From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, tucked away in a small shopping center. Once inside, there are a plentiful number of tables in the smallish restaurant, which does not feel at all cramped. It is tastefully decorated, and you order at a counter, and they will either call you to get your food or bring it out to you. On the day we were there, the owner was behind the counter and took our order. He asked if we had been there before, and since I had not, he took the time to explain the menu to me. They focus nearly exclusively on chicken tenders, and we opted to share The Three Tenders, which comes with...you guessed it...three chicken tenders (with your choice of heat level), three warmed tortillas, pickles, and alley sauce (the house dipping sauce) on the side. We added sides of French fries and Cole slaw, and the owner gave me a free fountain drink since it was my first time there. So nice! We grabbed a high-top table, and once the food came out, and I bit into the first tender, I knew I was eating the best chicken tenders I have ever eaten. Seriously. These are awesome and at a decent price, too. The tenders are very large and perfectly breaded. The spiciness matches the heat level you choose--not to little and not too much. No mushy tempura batter here either. And the house dipping sauce was perfectly suited to the tenders. The fries and slaw were great, too. If you like chicken tenders, you won't regret trying Hot Chicken Alley!

Since the combo already comes with toast, he ends up with two pieces, which he loves because he makes a chicken sandwich with them! He always gets extra sauce, and more than once he has convinced me to order the "cup of sauce," which is SO much sauce! I only do that when my daughter and husband are getting meals too so everyone can share it and it doesn't go to waste. My husband always gets a half tea, half lemonade with his combo. And of course, there is something about that Cane's sauce that is just so good! My son loves dipping both his chicken and fries in it. I am writing today to talk about my experience in the drive thru 2 days ago. The line was very long and I waited upwards 10-11 minutes just to get my food. Ridiculous. Then I checked through my bag once I got home and realize I got somebody else's sandwiches. So i drove back to the restaurant to ask for the correct food. I asked the nice lady at the front counter for a manager and she came back with a guy and his name tag said "german" but people called him david. Not sure which one it is but anyway... I explained that I was very frustrated that I waited all that time and went all the way home and saw I had 3 sandwiches wrong and was missing a large fry. I asked for replacement of my food since it was your guys fault and asked if I could get some sort of free compensation. He angrily stormed away to get the food and then came back with only 1 free sandwich card. I asked nicely if I could get 2 more to replace my other sandwiches and fry that got messed up. He again stormed off and got me 2 more of the free food cards and came back to me and threw them on the counter. I couldn't hear what he said, but he definitely said something rude under his breath. Then he walked his big self away and then said have a nice day and then that was the end of it. Not even a my pleasure. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location anymore because of this experience. I suggest the top managers give him a talk because obviously this isn't the first time this has happened to someone. I won't take my business there anymore. Thank you. Fire him. read more

recently ordered the Southwest Spicy Chicken Salad from Chick-fil-A and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The salad quality was poor. The lettuce appeared old and consisted primarily of iceberg, including large chunks from the ends of the heads. The spicy chicken was not cut or prepared properly -- it looked premade, cold, and simply placed on top rather than freshly assembled. I also ordered waffle fries, which were equally underwhelming. They arrived cold, undercooked, and lacked any salt or seasoning. Overall, the meal did not taste fresh and did not meet the quality standards I typically expect. I was hit on by this employee named Crystal when I was eating and she ate one of my french fries and made goo goo eyes at me. I wanted to throw up in my food but thank goodness I didn't. I love chick fil a , but the employees need to go. Not the first time i have had problems at this location and it seems just to be this one. It's not convenient to have to go to another one when this is so close to my home. I hope that someone at chick fil a reads this and sends Crystal to outside order taking in the scorching 115 degree heat as punishment for bad customer service. I am a fan of Chick -Fil-A because I feel like their food is quality. It's not your typical fast food endeavor. My personal favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich. I like to cook, and have attempted to recreate this delicious recipe, but to no avail. It is a perfect mix of spices, and accompanied by some waffle fries, you can't go wrong! My only gripe is that I wish they were open later. We all have our late night cravings, and there have been times when I was in the mood for a Chick-Fil-A fix past 10:00pm. read more

Is there a reason why this Chick-fil-A did not post our flag at half mast in honor of a law-enforcement officer who died in line of duty, which was ordered by the governor? I am kind of surprised because normally Chick-fil-A is pro law-enforcement so either the supervisor on duty is not pro law-enforcement or Chick-fil-A is changing. read more

I honestly thought great this is going to take forever. The young man who helped me understood the assignment, I needed 8 whopper combo meals and nuggets to go, each combo with nuggets in its own bag with napkins and condiments , making it easy for the crew to grab their own bag and find some shade to eat. While I filled up the to go cups with Powerade .. he and one crew member cooked all the food and bagged it all up exactly like I asked.
