This location is an absolute joke. There is always an issue here. You will either have your order completely wrong, or receive horrible customer service. I continued to come to this location only because it was closer to my house. However, after this morning I will start driving the extra mile or two to the Cinco Ranch location. Let's start with this morning. I go to the drive thru for a breakfast biscuit with chicken and egg. Now I have ordered this many many mornings, both at this location and many others. One thing I learned a while back, is to ask if they can make sure to give me a biscuit that is NOT rock hard. I had several incidents in the past where I got to my office, opened the bag, and the biscuit was hard as a rock. So for a while now, I always request for the biscuit to not be hard. I have even done it at THIS location, and have never had a problem. Until this morning. After I requested to please check and make sure the biscuit was not hard, the girl asked me to hold on and then came back on the speaker a minute later and said, "We can not do that.". I thought the she was joking at first. I asked her, "If you are making the sandwich, how can you not feel the biscuit to see if it's hard or not?". Her reply was, "Yea. There is no way for us to know that. We can't guarantee how the bread comes out of the oven." WTH!?!?? I seriously just wanted to say the hell with this and just drive off. Unfortunately, the way the drive thru is setup, there is no way to leave it once you have pulled in. So I went ahead and got the meal. Luckily, the biscuit was not rock hard. But it is the point of how these employees consistently respond to things. They seriously need to be retrained. A few nights prior. Friday night. My wife, son, and I decided to pick up chick fil a after his school carnival. So I placed the order on the app and selected for the curbside delivery. We show up, let the app know we are there and park in the designated parking, and then after about 5 minutes we get an alert saying our food is on the way. We wait ANOTHER 5-7 minutes and still no food. We even see other people who pulled up after us, drive off with their food. So we shut off the truck and go inside to find out what is going on. I go up to the counter and let the young lady know that I have been waiting outside for over 10 minutes for my food. She turns around and see my bag of food sitting on the "waiting to go outside" rack. She then tells me, "Oh. We are just waiting for your drinks to be made." What?!? Are they somehow "hand making" my soda?? So she hands me my bag and drinks, and we decide to just go ahead and eat there. Luckily we did. The first thing I noticed as we start pulling out our food from the bag, is that my "large" order of fries looks like someone literally ate more than half of them. Now I know(at least I hope) no one ate them, but I still want what I paid for. So I go back up to the counter with the fries and ask the same girl if I can please get a full order of "large" fries. She takes the others from me, and seemed to reluctantly give me fresh ones. As I was waiting for her to give me the new fries, I saw several "managers" in gray shirts looking back at me. They could tell I was bothered, especially because of the original incident of it taking so long to get my food. I finally get my fries and head back to the table. I sit down open up my chicken sandwich box, and guess what......not even close to what I ordered. It was clearly someone else's sandwich! So I hard back up to the counter again. This time one of the gray shirts see me and ask if I need something. I am extremely frustrated and I tell him that this is ridiculous and is becoming comical at this point. He looks at my receipt and makes the correct sandwich. Great. But by the time I sit down to eat, my family is pretty much done with their meals. After 3 issues on the same order, not ONCE did a manger get involved and try and show empathy. The least they could have done, is given my a coupon for a free sandwich! And this is not the first time I have had a problem here. There has been NUMEROUS times that I have gotten home and our order has either been wrong or missing stuff. They are a complete joke. I honestly think they are a low grade McDonald's franchise, disguised as a chick fil a. So unless you want to deal with issues, don't go here. I waited 25 minutes for my order to brought out to my car. After 10 minutes of waiting, I called the restaurant and let them know that I have arrived and have been sitting in the designated parking spot for a while. The person who answered the phone stated that he is about to start on my order. Then I waited another 15 minutes for my food to be ready. I wasted my entire lunch break waiting for my food because your employees chose to serve the drive-they and walk-in customers first. I was the only person/car sitting in any of the curbside parking spots. The drive thru line was not long and there were only 5 or 6 cars in the parking lot that were already there when I arrived. During this waiting period I counted 3 "pickup" customers go in and walk out with their food. When I finally received my food, there was no apology from the employee, I expressed that I have been waiting for over 20 minutes and the lady told me to have a good day and walked away. After looking at my order, I noticed that I did not have straw for my drink, nor did I receive the avocado lime ranch dressing for the Cool Wrap I ordered. I could no longer wait for Chick-fil-a because I had to drive back to work in a hurry. Highly disappointed & dissatisfied. read more

Is it me... or does the Chic-Fil-A locations hire the most friendliest people in the fast food industry... I don't check into this location everytime I eat here...But trust me... I come to this location often...It doesn't matter if you're inside... or going through the drive-thru...You will be greeted with respect and a friendly smile...Plus I enjoy the no wait time...Even when the place is pack... the lines move quickly... the nuggets and fries are always fresh and hot... and the place is always clean... like everyone else... I wish this chain was open on Sundays...but you have to respect their reasons for being close...The staff at this location is young... but not lazy... and they don't give off the vibe that their parents are forcing them to be there...My only gripe about Chic-Fil-A is that they got rid of the brownies...But I do love this location read more

My first visit here and it was a very good one. There was no problem with the order, staff greeted me with a hello and very very friendly. They really took to my grandkids and the manager presented the two with a surprise that they love. Thanks to all the staff for the great time on my first visit to Katy from out of state. I'm glad they opened a Chick-Fil-A here as it's somewhat closer than the other location on Westheimer near 99. I've been here a few times and the customer service has always been great, my orders accurate and the service fast. Just out of curiosity today, I timed my drive-thru visit. When I got there, the two lanes were both full with at least five cars each. After the order station, the two lanes merge and there were about six cars in the merged lane. From getting in line to having placed my order, it took 5 minutes and 15 seconds. From there to getting my order and leaving Chick-Fil-A took another 4 minutes and 32 seconds. Despite the great number of customers they served, I was still greeted with a smile, my order processed correctly AND never felt rushed. I can't say the same for any other fast food joints around. In fact, I've been to several other fast foot joints in the area where it took longer than the total of roughly 10 minutes I spent today AND I was the only customer. read more

Sara at Chick-fil-A is wonderful. My husband is a Veteran and he asked if there was a discount. She went to the manager and they were more than generous with the discount. Afterwards she took the time to ask what branch he was in and while she served us our drinks told us about her brother who served. Some people never take the time to just chat with a Veteran or share a story. It makes my husband feel good to know that some people still care that he served his country. Guess what is conveniently fixed the next morning?? They don't seem to understand what it means to open at 6:00 am. I don't know how many times I have been through this location and had to wait several minutes, or even pull to the window and say "are yall open?". Super annoyed. I frequent this chick fila quite a bit. I had the worst experience ever. As I was placing my order the person taking my order had the worst attitude ever. Dine in service is quite good but carry out, drive through, and curbside are all lacking. Somewhat frustrating because chikfila is more expensive than competitors and you expect some standard of service, perhaps our expectations derived from sister locations are too high.
