I was so excited to buy my assistant and trainee lunch from here today. I was so disappointed. The food is usually fresh and delicious. Our bread was falling apart on our sandwiches (old) and the fries were over cooked and greasy. It was almost like they were fried, cooled off and then refried instead of making a fresh batch. Another person from my job went about 20 minutes after us and his food was the same way. My stomach is killing me now and I think I might be sick from my highly anticipated lunch. What a bummer. Chick-fil-A has joined the fast food coffee wars and as I might have guessed, they are very good at it. They serve Thrive Farmers Coffee and it is very good. Maybe even great, definitely great for drive through fast food. They have an exclusive deal with the Central American growers that allows the farmers to keep much more of the revenue. I've been hitting this location for the coffee. The chicken sandwiches and lemonade are on par with their other locations. The service is too, especially drive through service. This store suffers from its smaller location, especially parking, and drive through. Yes, they've put in a double drive through, which means they can handle higher volume, but the 20,000 square foot ( or whatever it is) lot is not big enough. Gridlock ensues at peak times. Parking lot and drive through maxes out and you can get stuck in your car in bad spots. Rockwall needs another location, or this one needs to upsize. Tough problem, but a good problem they need to solve. 3.5 stars. read more

WORST EVER as far as efficiency in the drive-thru goes. You cannot pass through the parking lot because there's room for only one line of cars. Because of this, you cannot park. 2016 Yelp 100 Challenge Review #79 This Chick-Fil-A is great, most of them are. I can say that this company must really work hard to ensure quality and consistency across its restaurants. I can always rely on a quick drive-thru experience no matter how long the line is. I remember one night recently, it was cold and drizzling but the lines were long and they had their management systems up and running with some team members taking orders with tablets, another gentleman taking payments so when you got to the window all you had to do was receive your order. That is A+ management systems - no bottlenecks. I think this attention to detail plus it's higher quality food items truly separates Chick-Fil-A from the competition. I have never had any issues with my order accuracy and customer service is at a minimum Chick-Fil-A pleasant ("my pleasure!"). I will continue frequented this location when I want to enjoy their Spicy Southwest Salad (get it with the recommended Creamy Salsa, for months I have been getting it with Avocado Ranch and I have been missing out), their Chicken Wrap with Avocado Ranch, their Spicy Chicken Deluxe (with extra greens please). I love their waffle fries, who doesn't. I like them with Ranch. For breakfast, I love their chicken minis with honey or their chicken biscuits. Their coffee is pretty good, too. First time at this location and will NOT be back. 1) It's in a bad location, not easy to navigate and congested. 2) The girl that took my order was unfriendly. 3) The guy at the pickup window was slouchy and didn't seem to care. This is a very busy location! Be ready if you go during peak times! I go here all the time because I work in the same shopping center. Always has my food correct and fresh but they are human so I'm sure mistakes happen. Travis is a young man who works there and brightens my day by always being happy and upbeat! I can't thank you enough for the shining star he brings when my days have been so dismal at times. At home I have two special needs family members I care for and sometimes I get beat down. I have found Travis always gives me faith that life is not so bad and there truly are good people in this world and it makes me feel better. He even went out of his way to give me Christmas cheer! This location was made famous across the nation for its relief efforts helping victims of the Rowlett/Garland F-4 Tornado of December 2015. Among Chick-Fil-A locations, this Rockwall location in particular stands out as a gem. The location is clean, the drive thru is very busy yet quick, the attention to order details is fantastic. They boast they they serve over 100 cars per hour in the drive through, nearly one every 30 seconds. The food is good to great at all of their locations, but Rockwall has a special place in my heart for their goodwill to others. read more

The inside is clean most of time but the restrooms are screaming for attention. They have the best Sweet Tea. I go to cfa all of the time and this by far is the worst location. The wait is always so much longer than other locations (waiting inside or drive thru) & I recently just got food poisoning from the chicken I had from here. The chicken was chewy and had black chunks in it, it was so gross I couldn't finish it. I got sick a couple hours later and was for two days. I called and told management about the situation to let them know so they can prevent other people from getting sick as well, but unfortunately the manager was NOT apologetic and said there was no way the chicken made me sick bc it takes "48 hours" to kick in. She then said that I could have a free drink. Wow. & no I will NOT be waiting in line for 30 minutes for a $2 fountain drink to "sincerely apologize" for me puking the last two days. read more

I don't always check-in via Yelp app, because I check-in using the Chick-fil-A ordering app. That being said, I've returned multiple times since my last review, and it's time for an update. The service and quality has improved. Bumping up two stars from previous review. Nuggets each time were decent sized and sandwiches pipping hot. All arrived in timely manner. Their phone app is very good. Checking in while in the parking lot means I generally get the order under a minute once inside. Kudos to the expediters there. I've noticed they always ask what sauces are needed. They will inform you if there will be a delay, and generally tell you why. Bravo. read more
