I love Chick-fil-A and I eat here frequently for lunch because I work on the road. Out of all the Chick-fil-A locations I've been to, this one is the least impressive. The tables are usually dirty and the floor is the same. The in-store line moves terribly slow. The staff doesn't seem to have adequate training. The staff also doesn't have good manners that is common with most Chick-fil-A employees. The food, however, is great! Definitely no complaints there! We used to always come here and it was so fast and efficient but today I placed a mobile order at 8:30am and we arrived at 8:50 and the 3 girls at the window stood there talking about a couple who broke up on instagram and we waited 10min with no sense of customer service. We were invisible during their conversation and it was so unprofessional. This Chick-fil-a has always had the best customer service no matter the time. But after today, we will go all the way to the Gilbert location. However, the last two times we have tried this location it has been a bad experience. A few weeks ago my wife and myself got salads to go and when we got home they had little pieces of plastic in the salads. This Queen Creek Location has the best Drive-Thru team compared to the 2 other valley locations I frequent. The employees are quick and while everyone makes mistakes, they have brought that to a minimum at the drive-thru! Rarely do I have an issue with food or service at this location. The only wish I have is for this manager/operator to gift better options for Mobile Order reward days. - the QC location does Mobile Order Monday's where you can order via the app on Monday and on Friday a reward is available to use in the app. This location rewards iced coffee and soda, whereas both Stapley and Williamsfield locations reward Sandwiches and Nuggets. read more
