As I said before, it was tasty and I ate it. He refilled my Pepsi. Got my check, paid, and left. This Brewery is worth visiting, because it looks really cool! Five stars doesn't even cover this Chik-fil-A location, I wish I could give them more as they COMPLETELY deserve it. I'm a native Texas girl that grew up and lives in Las Vegas where the locals are in awe of places like "Raising Cane's" and have no idea of why I'm not impressed with their chicken. Once you taste the chicken that this company offers, no other fast food can hold a candle to them. Unfortunately, a company so based in Christian values will probably never open a store in a town like "Sin City", so I only get to enjoy this place when I go visit my mother in Austin. Last night, after work, three of my co-workers and I spontaneously decided to make the 129 mile trip to this location so we could satisfy our craving and introduce one of our girls to their product. The drive wasn't bad at all and despite every single one of us forgetting the slight time change, we arrived with an hour to spare. We each ordered food, enjoyed it immensely and just hung out while our co-worker's daughter played in the kid area. At this point, the manager came out to speak with us after he had heard from one of his staff that we were visiting from Las Vegas. He informed us that several people in Vegas make the trip up all the time and that they appreciate the business from an outside city. Before he finished his conversation with us he informed us that he would prepare a cookie bag for us to enjoy on our trip back home, free of charge. You just can't find this level of amazing customer service in Las Vegas. You can't. I'm impressed with the staff, with the facilities, with the food and with the customer service enough that I'll definitely make this trip again!! read more

Chick-Fil-A has some of the best service in the food industry, but in St. George it was some of the worst I have ever experienced in fast food. It started from the gal taking orders at the cars in the drive-thru and just snowballed. It was 100 degrees out and perhaps she needed a break but a simple order of 3 club meals, 1 of them large size, and all with diet lemonade was messed up. Then the order was sent before I could even order a kids meal. The gal called and told the drive-thru that the kids meal belonged to the order that was just sent. When I get to the window they give us the wrong drinks, entered wrong upon ordering so that is not their fault. But they were confused and didn't know we also had the kids meal. There was a gal helping at the window, not sure if a manager or person in charge. Once the confusion ended, we get the correct drinks and the kids meal. I drive off to our hotel almost 15 minutes away and well, they didn't give us the clubs or the fries... Admittedly, partially my fault. I drove back to the store, go inside and get in line. I tell the counter I didn't receive the food portion of our order at the drive-thru, give her the receipt and she goes to the window and tells the manager/ PIC who puts her hand on her forehead. The counter gal comes back with our meals and I check it. It had 3 medium fries instead of 1 large although she had the order/ receipt. The manager/ PIC walks past the counter and in back. I got "have a good day" from the counter gal and did not receive so much as an apology from anyone along with my over 40 minutes of time wasted with my family. read more

Chick-fil-A is an establishment in St. George, Utah. Their food is amazing, Chick-fil-A is the best place to go for great chicken, but their Burgers are exceptionally great as well as the chicken. Their exact location is " 15 S River Rd Ste 500 ". Last time I went there I got some chicken nuggets and their Grilled Chicken sandwich. They have great service and I think they are still moving forward even though we are in tough times with this Covid-19 pandemic. This is an American Fast food restaurant in Southern Utah, but they are all over the U.S, so if you search ne up, maybe you could find one nearby. The golden crunchy taste of the waffle fries and the sweet, crunchy, and juicy taste of the chicken nuggets with the best tasting sauce, which is Chick-fil-A sauce, is to die for. I was very disappointed in their customer service today. My wife and I have always enjoyed this place (food, service and all!), however, today my wife was treated very poorly. I was very surprised at the lack of professionalism a certain young women portrayed towards my wife. She was demeaning and condescending. When my wife asked a second time about a certain order to confirm it was correct, the employee quickly snapped "Yup!" (and they STILL got the order wrong). The employee never greeted my wife and when my wife asked the employee if she was available to help her, the employee threw her hands up and said "Uhh yeah!". Then the employee just stood there awkwardly and didnt ask "What can I get started for you?". These are just a few examples of how poorly the customer service was. First problem we have had with their staff. Perhaps the employee was just having a bad day... but there still should be no excuses. read more

This is my top favorite restaurant in St. George. Their classic chicken sandwiches are amazing, their chicken nuggets are delicious, and what shines above ALL the rest of it is..... their customer service. Seriously, the folks that work here are on the ball, super friendly and just fantastic. Every single time I come here I have an excellent experience. One time they forgot the medium fries in my order and they immediately apologized profusely and gave me a large as a token of their apology. They said it was the first error of the day and they try hard to avoid errors but when they do happen (since we're all human, after all), they want to do their best to make it right immediately. If you';re wondering if you should go here, stop wondering and just GO. :) read more

Whenever I think about what I want for lunch, first thing that pops into my head is Chick-fil-a. Chick-fil-a is fast, good, and the location is convenient. Chick-fil-a is always busy, but whenever I go there is usually about 20 cars in the drive through. From the start to finish they get me through in about 10-15 minutes. Not only are they fast, but the food is delicious! They have crispy, juicy, warm chicken, crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. They also have golden, crisp fries, and so much more. They are located on St. George Boulevard, one of the most popular streets here. Chick-fil-A is one of the best restaurants in town hands down. They are a restaurant in St. George Utah that serves all types of chicken meals. Chicken sandwiches, Chicken nuggets, Grilled chicken and so much more! The chicken is tasty and with some of their very own Chick-fil-A sauce, everything is better. The restaurant is very clean, organized, and well kept plus the service is better than anywhere else in town. This restaurant is a little crowded because so many people enjoy eating here, but their drive through is perfected with people outside taking your orders so you can eat in minutes. Chick-Fil-a is not only very clean and organized, the food here tastes amazing. The chicken is tender while the breading is crisp. If you get a chicken sandwich, which is my personal favorite, the bun will always have a buttery crisp taste to it. The fries here are very delicious and can be cooked to your liking, (extra crispy fries are the way to go). The staff at Chick-Fil-a will always be cheerful and happy to help, just make sure to say thank you, they appreciate it. Shortly after this conversation, she walked back to the kitchen and few minutes later I had my plate front of me. Sadly, the items were not fully heated up, at least not for my liking. My order was nothing extraordinary, it was the Easter Special: Ham and Turkey with mashed potatoes, green beans and stuffing. I ate most of it, except the stuffing. It was cold. I don't eat cold stuffing. Regardless, I paid for my meal and left. My waitress gave me a piece of pecan pie, sweetening my mood, before I left. Thank you! I just wanted a plate of food on Easter Sunday when I was on the road for work. That's all. It wasn't the best experience!

Parking was convenient and line moves quickly. Ambiance. The most important part is cleanliness. The facility (front, counter, prep area, seating) are clean. Employees uniforms/aprons are clean, lighting is bright. Everything about Jersey Mike's is bright and welcoming. I appreciate the sandwich choice variety (hot, cold, veggies, toppings, salads). What's not to love. I am so glad Jersey Mike's has been well received by our community.
