I go to this chick fil-a location most of the time because of the location and convenience ! I've never had a problem with it before until today! We went through the drive thru. No problem they took our order. I ordered my mom a salad, which I've never ordered before! I assumed it came with the grilled chicken since that's what the picture shows, but they didn't even ask for the kind of chicken I wanted on the salad. I then asked for dressing on the side! I pulled up to the window to pay and they stated my order back to me which was not my order. I corrected them and they were confused on what I order which made me confused. Then finally they told me a total and handed me my food. I get home to eat and find that the salad has breaded chicken which I did not want. And there was no dressing to be found. I should have checked my order when they handed it to me. Like I said I've never have a problem in the past but I'm disappointed in service today. read more

I brought my family and they loved it very much. The spicy chicken sandwich was so good and the sweet tea is good if you're into southern style sweet tea. The place is well clean and servers are very nice. The Nuggets are great too and with the chic fila sauce it is bomb. read more

I would say this is my least favorite location.... they usually mess up my order. Just today I went and ordered two orders of the 12 piece chicken nuggets and two large French fries. Was in a hurry so didn't get to check my order, after I checked the bag I realized I got two large French fries and a side order of grilled chicken. I guess I just need to stay away from that location because the other ones are great! read more

This is by far the best chick-fil-A. The employees are always friendly, the food is always tasty and never seems like it has been left out for a while. Great restaurant for gluten free food too. A nice employee helped me out so much, I had my two toddlers inside by myself and was struggling because the wheel on my stroller fell off. A very nice girl got on the floor and fixed my stroller for me and wouldn't even accept a tip when I offered! Great good training your employees! read more

This morning was one of the worst experiences i have ever had here & i have been going for years. I came 10 minutes before lunch & asked for fries and she said they would make them fresh and it would take a few minutes. When i got to the window after bei in line 3 minutes i received my fried and they were soggy and slightly warm. I am thoroughly disappointed. read more

They staff was very nice and friendly. They apologized that they were out of something I wanted to order, so I ordered something else. After the transaction, they ended up making the wrap I originally wanted and handed it to me (for free) and still had all of the rest of our order come out. They were very helpful even later on, asking if we wanted refills and offering to take our trays. I wanted to tip them, but they informed me that they can't accept tips. These boys deserve something more for giving better service than most servers at other restaurants! read more

WOW! I cannot believe that Chick-fil-A has raised their prices again. I realize this isn't really a location issue but this is the location I frequent twice a week so this is where the review is going. I honestly thought that as a company they should realize you can only "Milk" your customers so much for chicken. Really, you can get a whole pre-cooked chicken at Costco for $5.00. I know they aren't the same but the concept is the same. Chicken shouldn't cost an arm and a "Leg". $4.66 for a 3 piece chicken strip (entree only), no drink, no waffle fries, is ridiculous and I doubt I will continue to be the regular customer I have been. Maybe if more people cared about the principle and didn't just spend money so freely these companies would think twice before "gouging" the consumer. read more

Everyone is very nice and polite and they seem happy in their job. I would suggest trying to extend breakfast hours to either all day Saturday's at the very least or until 11 every day. It's nice they call you by your name too. The chick sauce is to die for I could probably drink it. And while I miss going there on Sundays I respect that they close for religious observances. While some People think the styrofoam cup is an environment killer I continue to love it because in the deadly Phoenix summer it prevents your Diet Coke from getting too watered down and melting too fast. read more

I want to start off by saying i LOVE Chick Fil A because they have AMAZING employees and OUTSTANDING customer service! I camped out ing 15 deg wether 2ce to be forst 100. This experience made me very upset and letdown by the company. We came to AZ from Idaho to spend time with family. We took them to our favorite place and they were having a mother son night. We have 2 special need boys and one 7yr old who were hander foam swords as we walked in. On our way out we didnt think they had to return the foam swords and one employee yanked it out of the boys hands. Didnt say hey u cant take those, nothing. Multiple parents saw what happened and were very upset. The boys were crying in the parking lot so me an one other mom went back in I spoke to the manager Nick and another mom to the lady who took the swords. They ended up giving us them but I was so beside myself the place I choose to take my family to had that kind of experience. read more

You can't go wrong at ANY Chick-Fil-A! The people are always extremely polite, gracious, and attentive. I go about 3 times a week and I'm never disapointed in the quality of the food or service. Only once did they forget an order of waffle fries and went I went in they had already caught the mistake and apologized. I'm sure we've all gone to other fast food places especially Mickey D's! but because of the great service at Chick; I didn't mind. Exceptional organization! Staff is friendly and kind. I went there about two weeks ago to satisfy my family's never ending cravings. For some reason my card got a security block on it so the transaction wasnt going through. The blonde girl at the desk was very kind and said it was on the house. I appreciate that. She didnt have to do that and she couldve gotten in trouble. This is the least friendly location I've been to. I didn't get any dipping sauces with my chicken, even though I asked for it. Once I finally got the attention of an employee, they gave me one of each sauce, and one of the sauces was the wrong one. I tried talking to them again but was ignored, so I just ate the chicken without the sauce I always get with no problem at other locations. I expect more from CFA.
