In-N-Out is the best burger chain ever! Their fries are crisp, delicious, and super fresh. The hot cocoa is hot and flavorful. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are wonderfully tasty. The Double-Double is amazing. I also love their quick and efficient service. Every time I eat in here, I always receive my special order within 15 minutes. And there's a very kid-friendly atmosphere. The employees will give your kids a mini activity book (with a crayon), and on rainy days kids under 12 can get a free small hot cocoa. Plus, it's nice to know that In-N-Out donates to organizations that stop human trafficking and substance abuse. Overall, so much better than McDonald's. 10/10 reccommend!! read more

I have gone to In-N-Outs all my life. This is the most poorly run by a long shot. Despite their typical process, they often get orders wrong. My family and I visited the In-N-Out at Delta Shores on Tuesday, July 21, and unfortunately, we had a very upsetting experience. During our visit, my 14-year-old niece experienced a focal seizure. As part of the seizure, she became disoriented and unknowingly walked behind the counter. One of the employees started to guide her away, and I immediately told him, "It's okay, I have her," as I called her name and helped bring her out of the seizure. What happened next was heartbreaking. Several employees began laughing while my niece was having a medical emergency. There is absolutely nothing funny about someone having a seizure. She has a disability, and instead of showing compassion or concern, she was laughed at. She was so embarrassed that I had to take her out to the car. I understand that not everyone recognizes the signs of a seizure, but I do expect employees to treat customers with kindness and respect, especially when something is obviously wrong. A 14-year-old girl doesn't just wander behind the counter for no reason. She was having a medical episode--her eyes were rolling back, and she was making involuntary sounds. I hope management addresses this incident and provides better training on disability awareness and how to respond appropriately during medical emergencies. No family should have to experience this while trying to enjoy a meal. read more

After a strenuous shift bartending I decided I deserved In 'n Out I pulled into the lot and the line snaked completely around, there must have been 20 cars waiting. I decided to park and run in. There were only 2 groups in front of me and the cashier was super efficient and pleasant unlike a brewery I visited earlier that took 11 minutes for me to order and receive a cider and a beer, so this young man's work was appreciated. I may have one of the world's most complicated orders: Double double animal style light spread add a whole grilled onion slice and fries well done to go in a box. It came out perfect. Bad service. Cashier doesn't greet you, next window is worse. Asked for 2 spreads and the girl lied and said she gave me two, so when I opened the box there's only one. I ask for another spread and I'm told that they're running low, mind you I bought two burgers and a fry so between two burgers, we are supposed to share one bootleg spread that they made, the spread isn't even in the packets like it usually is. I asked the girl why she didn't tell me that there was only one spread and her answer was I forgot and kind of brushes me off. Probably my fav In-N-Out location. It's happenin', but they keep it hoppin' and I've only enjoyed efficient service here. They're the cleanest location from my experiences to different branches. They open at 10:30 am now, I recall it used to be 11 am. Nice to have a late breakfast or early lunch. The food is solid, I enjoy meat the most, so the patties are a bit small at 1/8 lb each, but I usually need to have 2 burgers anyways, and prefer that over a double-double. I also order 2 fries. They have the best fries here, crispy, freshly cut in store, hot out of the fryer fries, can't be beat. I like a generous amount of salt on mine, but they always provide salt packets, so even if it's "under-seasoned," I just add some more. Their drinks are great too, b/c you can still refill all you want, many places don't allow that anymore. I like their newer pink lemonade and when trying to avoid sugary drinks, I like their iced tea. All in all, In-N-Out is still one of my favorite burger joints. I like that they offer help to those who are suffering from substance abuse and also resources to fight against human trafficking, both very good causes, it's nice to know eating here helps those in need. read more

I've been to roughly 30 in-n-outs so far and for some reason this one always has the freshest burgers. The buns seem to retain their crunchiness and the lettuce and tomatoes are always crisp and juicy (btw I order with extra lettuce & tomatoes since they make the burger feel crispier, fill me up faster, along with adding it with no additional charge). The fries are ok tho. Location is in a shopping center conveniently off I-5, which has a Tesla charging hub. In-N-Out is a five minute walk to & fro, so it is enough time to order and comfortably eat inside the restaurant while my car is charging. Staff is the usual In-N-Out friendliness and the restaurant is typically clean. The restaurant does a good job training their employees. Never seems as busy as some of the others I've been to in the Bay Area. read more

In-n-out is my favorite fast food burger chain! Their burgers are always so delicious because they use high quality and fresh ingredients. Service is fast and employees are very friendly. The inside of the store is consistently clean because someone is always on the lookout for messes and they help people take away their trash. Customer service is amazing because when I encountered a problem with my order for the first time, they actually cared about what happened and offered a great solution. My go to order is a double-single, which is their double-double with only one slice of cheese. I ask for all the extra veggies and sometimes pickles or chopped chillies if I feel like it. A little food hack I have is ordering their fries with spread and grilled onions on top because it is basically their animal style fries but with no cheese and extra costs. As for their drinks, I like getting a pink lemon up because the half sprite and half pink lemonade combo goes well with the food. It does get very busy during lunch and dinner time at this location so I recommend going earlier to beat the lines and avoid a longer wait time. read more

No joke, this is my first time having In-N-Out Burger! I don't typically eat beef, but my iron level has been super low these last couple of years. I started to eat more high iron food like beef, turkey, and spinach. We decided to eat in since the drive-thru is always packed. To my surprise, it was quicker than I expected. From ordering to getting our food was within 15 minutes. This is at dinner time too. I really like the animal style french fries. The sauce is very addicting. The burger is very good too. Now, I know what everyone is raving about. I mean, for $20, you get two burgers, two fries, and a drink. You can't beat that! We had some leftover fries to take home and needed more of the sauce. I've asked one of the workers if I can purchase the sauce by itself. He politely said no and brought over a few packs of sauce in a bag for me to take home. One can never go wrong with an in n out burger. They even have a healthier alternative "protein style" burger which is tasty however, it does get a bit messier. I love how late they close here (1:30am) due to being able to come grab a quick bite after a fun night out. The prices did slightly increase recently though, it's still a much cheaper alternative getting an entire combo here than most places. On the weekends the crowd varies, it can sometimes get quite packed at night inside and in the drive through but there are some nights where its just you and your friends enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I never have had a bad experience at this location and will continue to come! read more

So I've eaten here 4 times now and it is one of the most disappointing in and out burgers I've ever had. The beef patties are smaller than any in and out I've been too. I ate at the in and out last week in Napa Ca and it is far superior as far as quality and portion size with the patties- the quality and taste level is night and day. One of the coolest In-N-Outs that I've been to. I went there around 11pm and it was practically empty with the exception of two police officers, a local, and some folks running in and out to grab their food. The cashier was incredibly nice and took my order promptly with no problem. I also asked for some kids activities which they gave with a In n out hat! As always, the meals are great! The fries were crisped to perfection, the sauce bar was clean and saucy, and the burger was fresh and dry!
