff outside working the drive thru and taking your order on a tablet. They even give you Purell wipes for your hands and mints. If you're paying with a card, you can pay for your order at the tablet so that all you have to do is grab your food. This helps the line move faster even when the line is practically out to the street. They also offer a free cookie for checking in with your Yelp app. read more

Yesterday 1/10 I went to the pasadena location at 9:50pm and ordered food. When i got home and started to eat my meal I noticed that the nuggets were ice cold and the fries were cold as well. I called the store at 10:02pm but nobody answered. I didn't leave a voicemail because once nobody answered I hung the phone up. I ended up not eating last night and throwing the food away because it was beyond eatable at that point and it doesn't taste the same heated up. I called this morning since you guys are now open and talked to Tammy, who was not helpful at all. I told her what happened and explained how nobody answered and she asked me for a picture of the food and why didn't I leave a message. First off you cannot tell the temperature of the food through a picture and who would even think of taking a picture of it in that moment when you have the receipt. Also how I am supposed to know to leave a message especially when I'm hangry that I didn't get to eat. I explained to her that i had the receipt and call log to prove i did try to call and she said there was nothing she can do without a picture. I explained to her that wasn't my first incident with them recently and that I just won't come back to that location. This morning, I made the mistake of trusting them to prepare my order correctly. I placed a delivery order for a chicken biscuit and paid extra for cheese and bacon.....there was NO chicken on my chicken biscuit. I called for 10-minutes straight with no answer. I drove to the restaurant and spoke to the manager Jennifer, and requested that my order be refunded to which she responded that she could refund just the sandwich. I explained that I placed my order for DELIVERY and that I had been calling for at least 10-minutes before I left my house to rectify my DELIVERY order. She was rushing and charged me for another order and I had to tell her that she charged me instead of refunding my order. I finally got my refund for this morning and for the bacon yesterday. I used to love Chick-fil-A but they are too busy rushing everything and they constantly mess up. SLOW DOWN!! I understand mistakes happen, but these are just ridiculous and unnecessary.
