Be aware - this location does NOT sell chick-n-minis all day. As someone from South Austin, where the chick-n-minis are sold all day, I ordered a 4 count for lunch and was told "We stop serving breakfast at 10:30." I understand (now) that this is different across locations. I would much rather hear "our location only offers chick-n-minis for breakfast unfortunately" than the slightly rude assumption that I'm attempting to order off menu. Just a suggestion. read more

We recently visited this location since we were in the area running errands. We ordered our food to go and when we got home -- our entire meal tasted as if it had been sitting out for a while. It tasted old and soggy. We immediately called this location and spoke with manager in which she took our information for a replacement for our entire order. Today, we were in the area again and went to this location to receive our replacement order. We were immediately confronted by 3 employees (1 being a supervisor) about our replacement. We had the information of the manager we initially spoke with, where they would be storing our information and all the information provided. The supervisor today informed us that they do not replace entire meals and we should have brought the food back. We were never told this. The rudeness of this supervisor really spoiled our entire experience. We visit Chick-Fil-A quite often, but this is one location that we will not be returning to. It almost felt as if we were attacked because of the process we went through. As a big fan of the company, it's disappointing to see one location nearly ruin our entire perspective of the company. read more

I've eaten at this Chick-fil-A location numerous times since I live nearby. I have never been disappointed with the food or their service. Like most CFA's, their service is above average. They've also put in social distancing measures, which was appreciated these last few months. They have even added new drive thru lanes since they've been consistently busy. I've been here many times and never had an issue. I had a minor mishap with my order yesterday and when I brought it to the counter to let the workers know, at least 3 people quickly moved around to get me a new salad. They also gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. The professionalism that these young adults exhibited was great to watch. They worked together very well to help remedy the situation. Additionally, a girl went around to each table later on to see if she could freshen up anyone's drinks. The food is always good and service always quick and friendly. Good to see that the employees are empowered to act quickly and make decisions when issues arise. Keep it up! Will be back likely weekly. read more

Came the morning of the grand opening! Around 9:15am, it was pretty busy but not too packed. Wait time to receive my order was about 10 mins. First thing I noticed, it was very clean. Kind of obvious since it just opened, but good to know that chikfila always lives up to their above-the-rest standard. Very spacious and even has a playground for kids in the back room for parents who bring their kids. As always, friendly staff with smiling faces. I came inside to do a takeout of their chicken biscuit and it was satisfying as always! Staff is friendly, though I question how much they listen to you. Two stars is due to order consistency several times. Three times I've ordered a salad with grilled chicken instead of breaded/fried chicken. Comes out with no meat at all, so that's quite annoying as I always get it to go on lunch and drive back to work to find out I just paid for something I didn't get. My family and I enjoy going to Chick-Fil-A for chicken sandwiches, nuggets, strips, and salads. The quality of the food here is exactly like other locations... which means it is pretty good. I like the drive through lines at this location, but the parking situation during lunch time can be difficult because of the relatively small lot. Due to the busy street you might want to exit from the rear of the parking lot (behind Walgreens) and go to the light. It is a much safer alternative to trying to exit directly on to University. I've been to this location at least a half a dozen times since they opened, and there are some consistent problems that aren't improving. The counter staff speaks quietly - maybe they don't realize how noisy it is on the other side of the counter. The condiment stations are always a wreck. They are always dirty, and not always well stocked. I've checked during off-peak times, too, and this is still an issue. I've never been to this location when at least one of the two trash cans are full. The tables and the floors are always dirty. I understand there can be bad periods, but this is something I've noticed on every trip. I don't see these problems at the other Round Rock location, the Georgetown location, the Cedar Park location, the Been White location, the Tech Ridge location (okay, you get the point...). I sincerely hope the dining room cleanliness issue is resolved soon. It doesn't seem the managers or franchise owner have noticed. read more

Well being a new chick fil a so close to home is great. My only gripe is leaving out the sauces and not making my fries a large. I know first world problems but I paid for the fries at least. And hell part of the reason I come to chick fil a is because of the sauces. They are such in a rush to either close or get the next car they did not check the entire order. Horrible experience - worst Chick-fil-a we've ever been in! To start, I'm turned off when I'm trying to read the menu to decide what I want and the staff start asking me for my order. That happened not once, but three times from three people in just a few seconds. (There wasn't anyone behind me in line.) After we ordered, we stopped to get salt, napkins and straws on our way to a table. A guy was next to us with our order before we had the straws and followed us to a table. No one can fix a fresh order that fast and, sure enough, the food was cold. I had the grilled chicken club, room temperature chicken and bacon, chilled tomato, lettuce and cheese. I ordered 8 items from chick Chick-fil-A on University street in Round Rock. As usual incompetent workers could not get the order correct. They neglected to put all my food in the bag. After I called the store and spoke with a manager she informed that they could not replace the missing sandwich nor refund me the money. They said I had to contact Postmates. I feel that Postmates was not responsible for filling the order. They completed their job when the food was delivered to me. Postmates delivered what was packed in the bag. First time ordering for delivery but I didn't think much of it. When the driver showed up he was very friendly but the bags were all soggy, which meant my sandwich boxes and fries were soggy. I was also missing a sandwich and the drinks I ordered weren't exactly what I was expecting. I called to see if I could get some of my charges waived as I spent a lot of money for mediocre food/missing items. All I got in return was a free sandwich coupon and being on hold for forever. The only drawback is the congestion and traffic trying to get in and out of here, it gets crazy but the drive thru line moves really quickly.
