We respect the value proposition. For a fast food establishment, this is pretty good. They also are pumping out new ideas constantly. The staff are nice and we generally don't have issues with missing items in our order. We tried spicy Halloween nuggets which were good. Not as crispy as McDonald's but serviceable. This Burger King is THE worst Ive ever been to so far! I only gave a one star because I have to put at least one. I ordered a double whopper and a small fries and seeing as both were on my receipt I sadly didnt check my bag, but when I got home the ONLY thing in my bag was the double whopper. I drove back and told them the fries were missing and I want my fries and while youre at it, make a new burger because by this time of course the burger is stone cold...it wasnt that warm when I got it anyway. Not lacking in parking at all - they have their own lot and there's the shared lot for the plaza. Long drive-thru line and less than ten people inside in the late afternoon on a weekend. Clean interior. Plenty of indoor seating. Hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall by the front counter. From what I could see, there were only three staff on deck - one cashier and two people in the back. Only the cashier wore a mask. There were only two people in line, but it took a while for the cashier to show up and take orders. It seems like they were prioritizing the drive-thru customers. I honestly feel bad for the staff; the rowdy customers ahead of me talked amongst themselves while the cashier was trying to take their order, and one of them assumed their 2 for $7 deal came with a drink and fries (it doesn't) and had to put in a second order. My mobile order took 20 minutes to prepare. I ordered the Italian Royal Crispy Chicken combo to-go. On the app, it showed frozen strawberry lemonade as a drink option, but the location didn't actually have it. I settled for a regular drink instead; it was a waste since I would have just got the sandwich stand-alone if I had known ahead of time. The fries were crispy, but as always, they get soft within an hour if left alone. There wasn't any ketchup in the bag. The Italian chicken sandwich was okay at best. The sandwich is small while the chicken filet was pretty big. It was somewhat warm, and the mozzarella cheese was not melted at all. Not worth the price; $5.49 for the sandwich, $7 if you get the combo (not including tax). Fast food isn't fast anymore. Don't go to this location when you're in a rush. We bought French Toast Sticks and hash browns for my 2 1/2 year old grandson and he normally would eat it but after we tasted it this morning, it was horrible! No wonder it was greasy tasting and it tasted like the oil that the French Toast was fried in that it was old. The French Toast was a dark brown that we could tell the oil must of been old. Being early morning before 7am the oil should of been FRESH and New. This wasn't bought the end of the day. We could of made the French Toast at home but we bought it as a convenience. I have been visiting this location on and off for years and the food and service have gone downhill considerably. Don't come to this location if you have a late night craving. The food will be sub par along with the service. Between nuggets so stale and dry you can use them as door stops to getting something as simple as the correct drink order the night crew here doesn't really seem to care about the food or the service. They're also incredibly slow in the drive through especially at night. When your 4 item meal costs an average of $20 dollars you'd be better off going to In & Out or Jack in the Box if you have any craving for fast food that's at least prepared consistently well for the money you pay. Gf notices no cheese or onion on her Wopper Jr. and her drink was so flat that it tasted like chemical water. I take a bite of my Chicken Fries and it crunches. It was so cold and the "meat" on the inside was extremely dry and disgusting. I try my Wopper and the top bun was COMPLETELY charred that it made the whole sandwich taste like an old grill. Lastly, the Onion Rings were raw. The outer breaded part was so raw it was inedible. The only part that was considered good was my one soda. I say again, DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! I've work in food service before and if you go to work and made food like this that you yourself know is bad/inedible/not complete: Find a different profession. It doesn't matter if its fast food, you still can take your time to make sure that the food you put out there for the customers is delicious and correct for them. I came to this location trying to give another chance to see if they actually improved their staff and hate to say it it's the same old bull crap, got a #1 with onion rings was $14 something and I asked for ketchup got my meal and no ketchup... I kept trying to find the guy and he was no where to be found I was honking my horn and nothing for about 5 min finally he appears and I told him you didn't gave me ketchup and he just put the ketchup in there and slammed the window super HARD this was at around 11:37pm and he didn't give me a receipt either, oh and onion rings were soggy. For the most part, I use the drive thru but occasionally I'll dine in with family. Compared to the old/dusty interior, it has gotten a huge upgrade! The new layout has an open concept so you see the whole restaurant. There are plenty of seating ranging from booths, tables and chairs or a mixture of booth/chairs. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. The service is usually quick too. If you're missing something from the drive thru, I just would call it in that day so they can document it. Then I'll pick it up next day, I paid for it so bet your ass I'm getting it! ;) FYI, parking spaces in front of the entrance is mall afff. Park on the side for room. read more
