Food wasn't right. I got the number 1 and they added cheese.I ordered 2 milkshakes and they were already melting when they got to the car.

They don't get it right every time, but I haven't found one that does yet. So, at least they're nice about it when they get it wrong. It's best to not wait until around closing time in case you have to go back to fix an order they got wrong. read more

Mrs. Jackie, who works around the seating area is amazing! Unfortunately the app was down today due to difficulties, so I was unable to pay for my meal and sat down with the rest of my party! A couple minutes later she walked over to our table and hands me a receipt saying, "I couldn't let you go hungry! I'm sorry the app was down". The experience I had because of her was above and beyond anything i've experienced at any Chick-fil-a. On top of that, she was the only worker buzzing around the restaurant making sure everything was clean, condiments were given, and drinks were full. I love this location! I come by before work often and I am always greeted by wonderful and kind staff and get great food! I usually bring more for coworkers and friends and they are so nice in accommodating extra orders and bulk orders for me, and the managers are wonderful! When this location first opened couple years ago, they had drive-through issues. It seems like those issues were never resolved. This is the slowest Chick-fil-A drive-through I've ever seen. I'm not sure why every other Chick-fil-A drive-through is so fast but this one is like waiting at Whataburger. read more

Service was great. My son manages a CFA in Arkansas and suggested I try this and ask for x jalapeños which I did. I love CFA but the pimento cheese adds a richness that I did not care for. Me and my friend came to this location on May 5, 2025 around 3 PM and Mitchell was our cashier. We were super pleased with our service provided by him, and how hardworking he is. The food was also extremely fresh and it was delicious. I come here a lot because it is close to my work. The food is always accurate and tastes great. I'll admit though, this is not the fastest chickfila. I don't know if i get unlucky with the people ahead of me, but the drive thrus take me 10 minutes everytime. Every other chickfila flies you out the drive thru especially when you mobile order. The experience was great. Normally service at Chick-fil-A is unremarkable, it's usually good, but we were served by Sarah the trainer and she was excellent. At the end of our meal, I stood near the counter waiting for someone to refill my drink and at least three employees walked past me without asking if I needed anything. Now, they could have been training, since Sarah the trainer, was there. I'd say a minute passed by and Sarah the trainer tried to get one of the employees attention to get them to serve me, however, they might have been on break. Had food delivered and the bag was not sealed properly in middle.... Seems as driver had easy access to stick hand in and eat half the fries... That is unsanitary and COVID hazard to us... the bag should've been sealed in middle properly and the delivery driver should not be allowed to work as their delivery for none complying with companies health rules and companies ethics and to risk Of health and COVID viruses to be exposed to the food.... We had a great experience here for lunch. The food was great, the place was clean, and the service was top notch. I had not been to a chickfila in a while and was surprised at how much the menu has changed. I was still able to get a salad with grilled chicken instead of fried and my daughter loved their fruit cup. FYI- This location does not have a playground. read more

Today is the grand opening day of this Chick-fil-A, and I went through the drive-thru to get my order. They had staff and managers everywhere making sure that everyone's orders were cooked and delivered to perfection all while coming out hot and fast! There is NOTHING about this Chick-fil-a that follows typical protocol. They have the most difficult drive thru, and then when I finally get to the window, they tell me my cc didn't go thru.. Really??? The guy said thank you ma'am have a great day.... When I explain this, I'm attacked by several employees telling me no it didn't. I am usually pretty shocked to see a low review to Chick fila. But today was pretty rude. I had no issues in the drive thru and Sarah who took the order was great. They forgot my sauce, no big deal, but when I went to go correct this issue the first thing was a snappy ma'am our lobby is not open. It was a very abrupt male who didn't inquire why I might be there and I understand we are in a pandemic but the restaurant was a total wreck and there were folks, likely employees just hanging out in said closed lobby. Most other restaurants have been able to make cleaning and seating accommodations to allow for social distancing. They might have been imposing these restrictions on guests but not the people who were inside. It seems like the customer service focused response would have been different but looking through recent reviews it seems like this location is not ideal. read more

Friendliest Chick FilA I've. Ben to in my life (and probably top 5 restaurants in general). This place felt like the TV show "Cheers" where everybody knows your name and they always glad you came. The owner was very chatty with several patrons and had anecdotes of their meeting (one helped him figure out ornaments on Christmas tree, another they talked sports). The food here is as good as any Chick Fil-A, but the beauty of this place is the employees, and the culture the owner has instilled. read more

Everytime I come here I always get the wrong food ! I specifically let them know could I please get a grilled chicken market salad. Then when given my food it's WRONG ! This is usually how it goes 1. Register person puts it in correctly but kitchen gets it wrong 2. Both kitchen and register get it wrong 3. Place it correctly on my app but it's printed out wrong in the store. I use to work at chick-fil a so I make sure to let them know what's up with my order so no mistakes are made. Literally sucks every time .
