I ordered one of their loaded custard creations with multiple mix-ins (I can't remember the exact name), and it was delicious. The only thing I'd note is that it's very rich and sweet, and the portion is pretty big. I couldn't finish mine, so it's probably something that would be perfect for sharing. The restaurant itself still has the same casual, upbeat atmosphere as my previous visit, and the food quality seems very consistent. To my surprise, I later found out that the Puyallup location had actually received extra boxes of turkey that day--just a couple of hours before I arrived--and they had lied about being out of stock. When I explained the situation to the cashier at the Tacoma location, they went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did they refund my coupons, but they also gave me the sandwiches for free. This level of care and attention completely turned my experience around. It's moments like these that remind me how much good customer service matters, even in the fast-food industry.
