First we were told that the wait would be 20 minutes long , when there were tables available that were VISIBLE. Then, our table wasn't cleaned correctly. My dad had to wipe the table off himself. Had a horrible experience here on Mother's Day. Came in with my family, we sat at the table for over 20 mins and no one came to our table to grab our drinks or anything. I had to go search for a server, found a guy and he said "i'm actually working at the bar but I'll go find your server." Then another 5 mins passed by and no one came to our table. I get up and go find someone else working. I tell her we've been waiting for 20 minutes and she says to me "I'm your server but I'm busy" Umm excuse me???! and I'm assuming the guy standing next to her was the manager just quietly staring back and forth at her and me, not saying a single word. I'm consistently disappointed every time I come here. We keep giving it another chance, hoping for a better experience, but nothing ever changes. The bathrooms were absolutely unacceptable--filthy, no toilet paper, and a strong odor of marijuana that made it clear they hadn't been checked in quite some time. Not to mention the string urine smell. What's especially frustrating is that there were only 4 customers in the entire restaurant, so there's really no excuse for that level of neglect. The management is another major issue. Especially the Manager with pink hair. We come here specifically to watch sports, yet the manager repeatedly turns off the game audio throughout the entire restaurant to play music instead. This has been an ongoing problem we've mentioned before, and it's disappointing to see it still isn't being addressed. It defeats the purpose of being a sports bar. At this point, it's no surprise the place is rarely busy. I truly hope improvements are made, because it has potential--but as it stands, it's hard to justify returning. If it does end up closing, I'd hope it reopens in Norterra as a sports bar that actually delivers an experience worth coming back for. read more

I stopped by with my son today because he wanted some wings, I got us the Cheddar Cheese Curds to start off, I will say they were a little over cooked but it was alright, the service was alright today not the best. I asked for regular ranch with my cheese curds and it took a moment to get too me. They weren't busy at all so it didn't make sense but it's alright.. I then ordered 10 boneless wings half honey BBQ and half Parmesan Garlic which those were good! My son got the kids boneless wings with fries and he said he liked his he got mild flavor. I also got charged for my ranch that arrived late and I do not like the sauce the curds come with so I wanted to switch for regular ranch and got charged for it lol the waitress said they can't switch the sauces... so it is what it is, I have done it in the past so not sure what changed. Over a week later and my stomach is still not ok. Food poisoning & horrible service. This horrible visit started with a very long wait to get my food , like45 minutes and it wasn't busy in there. When it was time to pay the waiter assumed me and my coworker were a couple and put our food on one ticket because he is a black male and I'm a black female. It was soooo awkward and rude. The food sadly gave me food poisoning and I couldn't even drive home from work hours later because my head was pounding and I couldn't stop puking. Over a week later and my stomach is still upset and very sensitive. One word - AWFUL. I first ate at a BWW 30 years ago, and I've never seen anything so atrocious at one. Maybe the worst I've ever seen at any restaurant. The wings were all burnt, and so were the sides. The sauce and dry rub were unevenly distributed throughout - some sides had no sauce or spice, and the other sides were either drenched or doused with too much of everything....on top of exposed burnt chicken peeking through the uncoated wings. Ironically The sauced ones were sitting in a river of excess that bled through the entire container, allowing us to create a new flavor of Wild Honey BBQ and wet desert heat. It looked like someone squeezed a bottle of sauce down the sides of the container but forgot to toss them in a bowl. The onion rings looked like someone hit them with a flame thrower - they were charred. I have never.made a comment on any business or restaurant on Yelp or anyway website, but this was so rotten I had to. Football season is coming Buffalo Wild Wings and this is the neighborhood wing joint - please fire the chef and fix it. I wouldn't serve this food to my worst enemy on death row. To note, the manager gave me a full refund over the phone, which I appreciated. I just hope they fix it. I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. We've previously been to this location and it wasn't a good experience. We decided to give it another try over a year later. We got there right about 6:20pm, there was only 4 other parties in the building. Mind you they were already eating. It took until 6:30pm to even be asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered drinks, and ordered our kids food to get started. Nothing, not even a single drink had come out by 6:50pm. With hungry and upset kids we decided to give our business elsewhere. We were so hopeful we would have a better experience, and excited to see they weren't busy when we walked in. I doubt we will be going back. Couple weeks ago there was a rain delay on a playoff baseball game and halfway through was switched to another Channel, manager had no interest in finding that game. Also buyer beware, they state that all their domestic drafts are $4 but here's where things get sneaky. Michelob Ultra per BWW is considered a premium draft so you will be charged $5 for that. For me it's not about the extra dollar it's just about them trying to get one over on the customer and as far as I can see I don't see that on their sign. Unless your father keeps giving you unwanted gift cards so that you are forced to go here or you have accumulated points to maybe get a free Burger, I would pick another Sports Bar. Came here for father's day after a movie. It was EMPTY. From the looks of it there was a lot of staff but our server was acting like she couldnt handle the 4 tables that were filled and kept telling is they were short staffed even though we hardly saw her taking care od the tables that did have people at them. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Our appetizer came out with the food. The food was overcooked. We sat and watched 4 groups of people leave because they werent being greeted. I don't think it's possible for a restaurant to feel any more soulless. Truly, entering a BWW during lunch time feels dystopian in a way no other chain could. Walked in at lunchtime, and save for one other table, we're the only people in the building. There are TVs everywhere, but there's no sound. It's so quiet, save for the distant clanging from the back of the kitchen. There are no staff in sight. After several minutes, someone from the back of house pops out to tell us to seat ourselves, and we oblige. It takes another few minutes for a server to finally drop by. It's wild how barren the table was. Just a lone bottle of ketchup, and a tiny QR code. They don't offer physical menus. They don't even give you napkins until your food arrives, and even then it's just a couple. There's no sugar/sweetener at the tables, and they didn't even ask if we wanted any when we got two iced teas. I worry I'm sounding petty here, but freaking Jack in the Box has a greater sense of hospitality than this place. I got the boneless wings. There are like 20 different flavors, but no matter what you choose you will be surprised at how tiny they are and how cheap they taste--like cheap cafeteria food from Sysco or Aramark. After lunch, It took over 15 minutes to get our check, despite there being like 5 people in the whole restaurant. We got our drink orders and our drinks took forever because the bartender was just messing around talking to people at the bar and not doing anything. We were then told we would get menus and never got them and she came back to take our order but realized she never brought the drinks or the menus so we waited longer for that. My chicken was undercooked, we asked for waters that were brought to us as we were almost done eating. I'm honestly surprised this Franchise has not closed down completely yet. We haven't been here in a while though I always remembered the wings being small but the sauces were abundant in different flavors. So I thought it'd be a decent and quick place to try again for Father's Day. We came in and the place was empty we stood around for a while and waited to be seated and it didn't seem like anyone was even working. When we finally got seated it took our server 15min to bring us water. We ordered 30 wings and a Philly cheese steak. LET ME JUST TELL Yall it looked and tasted as though it was someone's left overs from the night before that they rinsed off , refried and tried to cover in sauce not only were there no indications on which wings were what sauce they tasted all the same anyways beyond dry, hard, and flavorless even doused in sauce. The Philly cheese steak was stale the meat was dry and the server actually recommended it to us lol the food was impossible to eat. We ordered some shots to wash it down and it was barely even a shot worth half of a tiny shot glass at full price. Now let's talk about the service, I've served for most of my jobs and so I am always more understanding when I go out to eat. Mind you the place had prob 3 tables max our waters were never refilled, she forgot everything we'd ask for multiple times as soon as she turned away and walked passed our table a dozen times.
