I've been here twice now, both times to the drive-thru window. The first time we went was on a busy day and there were people outside taking orders. They walked right past our car and then handed us the wrong order when we got to the window. It took them minutes to find or order. They didn't bother with a receipt either. The second time was better, but still not perfect. We ordered diet Cokes with a splash of lemonade and we got lemon wedges instead. One girl, a young blonde, wearing no name tag, was very rude and ignored multiple customers. They stood around on their phones when there were customers in line. And even talked bad about customers. Fantastic food and service. This is one of the most successful businesses in the area. I think it might be because they are respectful, clean, and always offer great deals and promotions, but I guess that goes for the whole franchise. Every food item is a good choice: the lemonade is "homemade," the chicken sandwiches are great and even the chicken nuggets are good with several dipping sauces to choose from. This location even offers free Wi-Fi and has a play gym for children. There's plenty of seating but when they get busy it fills up fast! The drive through can get pretty packed too and you'll have to be careful where you pull in to get to it (you'll have to drive around the whole building). Chick-fil-a is a huge success. Went here tonight at 6pm to use my free item coupon before the end of the year & the doors were locked, people inside and lights on everywhere! No signs no nothing but several people trying to figure out what was going on. Turns out they closed early but again no signs on the door, nothing on their sign on Riverdale Rd. And probably the worst part was there were workers watching us all and didn't even make an effort to walk over and let us know until the people inside eating were trying to get out but couldn't bc they were locked in & had no idea. Save yourself the frustration and go to 12th street. The food is never hot and half of the time the order is wrong with no remorse or apologies from the workers. Love this place! Especially their Cobb salads, chicken salad sandwich and their chicken wraps! Also, be sure to get their calendar card (you can find them for less than $10 on eBay) and you get a free thing every month (fries, salad, sandwiches, drink, etc). This is my second trip here. The first was more pleasant. The older lady going around greeting and refilling drinks for customers has yet to acknowledge me or greet me. I'm sitting here finished with my food as my nephew plays in the playground. She has greeted and refilled drinks for those around me. Even the young couple next me. She's checked on them twice. Me.... Not once. But everyone around me is also white. I'm the only Asian in the whole entire place. I really try not to think this way but it's kind of hard not too when it's quite obvious. My cousin constantly tells me I'd get better experiences here in Ogden, but I've been treated like this at most dining places I've been too. This is exactly why I would never move to Utah. I brought this to the attention of the manager and he said that he would check the packages of other items that he had in stock. I had a messed up order from another chick-fl-a location. They sent me a letter apologizing and offering me a free fry. When I went to this location, they wouldn't give me the Free fry cause "it happened at another restaurant." So I was just going to buy a spicy chicken sandwich which they then tried to charge me 6.49$ for. When right on the menu it said 3.39$. Pull your head out of your butt whomever owns this chick-fl-a and start treating your customers right. Maybe then you won't be the worst rated restaurant around. read more

I'm not reviewing the food on this this is solely for the fact that my boyfriend and his friend came in for some lunch and had the manager and staff stare at them unnecessarily long and coming off in a negative way..making them uncomfortable. It's hard not to believe it's bc they of a darker complexion (Mexican) than everyone working and come to eat here. Everyone here is white even the staff, and even though I'm white. I find this super offensive and needs to be addressed with your whole staff including the manager...to not stare at people especially since both of these men serve our country in the Army. This is a great Chick-Fil-A location! This has been such a treat moving to Ogden and getting this so often. Their spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, the grilled tenders, the Greek yogurt parfait, and their sweet tea are all amazing. This location has great service and is always clean. They come around to refresh your beverages and even have mouthwash stations in the bathroom! read more

We were in Utah visiting family over Memorial Day. We did not know that Chick-Fil-a was closing at 6 pm. We were heading back to Idaho and stopped at their drive through. I ran inside to use the restroom before leaving town as my husband went through the drive thru. He was the last vehicle to enter it before the employee placed their car blocking the driveway. On the car there was a sign saying that the drive thru was now closed. Two cars we're ahead of my husband. After leaving him sitting at the speaker for over 5 minutes, someone came on and very rudely said that they were closed. However he still had to sit in the drive thru until the two cars ahead of him were serviced. As I came outside, people were still going in unlocked doors and placing orders. If I could give less than one star I would. Went through the drive thru when it wasn't even busy and sat at the window waiting on my salad. Got home and got my toddler eating which everyone with kids knows takes awhile. I finally sat down to eat and saw not even close to what I ordered. When I called all they offered was to take my name and next time I come they will make it right. I was so frustrated I drove back and asked for a refund and they weren't even apologetic about the mistake. When you have 8 employees by the window and I can hear every conversation and no one is working to fill orders I have a problem. My food has been wrong too many times to count and on Saturday they really topped the cake. I asked for a cool wrap combo and they were fresh out. My coworkers are always going on about how great Chick-Fil-A is and so we decided to get lunch for out office. The line was terribly long in the drive through but they got us through impressively quick! Unfortunately when we returned to the office I realized my sandwich, fries and bosses fries were missing. I called the store and told the worker what happened and he told me that my next meal was free. I told him that I was a bit confused because I never received the food I paid for and I was back at work so I couldn't just leave to go there to get food again. He asked for my name and order and he told me they would have it for me the next time I came in. 5 days later, today to be exact I was late getting home and decided I would finally get the meal that was owed to me. Google said they were open till 10 but at 8:30 they had the lights out. I imagine they wanted to deter business. I told the lady at the window about what happened on Wednesday and she asked me my name. She said go ahead and pull up, I was blown away they had a system that knew my order! I was even more blown away when I got to the window. Not only did they not know my order they also had no idea who I was there was no record of my previous order or call to the store. Once again I had to explain to the manager what my issue was before, she was a small lady with glasses and was very upset that I didn't know the name of the person who was supposed to take down my name. I was treated like a criminal and given my order which was owed. If I wasn't tired and hungry I would have just left but I just worked a 13 hr shift. The good news. The fries were good, the chicken was great and perfectly spicy. The lemonade was delicious. Most employees seem pleasant and eager to help. Unfortunately the management of this place seems horrible from my incident. I'll be back for the chicken but I'll check my order before I leave. read more

If you're hoping to go to a fast food establishment and leave with what you ordered, then this is a bad choice. We got home before we realized there was a sandwich missing, which they charged us for, then by the time we got back they were closed. They said they didn't have any food left, while the four employees who were hanging around the window had probably just finished off our spicy chicken sandwich... They gave a free sandwich card, but that didn't feed me my dinner, and didn't even make up for the sandwich that was paid for plus the time and hassle they caused. All in all I wouldn't recommend the late night staff here and if I owned this place would be considering some attitude adjustments to the "manager" that we spoke with. read more
