We order employee lunches for 10 - 15+ here via UberEats quite often, but this may have been the last time. The team at this specific Chick-Fil-A location shows us time and time again that order quality and accuracy are of ZERO concern to them. The photos attached to this review are just one example of multiple sandwich mods that were not adhered to. You can see that the sandwich in the bag is clearly not a deluxe, nor is it on the multigrain bun requested. Yet someone working there thought it was a good idea to pack it into this bag, AND the team member bagging the order didn't even read the label to see that deluxe sandwiches don't even go in these baggies? I used to work at another Chick-Fil-A location, and this kind of negligence would NEVER fly with my team leaders or owner/operator. This is unacceptable, especially when you're receiving a larger order from a local business that wants to support you when they get lunch for their employees. We were also missing multiple orders of fries, and didn't receive all the sauces that were added on to our order. Okay Chik-Fil-A, you guys have kind of messed with me one too many times now. Our usual CFA is Carmel Mountain and we loved it but we just moved deep into Poway a few months ago so we've since started going to this location. Every time we order fries from this location only half of the container is full. It's appalling especially when you pay for the upgrade to large. But if I don't upgrade, will the medium be half packed as well? In any case we haven't complained about it because honestly who wants to be that person, right? Until last night... Went through the drive thru after a long day with the kiddos. I was helped placing an order on the mobile pad of a southwest salad with a substitute of the marinated "spicy" chicken for the regular grilled chicken and no cheese. After I got home to Julian, and tried sharing my chicken with my 9 month old, only to find out it was the spicy chicken. I feel sorry for the cashier because he is always grumpy or disgruntled when I come by so it's not welcoming. If I see him outside, I purposely go in the opposite lane. Very poor overall experience. First, they forgot my order, which I was willing to overlook but what happens next is very unacceptable. I waited 10 minutes at the dining area watching everyone get their food, so I decided to ask them about mine. When I got to the front, only the trainee cashier was available, and he was occupied with taking orders. Since there was no one else to help, I stood in a "customer service" line with two other people waiting for assistance. Finally when the trainer lady who was helping the trainee cashier take my order walked out of the kitchen, I said "excuse me, I-" and she tells me "I'm leaving" and walks out the building. Both people waiting in line with me were just as shocked as I was. I understand she clocked out, but at the very least she could have asked one of the employees to help me. Another worker who I assume to be the manager walked out of the kitchen and I also said "excuse me, I wanted to-" but she interrupts me by saying she has other orders to fulfill right now. I was ready to just leave, because the only reason I was at this chickfila was for my smog check, which by then finished around 15 minutes ago. When she finally came back to assist me, she approached me from behind and asked "how can i help you" in the most annoyed tone. I explained how it's already been 30 minutes and I'm wondering if my order is still being processed. She then goes to the back, shovels some waffle fries, shoves a chicken sandwich into the bag, grabs two chickfila sauces, and heads back to me. All she said was "sorry for the wait. Have a good day." Food and trash on the tables, chairs, and floors. Trash cans overflowing. Bathrooms messy with broken paper towel dispenser. Place seems fully staffed, but no one is cleaning anything. Chick-fil-A just opened in Poway and we Powegions have been waiting a really long time for this restaurant! I know there is one in Carmel Mountain Ranch but who wants to drive so far. Wanted to check it out so I rolled up for lunch. This place is huge! They have a two lane drive through and an outdoor seating area. They also have an inner playground for the little chickens. The inside had a line, but they seem to have it all figured out already because it moved fast. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a lemonade. Let me tell you both were delicious! I don't know why, but this chik -fil-a does not toast its buns for their sandwiches. We ordered here multiple times the chicken sandwich but we are getting consistent non toasted buns. Even if the sandwiches are described to be served with toasted, buttered buns as part of the food description this specific site seems to not toast them. The food is about what you would expect at every Chick fil A location. However, about 50% of the time, the order is incorrect on drive thru orders, usually because of missing or wrong items. More than a few times, we would get home, open the bags and find that we were not given the right condiments or drinks. One time, we asked for honey roasted sauce and was given packets of honey.
