The service here was great. The staff went around serving people and refilling drinks. Was a very nice lunch experience.

Every time I go to this specific CFA it's bad. The chicken is almost always overcooked or old and the service is almost always bad with very few kids saying their iconic "My Pleasure" response, let alone any sort of greeting or have a nice day. The entry to the parking lot is horrendous as is the drive thru, with a large metal gate blocking an entry lane most of the times. The place is usually dirty and not well run with most supervisors seeming undertrained and underperforming for a place like CFA. Try somewhere else for dinner and lunch. read more

It smells very strongly Like there is a mountain of dirty diapers in the corner, which obviously there is not. The order taking method in the drive through is terrible. We sat in one of the two lanes while the girl taking orders in the other lane just stayed in that lane and took the order of 5 cars while us and the 2 cars in front of us just sat in the other lane. We had to call her over to ask why our orders weren't being taken her response was "i am supposed to be taking orders for this lane, not that lane" We asked her if she could please take our order and the car in-front of ours order so we could also move in the line and not continue to watch cars pull in after s and get their orders taken. It was 1230 this afternoon and I still hadn't had anything to eat so I thought I would get some Chick-fil-A. It's been maybe three years so I parked one inside. I got a chicken sandwich. The reason I'm giving them five stars it's not for the world class food, but it's for the Service I don't know who the general manager is at the store, but clearly everybody was trained and trained very well. I had a team member come up and asked me if they could refill my drink for me probably in my mouth was open. I couldn't believe she was asking me to refill my drink and it's not because I'm the most handsome man in Queen Creek either when I was just about finished and another team member came by and said "let me grab that tray for you, sir." WOW I was surprised they have a low score on yelp because they have better service than most three star restaurants I've been to and by the way I was a food and beverage director at the Ritz, Carlton and other resorts for and five stars in my working life these guys could teach the rest of the restaurant community how to treat customers I definitely will go back because I felt appreciated as a customer. What a concept in 2025 I still can't believe it but bravo to that manager who's training his/her young team members in Customer Service!! Ordered a mobile pick up for a simple seasonal frosted limeade. The app said, your order is ready, someone will call your name right. I'm the only one standing in the area for mobile pick ups. The girl looked me in my face and said oh sorry we didn't want it to get stolen. From whom? I've been waiting patiently for over 5 minutes just waiting for my food so who was gonna steal it? The ppl you're serving? The nobody standing behind me? The freaking wall!!! And if you were so worried about it being stolen...why not just do your job and butcher the name of the customer since you called out every other customer name standing there looking at me like I'm not supposed to be in this stupid ass chickfila. I would probably just skip this location. It's not a clean chic fil a like they normally are. Workers are not bussing tables like other locations and things just stay messy. Today the AC was broken and it's not being very clean so gives an ick feel. Menu items on my visit were also not up to par. I got the Kale crunch which I LOVE! However; it was kale soggy. But it is rare to see a team member walking around so I didn't even get to try to get a chance to get it fixed. Of course we will be back to Chic Fil A but not this location. read more

Wack place. The play room is in a tiny enclosed area with no seating. So you can't hear or see your kids. There is a very tiny window to view your children through but people without kids seem to think that seating is best for them. All this food cost me $20 and tastes off and mediocre. The tea taste like they don't clean their machines. The staff are very nice though. Just not the best experience. Maybe their other food is good. It's just way overpriced. I'll keep going to McDonald's where I can eat and watch my kid and not spend so much money for bad food. read more

Typical Chick-fil-A location. Clean store with friendly employees and delicious food. We were in the area to shop and eventually got hungry. They had a rather long line outside with their dual drive-thru lanes, so we went inside to order and dine in. My wife and I each got the Spicy Southwest Salad. So good. Slices of grilled spicy chicken on top of mixed greens full of cheese, peppers, corn, etc. Topped off with a creamy salsa provided. We found a nice quiet spot to ourselves off to the side. The middle portion of the dining room was full of what appeared to be a local girl's gymnastic or cheerleading squad and the area near the playground had a family with some smaller children. Enjoyed our salads and tossed our empty packaging into the automated food-crushing trash can after a simple wave of a hand opened the side of it. Would most definitely stop back here the next time we are shopping in the Queen Creek area. read more

This location used to be great but it has recently gone downhill. You sit at the order screen for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledges that you are there. Once you place your order, it takes forever to get up to the window to receive your food. And then by the time you get to eat it you realize something from your order is missing and/or the food is mediocre. This is literally my favorite place to eat. I could eat here every single day and never get tired of it. This locations food is always so amazing. Staff is very nice. This location has curbside signs and parking in the app it gives you the option to select curbside pickup. However after sitting in my car for 15 minutes I called and the worker was confused because they don't offer curbside however there parking lot, sign markers and there app says they do curbside. The worker then hung up on me no I'm sorry for the confusion just CLICK I will never go to this location ever again worst customer service, horrible communication and they advertise a service they don't even offer. This is the worst ran chick-fil-a in Arizona. Typically this business is known for outstanding service and being very quick, not this location. It is a huge bummer this is the only location unless you want to go all the way to San Tan Village. Also they have the drive thru line/entrance on the left side but people are ALWAYS cutting the entire line and entering thru the right. It wouldn't be such a problem except the drive thru is SO SLOW so one- 3 cars cutting the line adds an extra 10 minutes to your already 15-30 minute wait. I hope they figure this out or have more people outside taking orders to regulate and speed up the line. read more

They did not tell me in the drive through that the parfait would only have 3 blueberries because they were out of strawberries. On top of it the drive through took a very long time (like it does most of the time). Per usual my English muffin is burnt which gives a gross flavor. I went in to get a new parfait but all I got as an apology. With the fact they raised prices on these recently and it's not even the full thing. No discount. No refund, no attempt to make it better. Just "we are out of strawberries". Cool. The kids play area was opened back up but then closed again with no urgency to fix whatever happened in there. This is definitely my last time coming to this location and probably all Chick-fil-A restaurants. I'm done wasting my money here. read more

The food is always good at Chick Fila. I went through the drive thru which is very rare for me. I was told to park as I ordered lunch items during breakfast and it was going to take a few extra minutes. While waiting, the cook came out and apologized and told me that she had a mistake but it would be just a couple more minutes. She was young and very sincere.
