I mean when you need a whopper you know where to go. My dedicated drive thru BK. Sometimes you need a whopper.... this last time I grabbed a jr whopper and it looked like a kids meal. Everything is getting smaller, service is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's fast sometimes you're waiting forever.

I was supposed to have three double cheeseburgers, bacon, double cheeseburgers, but they literally only gave me three bacon cheeseburgers

I I'm so mad!!! I'm broke and all I had was the $25 Burger King gift card so I decided to get my kids Burger King and not only did they charge me extra that I really didn't have but luckily I did have on my cash app but they totally scam me out of at least four dollars where my kids could've got full but now they can't get full because they didn't give

Not lacking in parking at all - they have their own lot and there's the shared lot for the plaza. Long drive-thru line and less than ten people inside in the late afternoon on a weekend. Clean interior. Plenty of indoor seating. Hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall by the front counter. From what I could see, there were only three staff on deck - one cashier and two people in the back. Only the cashier wore a mask. There were only two people in line, but it took a while for the cashier to show up and take orders. It seems like they were prioritizing the drive-thru customers. I honestly feel bad for the staff; the rowdy customers ahead of me talked amongst themselves while the cashier was trying to take their order, and one of them assumed their 2 for $7 deal came with a drink and fries (it doesn't) and had to put in a second order. My mobile order took 20 minutes to prepare. I ordered the Italian Royal Crispy Chicken combo to-go. On the app, it showed frozen strawberry lemonade as a drink option, but the location didn't actually have it. I settled for a regular drink instead; it was a waste since I would have just got the sandwich stand-alone if I had known ahead of time. The fries were crispy, but as always, they get soft within an hour if left alone. There wasn't any ketchup in the bag. The Italian chicken sandwich was okay at best. The sandwich is small while the chicken filet was pretty big. It was somewhat warm, and the mozzarella cheese was not melted at all. Not worth the price; $5.49 for the sandwich, $7 if you get the combo (not including tax). Fast food isn't fast anymore. Don't go to this location when you're in a rush. Also, according to the cashier, this location is out of lettuce for the next two weeks.

We just returned from a road trip to SoCal...we stopped at different McDonald's a few times on this trip--no issues. So I forgot how terrible a McDonald's can be. This place is a still a ZERO star establishment. I went here to get my kids a plain cheeseburger and fries. I opted for a happy meal and was pleasantly surprised to find that it comes with two small kid size fries in lieu of apple slices!--perfect for littles. I picked up my order no problem but when I pulled over to give my kids their food the meal was completely wrong---I opened it to find nuggets, one fry, and apple slices. So now I had to park and get both my young kids out of their car seats to go inside when I did the drive through in the first place for a reason. I then wait patiently until someone asks me what I needed. I told them I got the wrong happy meal and needed another fry and a plain cheeseburger. She asks for my receipt and I hand it to her. One of my kids ran off and I go to get her. In that time I saw her throw a burger in our happy meal, close it up, and say "there you go. Sorry about that" and walked away. I immediately open it because I can already tell that she didn't review the receipt and sure enough she didn't give us our second fry. I was noticeably annoyed at how careless she was. Not only was it written down on the receipt but I told her what I needed out loud. I'm not trying to hang around and this whole ordeal for a happy meal was so unnecessary. A different person came up to me and asked what was missing and I told her and she got it for me. I checked the cheeseburger to make sure it was in fact plain. Luckily it was but the whole ordeal lasted much longer than it needed to. The receipt was clear as day. My advice--staff should read them and make the orders correctly. There is really no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. This is the basics of the food industry. I always have had a terrible experience at this location in particular. Maybe better training is needed. I honestly don't know what can be done about it but I won't be returning. I didn't catch anyones name. The lady who thoughtlessly and carelessly didn't listen to me or review my receipt was wearing all black and had dark hair that was pulled back. She wasn't dressed like the others, which makes me wonder if she's some sort of manager. The young girl who actually helped me was pleasant and was quick to jump in after, so I did appreciate her efforts. But the damage was already done.

Ordered tacos and burrito. I wanted to make sure there was no misunderstanding and I asked her again after my food was ready, she very curt and said 'no, where did u hear that? She seemed annoyed. I told her I got an email which I have attached. Why so cheap? They get food wholesale, pay employees very little and have a tax write-off for donating food to veterans for a day. This is an affluent neighborhood and they have lots of customers. I am confident that Jim 'JImboy' Knudson the founder of Jimboy's is a supporter of veterans. Amendment: Late Veteran's day the owner reached out and apologized for employee which he identified. Additionally he stated this location was honoring the Veteran promotion. Employee was trained on this promotion. I am unclear as to why she denied me the promotion, something about the employee not knowing the difference between military discounts and this veteran's day promotion. It was mentioned there is fraud at this location, customers submit altered coupons. I received an email with promotion information no coupon required so not sure why that was mentioned. I asked employee three times to honor the promotion, she said no three times. The third time I informed the employee I got an email she still said no. So over the weekend when I had to make a trip to Elk Grove I snatched up the opportunity to stop and bring some food home. I downloaded the app, created an account because I definitely want points and rewards. I also want to order ahead. My very first order was 2 piece chicken meal with spaghetti and mashed potatoes and gravy. It also came with the peach mango pie and the pineapple drink. When getting there my husband goes to pick up the order while I waited in the car with our dog. They were very busy inside and in the drive through so I expected a bit of a wait time. It started to get excessively long so I called him to ask what's going on. He goes to the counter to ask the status of the order. The guy asked for the order info so he gave it to him. He looks around and tells my husband they have no info on my order. That doesn't make sense. So he goes through a bunch of other customers receipts and he found mine. He laughed and told my husband oh I guess we put it to the side and forgot to make the order. Say what? Are you kidding me? They made it then. Strike one on lousy customer service. But maybe the food will make up for it? Yes and no. So my husband brings the food out and the plan was to bring it home to eat. I decided nope I need to try this now because I'm hungry and excited to eat this. I open the spaghetti. Looked good. Tasted better than it looks. I was in love and hooked immediately. My husband took a bite and didn't like it. His loss. More for me. It was a small side so I ended up just eating the whole thing. In the meantime I decided I also wanted to try the burger steak since I don't come often. He goes n to order it and I eat the mashed potatoes and gravy. Best fast food mashed potatoes and gravy I've ever had. Finished that off too lol. He brings the burger steak out. I was going to take the rest home but I wanted 1 bite of the burger steak. The container they used had a hole in the back and they 500 gallons of mushroom gravy ended up spilling over the side down on my bare legs (wearing shorts) and it was hot. At least I'll give them that. Hot, very hot and it's burned my legs. I still have my legs attached so it could be worse. Whatever. I try it. Not impressed. I took the rest home and ate it later because I wasn't going to waste food. But I absolutely wouldn't get that again. It was burnt, bland, dry. Even the Pacific Ocean amount of gravy didn't help the dryness. I ate the chicken at home. Very good chicken. Very juicy and tender. Skin was still crispy even after the drive back to Roseville. I also enjoyed the pie and the pineapple drink I just wish the drink could come in a bigger size. They are opening one in Roseville. I'm not sure when but it seems soon. And I can't wait. I'm definitely going to be a frequent flyer for that spaghetti. The bee outside was cute and I saw a few people taking selfies with it. My husband said the inside seemed clean. He wasn't inspecting it or anything. Just a normal interior of a fast food restaurant. I enjoyed the food, the majority of it. The customer service however was lacking.

Headquartered in Davis, CA dating back to 1926, they have been more of an upscale supermarket experience by offering top-notch customer service while being a forefront to the community. This includes empowering future generations, fortifying the neighborhoods, cultivating environmental change, and inspiring philanthropy. The location I am focusing on is in the Greenhaven-Pocket area. Located in a fairly sizable outdoor strip mall, this Nugget is located directly on Florin Rd and tucked in between Greenhaven Dr and the CA I-5 highway. As for this location, they have been in operation since around 2005 and been a staple for folks that reside in this area. Since I used to work only a 1/2 mile from this store (for about 3 years), I've frequented it on my lunch break as well as before and after work. The parking situation is shared with several other smaller brick-and-mortar businesses including a Starbucks, Subway, L&L Hawaiian BBQ, and much more. The storefront entrance is inviting and welcoming as the entire layout is accommodating while being easy to navigate for customers. I will say that the selection at Nugget is quite possibly the best I have seen in any local grocery store. Here you will find a vast array of produce (regular/organic fruits and veggies), meat/poultry, dairy, frozen foods, and a very impressive variety of beer and wine. However, their deli section which includes all varieties of meats, cheeses, and freshly baked breads is a real winner in my book. The hot and cold foods to go showcase freshly made soups, salads, olives, cold cuts, and meals that you can heat up on your stove or on your BBQ grill. I also wanted to emphasize that the sandwiches here are some of the best I have tried, better than Raley's/Bel Air and much better than what you'd order at a Safeway or Save Mart (all staple supermarkets in Northern California). In addition to the sandwiches, they also offer coffee/tea, fresh juices, açai and Pitaya bowls, smoothies, and much more. I will say that since Nuggets focuses on quality control, much of their food items are significantly higher than the competition. However, just about everything I've purchased here (whether it is pasta, a bottle of wine, or a loaf of bread) has been above average. All in all, the Florin-Greenhaven "Nugget Markets" earn a 4 out of 5 stars from me. Some of the key staple items are quite expensive and don't correlate with my budget. However, the customer service here is top notch while the cleanliness of the store is very well kept. I also wanted to add that the checkout lanes were run very efficiently while making sure every customer is well taken care of. And considering they are open for business 7 days a week from 6am-9pm, you can be assured that they will have what you're looking for.

They have the best fries here, crispy, freshly cut in store, hot out of the fryer fries, can't be beat. I like a generous amount of salt on mine, but they always provide salt packets, so even if it's "under-seasoned," I just add some more. Their drinks are great too, b/c you can still refill all you want, many places don't allow that anymore. I like their newer pink lemonade and when trying to avoid sugary drinks, I like their iced tea. All in all, In-N-Out is still one of my favorite burger joints. I like that they offer help to those who are suffering from substance abuse and also resources to fight against human trafficking, both very good causes, it's nice to know eating here helps those in need.

During our visit, my 14-year-old niece experienced a focal seizure. As part of the seizure, she became disoriented and unknowingly walked behind the counter. One of the employees started to guide her away, and I immediately told him, "It's okay, I have her," as I called her name and helped bring her out of the seizure. What happened next was heartbreaking. Several employees began laughing while my niece was having a medical emergency. There is absolutely nothing funny about someone having a seizure. She has a disability, and instead of showing compassion or concern, she was laughed at. She was so embarrassed that I had to take her out to the car. I understand that not everyone recognizes the signs of a seizure, but I do expect employees to treat customers with kindness and respect, especially when something is obviously wrong. A 14-year-old girl doesn't just wander behind the counter for no reason. She was having a medical episode--her eyes were rolling back, and she was making involuntary sounds. I hope management addresses this incident and provides better training on disability awareness and how to respond appropriately during medical emergencies. No family should have to experience this while trying to enjoy a meal.
