Saturday night around 7 PM, and a torrential thunderstorm encouraged us to pull in and stop for dinner. We were about 9th in line, so we had plenty of time to witness this comedy of errors in action. Clearly something happened that was causing sustained confusion in the kitchen. This location advertised using the app to skip the line on signage throughout the rest area, but these orders were obviously throwing a monkey wrench into their system, as seemingly everyone who tried it ended up with a longer wait time and incorrect items. What was most perplexing was how the staff handled each order. I've never seen anything like it. As each order was assembled, the cashier and every employee in the kitchen, EVERY SINGLE ONE, would come over to the staging area, look in the bag, discuss it, then hand it off to a customer. It was the most insanely inefficient set up I have ever seen. Despite (or perhaps because of?) having six people look over and review every single order, it seemed like about 2/3 of them came back due to missing or incorrect items. It took us nearly 45 minutes to get our food. If there had been any other option open at the time, we would have bailed out and gone there, but sadly everything else was already closed. So, if you'd like to witness a Keystone Cops style adventure prior to eating food that you may or may not have ordered, this is the spot for you! Otherwise, feel free to skip it.

The store was clean overall including soda machine and condominium area. We came to the store to get a kid's meal for my daughter. All the ingredients were available to order. There was no line, so we got order ours right away. We asked for chicken and double cheese. For some reason, the server seemed so stingy with serving the ingredients, as if he was giving it from his own pocket. Neither the cheese nor the chicken were half way filled in the tray (as seen in the picture). I requested for some more, and he just sprinkled some on top. The soda dispensers also had no carbohydrate, the sprite we got tasted like sugar water. Not surprising, pretty much all Chipotle stores do not maintain their soda dispensers. The chicken, cheese and tacos tasted fine. The chips were fresh too. Though the food was fine and the stored looked so nice, it was sad that I ran into the stingy server and of course the horrible soda dispenser.

Parking is shared with other business like Starbucks, Beets Juice, and Eons; you can typically find a spot but if you can't and you're willing to walk from Wegmans that lot is big.

I ordered ahead on the app and am so grateful! When I arrived at Taco Bell to pickup, the drive thru had a line of cars at least 8 deep. Hardly anyone was inside. Rather than picking up my order via the drive thru, I walked inside and oh what a sight to see! My order was ready and just sitting in the casing for order pickups. I stepped back outside, glanced at everyone on the drivethru line and took off! Highly recommend ordering ahead - plus you can often get bonus offers via the app.
