I mean when you need a whopper you know where to go. My dedicated drive thru BK. Sometimes you need a whopper.... this last time I grabbed a jr whopper and it looked like a kids meal. Everything is getting smaller, service is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's fast sometimes you're waiting forever.

I was supposed to have three double cheeseburgers, bacon, double cheeseburgers, but they literally only gave me three bacon cheeseburgers

I I'm so mad!!! I'm broke and all I had was the $25 Burger King gift card so I decided to get my kids Burger King and not only did they charge me extra that I really didn't have but luckily I did have on my cash app but they totally scam me out of at least four dollars where my kids could've got full but now they can't get full because they didn't give

Not lacking in parking at all - they have their own lot and there's the shared lot for the plaza. Long drive-thru line and less than ten people inside in the late afternoon on a weekend. Clean interior. Plenty of indoor seating. Hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall by the front counter. From what I could see, there were only three staff on deck - one cashier and two people in the back. Only the cashier wore a mask. There were only two people in line, but it took a while for the cashier to show up and take orders. It seems like they were prioritizing the drive-thru customers. I honestly feel bad for the staff; the rowdy customers ahead of me talked amongst themselves while the cashier was trying to take their order, and one of them assumed their 2 for $7 deal came with a drink and fries (it doesn't) and had to put in a second order. My mobile order took 20 minutes to prepare. I ordered the Italian Royal Crispy Chicken combo to-go. On the app, it showed frozen strawberry lemonade as a drink option, but the location didn't actually have it. I settled for a regular drink instead; it was a waste since I would have just got the sandwich stand-alone if I had known ahead of time. The fries were crispy, but as always, they get soft within an hour if left alone. There wasn't any ketchup in the bag. The Italian chicken sandwich was okay at best. The sandwich is small while the chicken filet was pretty big. It was somewhat warm, and the mozzarella cheese was not melted at all. Not worth the price; $5.49 for the sandwich, $7 if you get the combo (not including tax). Fast food isn't fast anymore. Don't go to this location when you're in a rush. Also, according to the cashier, this location is out of lettuce for the next two weeks.

We just returned from a road trip to SoCal...we stopped at different McDonald's a few times on this trip--no issues. So I forgot how terrible a McDonald's can be. This place is a still a ZERO star establishment. I went here to get my kids a plain cheeseburger and fries. I opted for a happy meal and was pleasantly surprised to find that it comes with two small kid size fries in lieu of apple slices!--perfect for littles. I picked up my order no problem but when I pulled over to give my kids their food the meal was completely wrong---I opened it to find nuggets, one fry, and apple slices. So now I had to park and get both my young kids out of their car seats to go inside when I did the drive through in the first place for a reason. I then wait patiently until someone asks me what I needed. I told them I got the wrong happy meal and needed another fry and a plain cheeseburger. She asks for my receipt and I hand it to her. One of my kids ran off and I go to get her. In that time I saw her throw a burger in our happy meal, close it up, and say "there you go. Sorry about that" and walked away. I immediately open it because I can already tell that she didn't review the receipt and sure enough she didn't give us our second fry. I was noticeably annoyed at how careless she was. Not only was it written down on the receipt but I told her what I needed out loud. I'm not trying to hang around and this whole ordeal for a happy meal was so unnecessary. A different person came up to me and asked what was missing and I told her and she got it for me. I checked the cheeseburger to make sure it was in fact plain. Luckily it was but the whole ordeal lasted much longer than it needed to. The receipt was clear as day. My advice--staff should read them and make the orders correctly. There is really no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. This is the basics of the food industry. I always have had a terrible experience at this location in particular. Maybe better training is needed. I honestly don't know what can be done about it but I won't be returning. I didn't catch anyones name. The lady who thoughtlessly and carelessly didn't listen to me or review my receipt was wearing all black and had dark hair that was pulled back. She wasn't dressed like the others, which makes me wonder if she's some sort of manager. The young girl who actually helped me was pleasant and was quick to jump in after, so I did appreciate her efforts. But the damage was already done.

I ordered from curbside for a Kids Meal having trouble selecting options for it. I went inside and ordered but there is poor reception for phone to use reward. Went outside and was able to pull it up, but per the cashier the code was invalid. I decided to just pay for meal but wanted to earn points for the meal, cashier got agitated and said it is the same code for both and it does not work. I wanted to earns points for my purchase. I felt using rewards and earning rewards were two different functions and cashier who I learned was the manager began to argue this point and kept talking over me in front of customers. This went on for a minute or two. I ordered cheeseburgers with this order and wanted to remove them from order so I can order from curbside to get 500 points which I did after this interaction. When I picked up Happy Meal from counter I asked manager for her name, she walked aggressively towards me and stated 'Monica, don't return to to this location in the future' in a loud voice in front of customers and her staff. Her parting shot is what motivated me to write this review. I have interacted with Monica about 3 months before and it was not positive experience. Monica not only lacks customer service skills but is just plain rude. A good manager would have handled it better and be more empathetic to customer as the app or wi fi not functioning well. I have an IT background.

This is not my first time with an experience like this and I know I am not alone here. On this occasion, it was the Jimboy's tacos in Sacramento. I had just arrived to my hotel and was looking near me for what food was around and Jimboy looked like a good time. I swiped right. I drove up to the establishment and saw only one other person waiting for his food. He looked kind of sad, but in a resolved sort of way. The way his downturned grey mustache pulled away from the shiny eyes that looked to be searching to answers long lost at sea. I should have taken this as a sign, but I was incredibly hungry. I had landed, waited over an hour in a car rental line, and then just gotten carried away with schlepping my suitcase to my hotel and what not. So, here I landed at this fast food drive-through cube on a very Californian grid of streets. After ignoring the fellow customer, I walked up to the counter and ordered myself two crunchy tacos and asked what might have a lot of protein. The employee said through her sunny smile, "oh, our quesadilla has chicken and bacon, so that might be a good choice". I abdicated control and said, ok, let's do that too. I walked over to find a table to eat at and saw a table covered in dust. I looked up at the ceiling to see if the tiles were perhaps dropping some material on the table and saw nothing of the sort, so I decided to wipe off the table with some napkins I found and proceed about my business. I am not too picky, I just need a relatively clean trough to feed out of. Once the sunny employee called my name I went to pick up my food and saw that everything was covered in this powdered cheese, kind of like the clumpy stuff I might have put on my childhood spaghetti dinners. I now understand, why the table looked like an asbestos camp. The stuff was everywhere and I have to say, it's really not a bad touch. The food doesn't need it, but it doesn't NOT need it if you catch my drift. So, I wolfed the crunchy tacos down, which were not so crunchy, but still good. I was too hungry for just two tacos, so at this point I was still glad that I had also ordered the quesadilla. Now, I normally don't order quesadillas, even from actual Mexican establishments. I just don't enjoy them, kind of like I don't really enjoy chicken fingers or butter noodles or afternoon arts and crafts, or daytime cartoons that supposedly get you ready for literacy. But, to each their own. I really just wanted the chicken. Well, I suppose there was some chicken, some sad dark meat cubes of chicken, along with what I would have guessed was some kind of canned soup concentrate. I ate some quesadilla before it lost it's nerve and just started sliding its tortillas all over the plate, evacuating its contents something like a cat does when it's gone a little too far. I tried to to tough through it and eat as much as I could, for the nutrients. But, about halfway through I threw in the towel and figured I want to keep a little dignity. My hands were covered in grease, powder and goop. Lots of goop. So, here it goes, I want some fresh food, eat a macronutrient rich, diet made my free-range unicorns. Put my head deep into the oat bucket with the fruit and a bowl of microgreens. Please.

Headquartered in Davis, CA dating back to 1926, they have been more of an upscale supermarket experience by offering top-notch customer service while being a forefront to the community. This includes empowering future generations, fortifying the neighborhoods, cultivating environmental change, and inspiring philanthropy. The location I am focusing on is in the Greenhaven-Pocket area. Located in a fairly sizable outdoor strip mall, this Nugget is located directly on Florin Rd and tucked in between Greenhaven Dr and the CA I-5 highway. As for this location, they have been in operation since around 2005 and been a staple for folks that reside in this area. Since I used to work only a 1/2 mile from this store (for about 3 years), I've frequented it on my lunch break as well as before and after work. The parking situation is shared with several other smaller brick-and-mortar businesses including a Starbucks, Subway, L&L Hawaiian BBQ, and much more. The storefront entrance is inviting and welcoming as the entire layout is accommodating while being easy to navigate for customers. I will say that the selection at Nugget is quite possibly the best I have seen in any local grocery store. Here you will find a vast array of produce (regular/organic fruits and veggies), meat/poultry, dairy, frozen foods, and a very impressive variety of beer and wine. However, their deli section which includes all varieties of meats, cheeses, and freshly baked breads is a real winner in my book. The hot and cold foods to go showcase freshly made soups, salads, olives, cold cuts, and meals that you can heat up on your stove or on your BBQ grill. I also wanted to emphasize that the sandwiches here are some of the best I have tried, better than Raley's/Bel Air and much better than what you'd order at a Safeway or Save Mart (all staple supermarkets in Northern California). In addition to the sandwiches, they also offer coffee/tea, fresh juices, açai and Pitaya bowls, smoothies, and much more. I will say that since Nuggets focuses on quality control, much of their food items are significantly higher than the competition. However, just about everything I've purchased here (whether it is pasta, a bottle of wine, or a loaf of bread) has been above average. All in all, the Florin-Greenhaven "Nugget Markets" earn a 4 out of 5 stars from me. Some of the key staple items are quite expensive and don't correlate with my budget. However, the customer service here is top notch while the cleanliness of the store is very well kept. I also wanted to add that the checkout lanes were run very efficiently while making sure every customer is well taken care of. And considering they are open for business 7 days a week from 6am-9pm, you can be assured that they will have what you're looking for.
