This location has been curtailing food and beverage options in what can only be interpreted as a poor effort to increase profit margins. The apple pie rolls were discontinued over a year ago and they've recently removed the sweet tea beverage option. You can still get regular black tea, however they don't offer sweeteners so you're pretty much left with fountain drinks or water. There are too many meal options in the Happy Valley/Norterra area to continue to patronize eating establishments that keep removing options one by one in the name of profit and greed. read more

I have been eating here ever since I was very young and especially this specific location. As time goes by the customer service here has changed. I have notice some the workers there are hostile towards me and make me feel so comfortable going there to eat. Recently someone that I had conflict with now works there and could you not the food was bad! I order broccoli beef and orange chicken. He put full on broccoli and little beef. ALSO the orange was very small and stale. I recommend to go to another location because their customer service is hostile and not inviting to where I feel scared and uncomfortable getting food there. read more

Not sure what has happened to this Panda. It used to be so good. But lately, not so much. Tonight I got the green bean and chicken breast entree - the chicken just had a weird texture to it - was it really chicken? Then I asked if the mushroom chicken was white meat. The gal said no. So I said, then I will get the teriyaki grilled chicken. It looked like a chicken breast (and you would think if it wasn't she would have said something). Got home and it was some sort of weird formed dark meat - ewwwwwwwwwww. Even the cream cheese wontons were icky tonight. But the fortune cookies were good. Not sure what kind (or quality) of meat they are using, but ick! I would rather pay more and get good quality. Sad that I threw away most of my dinner! read more

This location is consistently horrible. Unfortunately, last night was just another reminder of why I should've stopped giving them chances. I keep hoping they'll get it together, but the service here continues to be rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. I placed my order online one hour before closing, plenty of time for them to prepare what I paid for. When I arrived, the staff member told me they were "out of everything except noodles and orange chicken." That's it. And instead of offering alternatives, a refund, or even an apology, she acted like it wasn't a big deal and just gave me double noodles and orange chicken--even though I paid for different sides. If they close at a certain time, they should have enough food to serve customers until then. It makes no sense to accept full-price online orders while having almost none of the items available. This isn't a one-time issue either. Every single time I visit this location, it's something--missing items, rude staff, or poor communication. It's frustrating to spend your money and never receive what you actually paid for. I'm extremely disappointed and honestly don't think I'll be returning to this location again. read more

Panda has been our favorite for long. This is in our neighborhood and hence we visit this place often. Never had any bad experience as such. There are a couple of times when the serving lady gave almost double meat when we went to get food before closing time. Staff is overall nice. A Panda Bowl with white rice and orange chicken was ordered and we received Kung Pao chicken instead. The receipt on the outside of the bag correctly stated what was ordered as well as the sticky tag affixed to the lid of the bowl. This has become a continual problem with this location, so I guess we are practicing the definition of insanity by giving them repeated opportunities to provide orders for food as requested. read more

Was no food during dinner time . I had to wait for orange chicken. The team lead told me it would be about 5 minutes and I waited over 15 minutes until I realized they had already been serving orange chicken to new customer and never told me that the orange chicken was ready . Not the best food and everything was super greasy. The Chow Mein used to be there best dish but even that wasn't tasting good and it wasn't the usual thin noodles being used. The Sesame chicken was hard and the string beans chicken had few pieces of dark meat but they said it was all white meat chicken. Panda needs to up there game here. read more

I thought I would give this location one last chance but they just can't seem to win me over. More often than usual, they rush and put no actually focus on a customers order and just hurry down like it's an assembly line and throw food in a container. I get the importance of quick customer service but SLOW DOWN, listen and actually engage with the customer. It was not even busy when I was there yet they still found a way to screw up my order. I ordered the 2 entree plate in which I said half fried rice and noodles. The person asked me if I wanted regular or fried rice in which I replied again saying fried rice. By that point, I was already focused on what entrees I wanted and did not even see that they forgot my half noodles. In addition the fried rice was very dried out and was all clumped together and just could not eat it. And then the one entree of Kung Pao chicken, I had mostly veggies and like 4 tiny pieces of chicken in which it's their responsibility to make sure it's a fair serving size or if needs to be replenished. This panda is so slow. Very slow to acknowledge you when you walk in or are standing at the counter ready to order. They have zero issue with making you wait on them to fulfill online orders while you stand there looking at them waiting to get your order in. We're sitting outside enjoying a meal when a worker came out and started throwing rocks at birds in the tree right in front of me. Extremely rude! Panda Express has this standard...every store I go into seems to be clean, attentive, friendly, fresh and honor the military with a discount. It's a GOOD thing! The size choices fill the bill (and the stomach) no matter what your level of hunger is. I got the "bowl" which included chowmein/lo mein (I can't remember what they call it) and the Bejing beef. I liked the way I was offered as many taste tests as needed to make a decision. ( I only tasted 2, so not sure if there's a limit). I also got 2 fried spring rolls which were sort of on the spicy side of things, but good. Overall, my experience was excellent. I felt comfortable in the clean atmosphere, music overhead wasn't too loud so I could converse with my daughter and the service was with a smile.
