So started going back here about four or five months ago and things have been very good except over the last three weeks or so the service regarding getting the order correct has been horrible. Over the last two weeks four out of six orders I placed I was given the wrong food. Sometimes it wasn't just they put cheese on something when I did not ask for cheese, but the item was a completely different item than was requested. Each time I brought the item back in the store, spoke to a manager who apologized profusely and corrected the order. Except that profuse apology did not fix the situation. Exact same thing happened today, May 16, just ordered chicken on an English muffin with nothing else and received chicken egg and cheese. Today I spoke to a director, Alba, who had a bit of an attitude, apologized profusely, and corrected the order. But after a while, you get sick and tired of having to come back around and go to the store to get the food that you wanted. I'm sure the owner Ray Cowan will have some nasty or negative comment to make like if I don't like it go somewhere else which is what he told me the last time I complained about them giving lettuce in a salad that was old and slimy, see previous photo.

This was only my third time having Chick-fil-A. The other two times were from airport locations. THIS LOCATION ON RTE 17 which is a very busy road had the drive through down to a friendly science: Excellent ordering system to get lines of drive-through customers in and out efficiently. FRIENDLY, masked staff stood in the freezing cold to take orders. THE FOOD: My son was thrilled-exactly what was ordered. Very fresh and hot. MILK SHAKE: unfortunately, we got a bit I'll from the milk shakes.

I always stop by this chic fil A in ramsy on my way home to New York. The staff are always friendly and fast and the food is always the same way you expect chic FIL a to be. The chicken tenders are nice and juicy and the waffle fries are salted perfectly and crispy. In my opinion chick FIL A is the top chain chicken fast food resturaunt. Polynesian sauce is the way to go on everything

I'm usually a big fan of this CFA, but tonight we went there and I ordered a cool wrap and I bit into the second half of the wrap and thought there must be some kind of bone in it or something. I spit it out and there was what looked like a piece of tile or molding in it. I have no idea what led up to the chain of events to finding this little surprise but not great. I reached out to their customer service on the app and am waiting to hear back about it. I was a little concerned. Does make you lose your appetite. And faith in getting edible and safe food.

Love everything about Chick-Fil-A, however, this location I think they need to expand the dining area, instead of the outdoor area, they have the outdoor area open for the winter and sometimes this place does get very crowded, also when you exit the restaurant and you take the highway, the intersection is kind of dangerous, so there either needs to be another way to exit or something..

"Soft opening" huge line and check in was over at 5:05 pm wow what a crowd

We ordered the Oreo protein pancakes, blueberry pancakes, penne with vodka sauce, and a breakfast burrito. Since I turned vegan, I've been craving pancakes so the food really hit the spot. The pancakes were so fluffy and tasted incredible. The penne was also so flavorful and was maybe our favorite dish. The breakfast burrito was also filling and tasted great. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of food and would come here regularly if I lived in the area. Additionally, the prices were super reasonable and are definitely more affordable than the average restaurant in the area. Chelsea was our waitress and I want to give her a special shoutout because she was particularly helpful and friendly to us. She did an excellent job answering our questions and even was willing to share general tips on vegan cooking. I've been coming here frequently for the past two months and I'm officially addicted! If you're looking for a healthy and delicious meal... NAYA will not disappoint. It's a fast-casual franchise inspired by Lebanese/Middle Eastern cuisine. The menu is straightforward and follows the typical "build your own" food model. You can create your own bowl, pita roll, or salad. Then you add your bases, proteins, toppings, and sauces. The toppings are UNLIMITED, so go off!!! Plus, they give you free pita bread! They also have a small selection of hot & cold appetizers, desserts, and drinks. The prices are reasonable and they give you a generous amount of food. Depending on how hangry I am, I can usually split my food into two meals. My go-to order is the Naya bowl. I highly recommend trying these: *Chicken Shawarma (roasted strips of marinated chicken) - One of my favorite proteins! It's tangy and garlicky. *Falafel (fried chickpea croquette with herbs and spices) - They're super crispy and deep fried to perfection with a golden-brown exterior. The inside is a vibrant green color from all of the fresh herbs, spices, and grounded chickpeas. *Beef Shawarma - Tender, juicy, and savory! *Baba Ghannouj - A must try for eggplant lovers!! It's smoky with rich flavors from charred eggplant, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice. *Hummus - It's creamy, nutty, and earthy. All of the ingredients and toppings are fresh. Every bite is a burst of flavor! The staff is always friendly and packs my bowl to the brim, so I can't complain. They get busy during lunch rush hours, but you can order ahead to avoid a longer wait time. The interior is bright, modern, and welcoming with natural lighting and greenery. There's a good amount of seating. Add NAYA to your rotation of fast-casual healthy eateries!

I was very impressed with the serving sizes and the freshness of their ingredients. I also appreciated how they placed the salad that accompanied my omelet in a separate bowl. The entrees were: Truffle Infused Wild Mushroom Omelette (wild mushrooms, shaved parmesan, roasted potato hash, and a side salad). Every bite was filled with every ingredient and this item is highly recommended. Whiskey Burger (8 Oz. beef patty, double cut bacon, apple jack barbecue sauce, sharp cheddar cheese, pickle, caramelized onions). This burger was juicy, throughout, and the sweet potato fries side was heavenly salty. The last entree was the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes (whipped ricotta, lemon zest, fresh fruit and berries). Theses pancakes were t.h.i.c.k. and the fruit was plentiful. I also ordered an Apple and Pear Salad for takeout and it was AMAZING! It was large enough for two servings and the vinaigrette dressing was exquisite. The owner started his business venture as a ghost kitchen in 2020, and then opened up this brick-and-mortar location earlier this year. There's a parking lot in the back. The seating areas are good for small to medium-sized groups. They have a simple menu with fresh ingredients and reasonable prices: pita sandwiches, salads, rice bowls, platters, pastries, etc. The rotisserie meats are the star of the show! We ordered... *Spanakopita $6 (layers of crispy, golden phyllo dough with a spinach, feta cheese, and herb filling) *Tiropita $6 (layers of buttered phyllo dough with a cheese and egg filling) The phyllo dough was flaky, crispy, and buttery. I preferred the tiropita out of the two. It was super cheesy, salty, and creamy. The spinach filling wasn't as good because it tasted oily. *Traditional Gyro Platter $20 *Chicken Souvlaki Platter $20 All platters are served with one grilled pita, tzatziki sauce, and your choice of two sides. The lamb/beef gyro was slow-cooked on a vertical rotisserie. It was super savory, tender, and seasoned in a blend of herbs and spices. The chicken souvlaki skewers were juicy and loaded with a zesty lemon garlic marinade. The pita bread was warm and fluffy. The tzatziki sauce was creamy and tangy. For our sides we chose: *Greek Salad (romaine, tomato, red onion, cucumber, Greek herbs, feta, dolma, olives, pepperoncini, red wine vinaigrette) *Marinated Beet Salad (red beets, red onion, herbs, balsamic glaze) *Lentil Soup *Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup All of the sides were delicious. The salads were very refreshing and made with high quality ingredients. Out of the two soups, my favorite was the lemon chicken orzo. It was like a good ol' comforting bowl of chicken noodle soup with a bright, citrusy aftertaste. The lentil soup broth was a little too watery and sour for me (I think they might've overdone it with the lemon and tomatoes). We had a lot of leftovers to take home. The prices are an excellent bang for your buck because they give you generous portions. The staff is very kind and attentive. We dined in and they brought our food to us in a timely manner. They were on point with clearing our plates, giving us extra utensils/napkins, and anything else we needed. I would happily return whenever I'm in the area!

RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Dined from 5:45 - 7:15 PM on a Friday and most of the evening crowd was older and there weren't many families with kids. There were maybe 2-3 families with kids, but they left by 6:15 PM. Most of the groups were groups of 4, seemingly catching up during a nice meal.
