Hello my fellow yelpers this is quite the story that may change your opinion on chick fil' a. So today I had a long day of work and school, life isn't easy as a brain surgeon so I was looking for some relief. 3 places sounded good McDonald's, Marcos, and Chick fil a. I knew McDonald's could be inconsistent, and Marcos maybe wouldn't give me ranch but I had trust that chick fil a would be consistent like it always was. I ordered my usual, 3 sandwiches, a 30pc nugget and a large Dr Pepper, and most importantly my precious avocado lime dipping sauce. As I was pulling out I had a gut feeling that something was wrong I didn't know what it was though. When I got home I searched the whole bag for my precious avocado lime sauce, found nothing. I checked the nuggets to see if the workers had been kind enough to drizzle them in it for me already, nothing. I searched that whole bag and found 0 avocado lime, and it really ruined my day. I had to use my heinz tomato ketchup instead of avocado lime. And on top of that I could hear the workers laughing at me when I ordered 3 sandwiches and a 30pc all for myself, so I feel like they did it on purpose. The food is great and you half to get the chick-fil-a souse. And also they have a very fast delivery to your table.

I've never had a disappointing meal from Chick-fil-A, the staff are excellent the service is always consistently great. Their chicken sandwiches are the best thing ever. read more

DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE. They do not get around to you very quickly at all. It would be way faster to wait in the line

Food was good, bathroom was very nice and the mouthwash is a nice addition. Very busy and the service was fast.

I love Chick-fil-a. It's the only fast food restaurant I patronize and I've been to many Chick-fil-a's across the country. This particular Chick-fil-a is the worst I've ever visited. The service is painfully slow. If I see more than one vehicle in the drive thru order queue, I dont even bother waiting in the drive thru line because I'll know I'll be waiting for an eternity. The chicken strips are so small, criminally so. I dont even bother ordering those anymore because I don't want to be disappointed. The management here needs to observe the process at literally any other Chick-fil-a and figure out how they move people through 5he lines quickly and cab manage to serve appropriately sized food portions. read more

This place has their drive thru down to an absolute science. I don't think I've ever been more satisfied with not only the speed of service, but the overall friendliness of fast food workers and the quality of the food. I'll definitely be going back. read more

It's my pleasure to say that this place is so much better than any other fast food restaurant! (if you dare to call any others "food") McDonald's...I'm hating it. If you want it your way I don't recommend Burger King. You're safe for another 13 odd years at subway but don't get used to it Jared Fogle might get off easy in more ways than one. This is the friendliest food place in Perrysburg. There's so many fresh chicken options, but their chicken biscuits are my favorite!!

This how a fast food restaurant should run, quick and efficient. Not to mention friendly as well. We recieved our rather large order and pulled into an adjacent parking lot to eat. And when my wife started getting the food out of the bag she noticed we were missing about half of our order. Before we could panic, there was the friendly girl from the drive thru window walking across the parking lot with our second bag of food! Great service and great food. Honestly I've been coming to this location for about 4 months and never had a problem with waiting or my order. UNTIL TODAY. Waited 20 minutes in line at 3pm, drove home, got ready to eat and it's the wrong order. Pretty annoying. read more

We live in Michigan where there are no Chick-Fil-A's, so anytime we go to Ohio we try to stop for a chicken sandwich and nuggets. This location was very busy, but fast and efficient. The staff were friendly as ever. The kids loved their nuggets and the play place. The adults lived their original chicken sandwiches. Chick-Fil-A never disappoints!!! read more

The food is fine but the prices are high for fast food. The staff is very friendly. The service seems a little slow. An employee walked around asking people if he could take their tray for them when it looked like they were about finished. read more

Drive through took a long time today. 7 cars took maybe 15min. Food was sub par at best. Pickles on the chicken sandwich were in the little bag and not on the sandwich. The fries were way over fried and pretty dark but like warm. read more

The food is great. The play area is great for the kids. My only complaints are that its so popular its hard to get a parking spot or seat. If you eat inside you'll have kids constantly running around. read more

Ever since the change in their ingredients when Vani Hari, the Food Babe, went after them, they have been better than ever. The staff is SO sweet and kind....each and EVERY time. I feel appreciated and valued as a customer. Plus, let's not forget how amazingly delicious their fried chicken is. I mean have you tried their chocolate chip cookies? They are served warm and completely melt in your mouth! and in the summer you HAVE to try their Fresh Peach Milkshake, it will change your life. Get yourself on over there right now! I think I read where all of the Toledo-area Chick-fil-a's are owned by the same franchisee--and I can believe it. Here's an ironic thing--they advertise that they sell trays--but when you go in to pick one up, the cashiers look at you like they don't have a clue that they offer such items. My pre-Christmas experience included the owner lying to me about the date of my tray order (I had to go home and print-off proof) and overall poor customer service. read more
