I placed a mobile order at this location and had to wait probably 4-5 minutes before my food came out. The service was a little slow, but the food was hot and fresh. I had a grilled chicken sandwich that was seasoned nicely and tasted freshly prepared. I also had the large waffle fries, which also came out freshly fried and seasoned with the right amount of salt. Chick-fil-A as a whole, and this location in particularly, has seemingly dedicated itself to epitomizing the fast-food experience. I have been to dozens of Chick-fil-A's in my life, and yet this location has remained on top. The drive-thru is essentially instantaneous, the staff is friendly, the inside is clean, and the exterior looks wonderful. Whenever I'm in the area, this is my top choice. No contest. I went there today (11/29/2019) with a friend. Instead of the traditional drive-thru system, two employees were out taking orders. Both women were very quick, and the employee in the line we went through was very polite, considerate, and patient. My menu item recommendation is definitely a classic Spicy Chicken Sandwich alongside a vanilla milkshake. read more

Every time I go to this location our order is wrong. The food quality is good however getting my entire order is always impossible. Today I ordered two wrap combo meals with large teas. This is my least favorite CFA bc in 2 weeks my third online order has been missing or inaccurate. This shop needs better training. I haven't seen the owner operator during the dinner rush more than 2x a year. We as customers are there more often than he is at dinner. Honestly If I could give this location a negative rating I would. It's sad because every other Chickfla is amazing. I'm a DoorDasher, so I get paid to delivery people's food. Pick up time was 6:05, I waited till 6:35 until I had to cancel the order. None of the employees even cared to update me, or take care of the order. This location is HORRIBLE! I have been to many Chick-fil-a's in different states and have never really had a complaint. I've never seen one run like this. My mother gets the yogurt and they are only half full...other locations fill them to the top. Our drinks are always 3/4 full. They don't want to give you any sauces..act like you are stealing from them if you ask for 2 and give you the "look". The worst thing happened tonight. My brother in law ordered the macaroni and cheese and there was a chomped up piece of chewing gum in it! This is the closest one to my house but we will NEVER go there again! read more

I went to this Chick Fil A after picking up my roommate from work. I wanted to get breakfast. I looked at the clock and figured I'd have enough time to get there for breakfast, but I wanted to get it drive thru so we could go back home since he was tired. We got there at about 10:20 and there was a long line but I figured it would move quickly. We didn't get to the speaker box until 10:33. I placed my order but the employee said "sorry we don't have breakfast stuff anymore" and I honestly couldn't believe that. I didn't want to cause a scene and argue but honestly if they had looked out the window they would have seen a huge line. I was THERE before 10:30 it's just I couldn't get to order until 10:33. Chick-fil-A still proves to be one of my favorite places to go with friends. The people are friendly and the food is great. Although it can be crowded, the lines move fairly quickly and the only reason it is so crowded is because there are many more people like me who love this place. I eat here regularly and would highly recommend this over the Taco Bell or Hardee's nearby. Edit: While reading through the rest of the reviews, I noticed how negative they were. For those of you reading this, just know that most of them wrote a negative review because they got disappointed once, but all the hundred times they were happy, they didn't write a review. I would never complain about chickfila but this was the worst experience ever. First off i got in line at 9:30. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes. i didnt leave untill 9:51. I totally would have left but I couldnt because their drive thru is blocked off so you can't leave. My car ended up getting extremely hot and as soon as i got to the window and got my food i had to go fast and pull over. My car ended up over heating and i had to wait 2 hours to get picked up. 08/08/19: I visited this Chick-fil-A early morning on a weekday to pick up a Catering order. There was obviously a higher ranked official there because all of the staff were only paying attending to him. Meanwhile I was at the front desk and then "Pick Up' waiting to be acknowledged for a good 5 minutes, and the establishment was not busy. Staff looked at me but were fearful to turn their attention to me. One kind girl finally acknowledged me. But if you are going to come in to train your staff, you need to train them on the obvious, Customer Service . I've been to this Chick fil A before and the drive through staff is great. read more

I always like the one in garner but I happen to eat at this one and ordered chicken nuggets 12 of them and my daughter got a little tiny box with tiny little chicken McNuggets. If I go to McDonalds I would get two big boxes for 12 McNuggets with big McNuggets. Don't buy their McNuggets its a rip off. read more
