I've never considered myself the biggest fan of Chick-Fil-A. At least that's what I've always told myself over the years. Historically I've always viewed Chick-Fil-A as the only spot I could get my middle daughter to eat at when she was in junior and senior high school.So we went there a lot but only to get her plain chicken sandwich and fries and usually just ordered on the app and had her run in and grab the food. Fast forward to today and she now has graduated college and her food tastes have finally expanded so I don't really go to Chick-Fil-A anymore. Well they opened up a new location by my work and I forgot my lunch so I decided to check it out for myself. I jumped on my trusty app and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and I also redeemed a promo I had for a free ice cream cone. Parking at this location is pretty big-they have a huge lot and they're in a major shopping center that has many other spots for parking. The building itself is totally nice and clean-being how new it was-I expected nothing less. As usual, they had my order done as soon as I got there,though they did give me the ice cream cone first. I guess we were doing dessert before regular food that day and I'm here for it-ice cream was pretty good. The spicy chicken sandwich was served very hot and was pretty tasty. Nothing groundbreaking here-Chick-Fil-A has really good sandwiches and are very satisfying in a pinch or otherwise. We had a disappointing experience at this newly opened Chick-fil-A location on May 22, 2026 around 9:20 PM. My wife, daughter, and I had just finished watching a movie at the cinema next door and were excited to finally have a Chick-fil-A closer to the Natomas area. We placed a mobile order through the app and drove home afterward. Once we got home, we realized the salad dressing for my wife's salad was missing. Since the app instructs customers to contact the restaurant directly for order discrepancies, we called the store right away. Unfortunately, the night manager's response was disappointing. The only solution offered was a cookie, even after explaining that my wife could not reasonably eat the salad without dressing and that driving back would take over 20 minutes and the restaurant would already be closed by then. What made the situation worse was the customer service approach. When I politely asked for the manager's name, he refused to provide it and simply said management would know who he was. As a manager representing the business, that response felt unprofessional and dismissive. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. However, the way the situation was handled left a poor impression, especially for a newly opened location we were genuinely excited to support. read more

I guess each location sets their own prices and this one is very expensive. I ordered a frosted coffee & spicy filet by itself and my total was $14. While I was waiting for my order I checked my receipt to see that the filet was $6.70 which is ridiculously expensive. I could go to the other location on Arden and get a spicy breakfast sandwich meal (+ hashbrowns and a large drink) including the frosted coffee for only $3 more. This is a brand new Chick-fil-A and the food was excellent. The employees, especially Margarita was friendly, courteous, and professional. The restaurant was actually quite quiet and the tables were clean. I ordered the Market salad and the limited time chicken tortilla soup which tastes amazing. While speed of service has improved, the overall experience is still pretty hit and miss. Also, it should be noted that this location seems to treat ice as if it is some kind of precious resource or something. More than once, I've gotten a drink with normal ice to discover there was barely any ice in it at all, and my drink was lukewarm. read more

This location went up so quickly, I don't even remember seeing it under construction. It looks like they've only been open for a couple of weeks. I came during lunchtime on a weekday and my order was ready very quickly. The staff were super nice and attentive. It's next to the country club "mall" so there's a ton of parking and a very spacious drive through. The only options offered were a refund or a gift card for a future visit. While I appreciate that mistakes happen, it was disappointing that there was no additional effort made to make things right after I spent extra time and gas making a second trip because of their error. A refund simply puts me back where I started, and a gift card requires me to return and spend more money at a location that already inconvenienced me. What was most frustrating wasn't even the mistake itself - it was the lack of ownership afterward. As someone who previously worked in customer service, I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how they're handled when they do. This situation felt like it was brushed aside, with little effort made to address the inconvenience caused. My family enjoys Chick-fil-A but this location is consistently slow. I've been to this location to pick up breakfast for work multiple times and I am always waiting each time. How do you repeat an order back and still deliver the wrong item??? I asked for an egg and cheese biscuit. Drive thru repeated it back and gave me a chicken biscuit. I am f#%ck Vegetarian! First time visiting this new location and I was impressed! Placed a family order using the mobile app and headed over. There was a line in the drive-thru, which I expected. I've never been to a Chick-fil-a without a line.. I was surprised when I got up to what normally is "the window" and saw it was a full length door! I was greeted with a smile and I was super surprised as she headed out with our order with a promise she'd be right back with the kids ice cream cups and drinks. I was shocked!! My order was ready and I didn't have to pull forward and park the car - I was impressed! Our order was fresh, hot and correct! Let me start off by saying the staff is amazing and the service is top notch. I always get the frosted coffee but decided to try their signature Cobb salad and let me tell you it does not disappoint. I can also say that the mornings in the drive through is not busy if you are in a rush to get breakfast before school or work. The inside is clean and would be a great opportunity to have lunch with friends/family or take a break from holiday shopping. This is the worst Chick-fil-A ever! I decided to visit this new location a month back to purchase a gift card in the dtive thru. I waited ten minutes in line without moving an inch. I finally moved a few cones that were blpckong my exot so I could exit and drove away. As I passed the kitchen, I noticed people just standing around doing nothing at all. 3 stars because I know they're trying and it's a new location, but I've been here three times (it's down the street from my house) and each time there were mistakes. 2/3 times they were minor mistakes (wrong drink, forgot sauces) 2nd visit was a little rough. They took my order at the speaker, but somehow lost it when I was waiting so they had to take my order at the window, and the whole trip took took 20ish minutes and i only stopped by for breakfast because i saw only one car in line and i was on my way to work. Mary and Hayden did their best not to acknowledge and provide me service. After standing in line for 10 mins and watching Mary tend to a customer that cut the line, I decided to say something. Hayden responded by apologizing I asked for the manager to make a complaint. Hayden said that that was not an option.
