Fly Eggs on nuggets do not eat here.

Do not eat here after ordering a 30 count nugget for my family. We discovered fly eggs on the chicken. I reached out to customer service did not get an apology/gift card nothing and basically the store reached out and said that the food inspector came and didn't find anything that I'm claiming so they're pretty much saying that I'm lying this is truly unprofessional inconsiderate, after my family of six trusted the restaurant with our meal. This used to be my favorite restaurant I would never eat at another Chick-fil-A again. I'm putting this review out and the pictures so people can protect their families to know. Please look at your food. Know what you're eating. If I could give the zero stars I would, but I have to give one star to post.

I've been to all the other locations in the area, and this is by far the worst as far as service goes. Ordered a salad and specifically asked for a different salad dressing than comes standard, they gave me the wrong salad dressing. Not only that, I asked for the warm grilled chicken only to receive ICE COLD chicken. Ok fine people make mistakes so we went back to ask for the correct salad dressing and also mentioned that the chicken was cold instead of warm. The employee proceeded to tell my husband that the chicken is supposed to be cold and doesnt not ever come warm. Then why does the order options on the website specifically list the option for WARM chicken? Screenshot added in case they think I'm making it up!

Ah, Chick-fil-A, ye fast food restaurant of 1,000 sauces and staunch Christian values. The service here is top-notch. Always has been, always will be. Their training of young people has got to be off the chain. Everyone is so damn respectful and accommodating here. I think if anyone ever got poor service at Chick-fil-A, THAT would make national news, because it'd be so out of the ordinary. But let's just talk about the food for a minute. And perhaps more importantly, value. I never feel like I get a good value at Chick-fil-A. Like, a plain little chicken patty on a bun is $4.00. A chicken wrap is $6.85. You can find chicken sandwiches for a dollar or two at any other fast food restaurants. I know just writing this I'm going to get a ton of flak. I can feel it in my bones. But can we also talk about sauces, too? Polynesian? Revolting. It's a ketchup-gloopy mess. Even the signature Chick-fil-A sauce is a lazy combination of BBQ, honey mustard, and ranch. On paper, I guess that should taste good? Wait, no, it shouldn't. It sounds awful, and it is awful. That concoction should be reserved for Gitmo prisoners. If you want to torture someone, feed them Chick-fil-A sauce and they will talk, I guarantee it. Sorry, but I have to admit you can get better chicken sandwiches at Popeye's and Bojangles less than five miles away on Fifth Street. I don't think people are aware that we have the northernmost Bojangle's location in the entire country. In fact, the one in Reading, PA is the only location in PA, and the next closest is in New Carrollton, MD - 138 miles away. People don't know what they have here! Ok, so here's my controversial take of the day - I'd rather have better food and mediocre service than mediocre food and great service. I'd rather go to Popeye's and get a bangin' sandwich that I'll dream about over the A++ service at Chick-fil-A coupled with a sub-par sandwich. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

The menu selections all sound incredible that it was difficult to choose. I wound up choosing the Mediterranean Omelette and was quite surprised by its massive size! It was so big that I was thankful for the available take home boxes. It could easily feed two people! (I didn't take food pictures because I was there for a work brunch.) The prices were very reasonable for what you get and the portions. The lack of 1 star was due to the lack of direction when you entered the store. All of us weren't sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. There was confusion if someone was supposed to take your order or you were supposed to order at the counter since all the tables were equipped with menus and staff were delivering food to tables. The seating was limited. I would not recommend it for larger parties of more than 5/6. It's more comfortable and accommodating to parties of 4 or less. Cute decor included paintings from local artists for purchase at reasonable prices. Clean and well maintained facilities. I'd definitely recommend and also plan to revisit in the future.

I'll be honest, I didn't know much about this place going in, but I'm really glad I went and I'll definitely be back. Walking in, the first thing you'll notice is a beautiful, large fish tank built right into the wall on your right. The restaurant is dim and upscale-feeling, but still very family-friendly and not loud or overstimulating, so you can actually have a conversation. They have both booths and tables, and the space is very open and spread out. As a parent, you can even strategically seat your family in view of the fish tank or the windows to give the kids something to look at. It's great for a casual family dinner, a date night, or even a birthday celebration. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no ramps, you can roll right in to your table. It's located in a plaza but set apart, so parking was never an issue. Plenty of spots, including handicap parking up front with just a short walk to the entrance. They have a solid variety on the menu including alligator bites, burgers, pasta, salads, and more. It is on the higher end price wise. Most entrees start around $14 and up, and even the kids meals begin at $8.90. The cocktail menu is extensive and the dessert menu is worth a look too. They also have a lunch menu where prices vary a bit more favorably. I ordered the Coastal Cheddar cheeseburger burger with no tomatoes and it was excellent. Very fresh, well seasoned, and served with shoestring fries that were equally on point. They also bring out a ciabatta loaf with butter to start, which was a really nice touch. Food came out quickly (always a plus). The staff is genuinely incredible. There's a tag team mentality where anyone on the floor can help you, refill your drink, or check on your table. My server was very attentive, and even when they got busy someone always stepped in. No reservations needed, at least when I went which was on a Sunday around 1pm. Highly recommend!

My favorite was the Lobster Bisque. It was creamy and deliciously balanced. The clam chowder tasted like "old soup" as per my daughter's review. It was OK, but did taste like it was canned and therefore we didn't eat more than a few spoonfuls of it. (The crab and lobster soups were gone.) We both thoroughly enjoyed the gator bites. They were well prepared and very tender. My daughter enjoyed stated that she was surprised it reminded her more of chicken than what she had expected. The dipping sauce added a nice touch and was not too peppery or spicy. It was well balanced. The seafood gnocchi was filling and flavorful. My daughter enjoyed it and had enough leftover for another meal the next day. I thoroughly enjoyed my lobster roll and ate the whole thing. There was an abundance of fries, which I did not eat. They were good, but did have a bit more of a greasiness than I prefer. The drinks were typical Coke products, which wait staff were attentive to keeping filled. The ambiance is a great place for a casual quality meal with family, friends, work colleagues, or a date. The salt water tank in the "lobby" is always nice to look at. The place is always clean and well maintained. The booths are spacious and you can talk comfortably without being crowded by other patrons. I love this place because the food is always good and the atmosphere is calming with the dim lighting.

My husband and I assessed Austin's differently. He ordered prime rib which he said was nothing short of perfect. Cooked medium rare as requested, tender, juicy -- he savored every bite. I scanned the menu. Nothing jumped out at me. (I generally don't gravitate to steakhouse-type restaurants.) I ordered a half rack of baby back ribs. My point of comparison is Longhorn's which offers more of a bang-for-a-buck, and in my opinion better tasting ribs. Not to say that Austin's aren't good. They are. Based on the popularity of Austin's, it's clear management knows what they're doing. But I think a small salad and baked potato should be available with the price of the entree -- not worth the extra $7 I was going to be charged. The salad is listed as 'field greens,' -- which it's not -- but reading the menu you'll see they mean iceberg and romaine. The salad was good, enhanced by their garlic ranch dressing. We washed down our meals with well-priced drinks: merlot ($8.90) and Blue Moon ($6.90), then splurged on dessert. Austin's flourless double chocolate brownie a la mode is very rich. One order for two adults is plenty. Austin's is aptly described as a family restaurant. A lot of kids. A lot of noise. Service is friendly and on-the-ball. While not my kind of restaurant, if prime rib is your thing -- this could be the place!

Souvlaki, FLAVORLESS. No char, smoke, depth. Tasted like you pan-fried a chicken breast then skewered it. Smaller & presented sloppier. (Compare the pics). Lamb Shank Yvetsi still tender, but for the love of God what happened to the orzo? Burned in my memory how flavorful it was (it had depth!) This time, like you dumped Hunts over pasta. Honey Baked Feta was fair, but nothing measurable. Saganaki had last time, actually way better & I regret not giving it a fairer shake. Telia Chips were standout of the evening. Light fry, tempura-like breading, creamy tzatziki. Sad, if fried zucchini is best part of the meal. Food disappointment aside. It was my birthday. Could've picked from a dozen places in Chester Co, but drove to Berks for you. Hostess, zero acknowledgement. Waitress, zero acknowledgement. Not angling for free desert or a song, just acknowledge me! NEVER have I told service persons (or a stranger on the street) it's my birthday & had them gloss right over it, purse their lips & walk away. My present, within 5 min of check drop was asked to evacuate the table. Heartbroken to learn of Willoughby's closing:-( Close this place too, obvious you're not in it.
