I have come to a conclusion that moblie ordering services at this location sucks. ( this is after several mobile ordering mishaps from prior visits) This morning in particular I order two chicken bicscuits and hash browns. I placed my order before i got there so i could just grab it and go. Only to find out when i get to the pick up sign my order has not even begun to be filled. I had to wait 5 mins for my order, only to find put that I was missing a sandwich. We caused an even further delay. P.S. - PLEASE TAKE DOWN YOUR MOBLIE ORDERING MONDAYS (FREEE COOKIE) SIGN OFF THE DOOR . They never add a cookie to your order and when you ask after not receiving a cookie. They just look at you puzzled or act asif they never heard of it before. Sign is literally 10 feet from counter. They should read it sometimes read more

Placed order on mobile app for pickup. Arrived and waited for only a short time until food arrived. We were shorted one of our drinks. The girl said she would be right back. She instead started delivering to other cars. She went back and forth inside several times and each time never came back with drink. I had to get out and approach the drive thru members and ask for my drink. We continued to wait and it took so long I started to complain because my food that I had in my possession for almost 15 minutes was now cold and still no drink replacement. I complained so much someone offered to take that food back and replace it with so called fresh food. After another 8 minutes that food came out and I asked for a replacement on the original drink since now it has been so long the ice was melted. While waiting for the replacement drink I checked the food that was brought to me and the fries were cold as ice like they took the original order and just re-bagged them. When I complained again they offered to replace the fries but now I so frustrated that I said no because I was NOT waiting any longer. When I got home I called and asked for the manager and all I was able to speak to was a young lady that sounded like she was 12 and her only response was we were busy and you can call corporate if you want. I asked for the # and she said she did not know it. Found survey on website and left bad feedback and received an email immediately that said someone from the location would reach out to me within 2 business days. That didn't happen. I called corporate and complained again and they said they would reach out to the location again to have someone contact me. Now waiting on that. I eat there at least once per week and this was the worst service ever. How is CFA going to make this up to me. Total refund would be a good start!!!!!!!! read more

Ordered 2 frosted coffees through the app (super easy) and was told they wouldn't make them until I arrived at the drive thru. Upon arriving, the line was gigantic, so I hopped into a curbside pickup spot and pulled up the app to change my pick up method from drive thru to curbside (again, super easy). Once I plugged in my spot number in the app, I was then told they would be right out with my order. Literally 12 minutes later, my frosted coffees arrived and were halfway melted. Before I could say to the attendant that I wasn't given any straws, she had literally ran away from the car and back into the restaurant. At this point, I just said screw it and drove home and just threw them away. What a disappointment. Waited 20 minutes for food through drive thru because car in front of me took 10 mins to order food. Asked if they could be moved to a parking spot to finish the order but was told no. So had to wait and wait for their order to be complete. The line of cars behind me seemed to also be getting frustrated as the other line was moving quickly. Once that car got up to the window, they gave them a beverage holder with their beverages. The guy in the car took the beverages but gave them back the beverage holder. With COVID going on they shouldn't be doing that. I called & spoke to the supervisor and she stated she would have everyone at the drive thru change their gloves but who knows if that will actually happen. read more

Not sure what happened tonight but my overall experience was horrible. It started when we pulled up to the open two car line. I sat and waited for what felt like an eternity (more like 3-5 mins) before being acknowledged and my order taken. I ordered 2 med #2s, 1salad, 1 12 ct large meal and 1 6 ct kids meal. My order was read back to me and I was given my total. I pull up to the window and am given 1 bag with food and 1 with the salad. After being told have a nice night I ask where's my kids meal? After looking at the receipt I was told I wasn't charged for it. okay can I get a 6 ct kids meal please? Then I get my 4 drinks and all of them are large?? Why are they all large when I only have 1 large fry, I ordered 2 medium #2's. So I'm overcharged without permission, my kids meal is missing and I have to pay for another one. I'm done at this point. Get all the way home to only realize that I was given a 4 piece nugget instead of a 6 piece. Overall disappointed. read more

There's so many things I love about Chick-Fil-A - their food, their kid-friendly environment, their cleanliness, and especially their customer service. This is the location I frequent the most. The staff is so friendly, and usually there's someone walking around asking if we need anything and offering to take care of our trash. I am fond of polite and attentive customer service at any venue, but it's so rare to find at fast food joints. Chick-Fil-A consistently tops the cake. I'm thinking of making my kids work there just to learn the value of polite service. Whenever I do Yelp reviews, I rate the place based on its competition. As far as a fast food restaurant goes, this place gets 5 stars. read more

Terrible customer service at this location . Can't get a call back and I have left several messages on the store phone voice mail. No direct number to actually speaking to anyone . Used to you could call and at least some young kids would answer . No one even knows what they are doing because all young kids work there . Every time I have ordered party trays they are never ready and no one even knows what your talking about when you get there. Don't dare ask for plates or cups for the food and drinks , you will be told if you didn't place and order for them you can have any. I have tried to reach out to owner but no response . Food is normally good but the employees working nights can't get an order right to save their lives. 9 times out of 10 I have to go back because they forgot something or got my order wrong. I'd have some sympathy if I was ordering in person but not reading the order I put in online is kind of ridiculous. I made a food run for a lot of people from my work. After they forgot 3 different orders, I had to go back and get the food. I showed them my receipt, the rude girl working went back, took 30 minutes to check the video cameras, then accused me of lying. after explaining to her that i had multiple orders, she rolled her eyes and yelled at the worker next to her to just give me the food that THEY forgot. Won't be coming back here. Also- my work uses this Chick Fila A weekly for catering, what a shame they won't have our business anymore. read more

I stopped to grab dinner the other day and was quite disappointed. I was in a rush, so I decided to go through the drive-thru. Like every other time they rush you. I know it's supposed to go fast, but when I state I would like a chicken sandwich meal they quickly follow with "what drink or anything else?" I didn't even get to finish that I would like no pickle please. Anyway, the girl taking my order must've been getting off because another girl came running out to relieve her. In the mist of taking my order she was talking to the other girl, which is fine, but when I got to the window my order was wrong. For my second MEAL I was charged for nuggets and a drink. They did make it right and added a fry. They took my card and basically shoved everything out the window, which is never pleasant. Besides the lack in customer service the food is usually good. So I visited this chick Fila a few times while I was in MD visiting my brothers. So during my first visit we went through the drive through at about 8pm and there was a guy out there taking orders I told him what I wanted and moved up. I checked in on yelp and they had a special to redeem a cookie with a checkin. So when we got to the window I told the cashier that I checked in and would like to redeem a cookie. I showed her the notification on yelp stating what I said. She said she didn't know anything about yelp. A little confused told her it's ok let me speak to your manager. So the manager comes to the window and I tell her about it and she has no idea what yelp is either. Interesting so she said she has to call the GM and check with them. I said ok cool no problem I'll wait. Apparently she called right then and came back to the window. She apologized and said I was right and went to go get my cookie. I patiently waited and she came back with the cookie and handed it to me. She also said sorry for your troubles also gave me a gift card to return. That was nice of her. I returned again 5 days later. The workers are nice and efficient. The worker even pronounced my name right which is rare. read more
