    Kale salad
    Donna B.

Ever since they redesigned this location the line does move faster. Good customer service. Love the kale salad! My mom gets the deluxe chicken sandwich with no cheese. They added waffle fries to my order and I don't think they charged me. Not mad at that! They were excellent and fresh!

    Proof I had an order.

Adrian hassled me 3 times about my order. I was absolutely not allowed to sit and mind my own business. He constantly came to my table to verify if I had placed my order. I told him 3 times I had. I even showed him my online order. He treated me like a homeless trespasser and not a valued customer.

    ows a box of pickles

I would have never thought it but I can 100% say the 20 to 30% more I pay for a sandwich at Bird Call is 100% worth the money. I have always supported Chick-fil-& but the last 3 times I have ordered it is just crap. Wrong toppings wrong or missing sides ( Mac & Cheese ) or the half full box of fries. Sad to say a Vendor I was very passionate about patronizing because of quality has failed my family Chickto many times.

The salad doesn't even cover the bottom of the container. Boo!

I've frequented this location from its opening. Lately the salad portion has diminished significantly and there are always issues with my order. Please note I order the same thing at least a few times a week. Training or retraining should commence immediately.

Chicken "nuggets" size. Really, chic FIL a? Really?

This location continues to disappoint. I pay extra for large fries and it's about half full. If it's not one thing, it's another

It's called…read more"Mother Earth" and is one of their unique bowls with just the right variety of sweet, salty, tangy, and earthy flavors and textures from crunchy and chewy to creamy. There were ancient grains: quinoa, farro, and barley, and roasted sweet potatoes, portobello mushrooms, avocado, cucumber and greens, and pesto and hemp seed topping. A side of grilled tofu made for a tasty protein accompaniment, I enjoyed the complimentary infused with citrus water which refreshed me as did looking at their cheery lemon decorated wall. Ordering was easy at the counter and pleasant staff explained everything I had a question about and delivered my bowl to the table with cheeriness. My only suggestion would be that a small piece of special bread should be part of a salad or soup if requested as that would round out the meal.

I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience at Flower Child. The portion sizes have gotten…read moreterribly smaller. The sides used to fill the bowl, but now there was nearly an inch of empty space around each side serving on a small bowl of an entree order. For what I paid, it was pretty shocking. The customer service was incredibly uncomfortable. The cashier acted like I was bothering him just by ordering, and barely acknowledged me. I would have been happy to tip, but I'm not going to lie, it crossed my mind that maybe the tiny portions were punishment for not tipping which obviously shouldn't be the case, but that's how the interaction left me feeling. What made it even stranger was that when the restaurant was slow, all of the employees were huddled behind one register chatting amongst themselves. I stood there waiting while they finished their conversation, and when they finally helped me, there was barely a smile or any friendly interaction. As a customer, it felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. I spent $25 for one plate and a drink and left hungry and in a bad mood. I've enjoyed Flower Child in the past, but between the significantly smaller portions and the poor customer service, I don't think I'll be back. Only giving two stars vs one because the food is amazing!!! Just not enough with a bad attitude. Hope it gets better.

Always greeted with a friendly smile and never rushed. The lobby is inviting with ample seating for you, your friends, or family. Music is on but minimal so there's no screaming required. Let's talk food. I honestly get one thing every time. The PB and A açai bowl. It's full of: açai, homemade granola (that in itself is a winner!), natural peanut butter, sliced banana, and, diced strawberries. A perfect refreshing blend. Other's açai taste off. Indescribable. But here, it's fresh and delicious. I come here at least once a month after my massage for a perfect spa day treat. Or a healthier dessert option with the family. Kids love it!

I enjoyed my conversations with the staff working. While I don't try the açaí bowl this time, I did get some food, and I was delighted with what I tried. The menu has a lot of options from açaí bowls, bagels, toasts, hot and pressed wraps, and wraps and salads. They also have smoothies, juices, shots, and snacks. I ordered a sandwich, The Hawaiian, a Hot & Pressed that included chicken breast, spinach, purple cabbage, carrot, and pineapple. It came with a bag of chips and some ginger dressing. It made for a delicious lunch! I learned about the regular and gluten free granola options, so I plan on stopping by again with my wife so that she can order an açaí bowl. While the food was great, the customer service I experienced was top notch. The team member working answered my many questions about food items and shared a bit about the company. As the only location in Arizona, I was intrigued to learn they have 40 locations around the country with 30 more on the way. Many of their locations are on the East Coast (in Florida). You can visit their website at https://3natives.com to find out location information, see their menu, learn about catering options, place an online order, get gift cards, and so much more. This particular location is open daily from 7 AM to 8 PM except for Sunday when they are open from 7 AM to 6 PM. They also have the 3Natives Rewards Club (https://3natives.com/rewards) which offers points for purchases which can be redeemed for free food and beverages. You'll even get 50 points for signing up which are enough for a free snack. While I remember visiting the location way back when it was a Starbucks, now I can visit 3Natives and know I'll have a good experience. I certainly recommend 3Natives to anyone else in the area looking for some healthy food and drinks!

Pastrami is a fat delivery system. That is the entire point of the cut, the cure, the smoke, and…read morethe steam. Whoever built this sandwich decided fat was a liability, trimmed the brisket down to something you'd find in a hospital cafeteria, and then served it anyway. What arrived was a stack of lean, gray-edged slices with no give and no moisture whatsoever. You could hear it more than taste it. Chewing produced no juice, no render, nothing. It just sat there getting smaller. I am not exaggerating when I say you would need a glass of water on the table to dunk it in, and even then I'm not confident it would go down. Then the rye. Somebody griddled it in butter, which coats the crumb in dairy and flattens the caraway into nothing. Rye for pastrami gets a light toast at most, and that's if it needs anything at all. Butter turns it into a grilled cheese chassis with the cheese removed. On a pastrami sandwich it's a category error. My people spent two thousand years perfecting this sandwich. Somebody in that kitchen reverse-engineered it back into jerky on a sponge. There are delis in New York that would treat this as a personal provocation. I've eaten the correct version of this sandwich. It comes carved by hand, on untoasted rye, with enough fat to shorten a life. That's the deal. You give up a few years and you get something worth eating. What this place serves takes the years and gives nothing back. Two dollars less and it's a bad lunch. At this price it's contempt. The coleslaw does not save it. One star, and that's for the plate.

Compared to other similar restaurants, we really like the food options, the quality of ingredients, and the promotions though the prices are more than the other places we used to frequent. MAD Greens offers salads, grain bowls, wraps, Mac & Cheese bowls, and more. My wife and I both enjoy the create-your-own salad which includes your choice in greens (and/or pasta), protein, four toppings, and salad dressing. My favorite is pasta and mixed greens with grilled chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, corn, Craisins, and balsamic vinaigrette. I have also had wraps, Mac & Cheese, and prepared salads in the past. We have also ordered MAD Greens through the app/website and also through Uber Eats in the past. We were disappointed that the option to order pasta as a base with the greens was removed from online ordering though the restaurants themselves still honor this as an option. We still find that using the app is beneficial when using the rewards program as you earn $10 credits for every 100 points earned (1 point per dollar spent) plus you get a $5 credit for your first purchase after joining the program. MAD Greens regularly has different promotions and even sends out Buy One Get One Free or 10% off coupons tied to your reward account. There is also typically a Buy One Get One Free coupon sent out for your birthday (or half-birthday). They have a current challenge/promotion where if you make three purchases by late January, you get a free meal. They also had a great Black Friday gift card promotion of a free $10 eCard for every $25 gift card purchased. That means if you buy $100 of gift cards, you will get $40 in bonus gift cards. Amazing! I certainly recommend MAD Greens for those of you who enjoy a healthy meal that tastes good with loyalty perks for each purchase.
