The food was good it was the service that was terrible. So me and my mom work together and ordered on the app at the office we work at. We were originally planning on going in her car which is a silver Chrysler so we put it in the app as her car but last minute decided to go in mine which is a green Toyota. Usually this isn't a problem cuz we put the number we parked in and they come out and check to see if it's us. So we arrive at the chick fil a and put what spot we're in and start waiting. About 20 maybe 30 minutes later my mom decides to go inside and check on our order. She asks them politely about our order and the bald manager who I think is actually the owner was rude to her. He said that they had lost the order, then proceeded to take forever to do something about it. He told my mom that they can't start the order until we arrive at the location, which we had arrived a long time before that so it should've been ready by then. He also kept saying how they thought we weren't there because there wasn't a silver car in spot 5. We had put we arrived and were in spot 5 if you see someone is in spot five GO AND TALK TO THEM TO SEE IF THERE WAS A MISTAKE. That's common sense, but this worker kept saying "Are you in a silver car? We couldn't see your car." Very keen on proving a point. Eventually they gave us the food but it took over 45 minutes to get our food during our limited lunch. If you go make sure to put the correct car or the workers will throw a fit apparently. Terrible service, communication from the manager Valerie is not there. They messed up an order and told me on the phone that they would replace it. When I arrived they only offered to replace a beverage and fry!? I informed them that I wasn't from this area of town and I am only here because they offered to replace it and they still would not do it even though the lady on the phone had offered it. I decided to order at this Chick-fil-A on my way home and told Matthew at drive through that my name was Julieta or Juliet. He decided to write this on my order. If you know Spanish, this is an ugly thing to call someone. I also posted the definition if used in a derogatory way if you don't. I contacted management and they informed me only 4 employees at this location speak Spanish and no one knows what this means but I have a feeling they do as the employee who gave me my order was extremely nervous and apologetic saying they wrote my name as "Mireda." They told me they would be speaking to Matthew and management but I also decided to post this review in the hopes it doesn't happen to anyone else at this location. Update: much better with their service, but don't waste time coming in the evening or a Saturday. Ordering on the app ahead of time is a waste of time. You park and wait for your curbside order to come to you, and it takes 15 minutes because you have a majority of the workers standing around chatting. Also, if they're out of items, whether it's a cup size or a particular part of your meal, they just think they can substitute you less because of something on their end. You have to tell them to fix what they charged you or make it equivalent. So why order on the app? If every time I come I have to change what I ordered. Every time I've come on a Saturday, something's wrong or missing. Coming for breakfast or lunch during the week is smooth, so I have to applaud them there. I had to leave a review because of the service given by a cashier named Jewlia. I was told at a different location that I could redeem 1,800 reward points for a 10 pack of Chick-Fil-A minis. After redeeming the points, the manager at that location told me that I could not use it since they did not carry that specific item and I would have to go to a location that does. I came to this location and explained what happened to Jewlia. She went and took both the initiative and time to go speak with her manager about what happened. She found a solution that was more than fair and it made my day. It's refreshing to see someone working so hard to ensure the satisfaction of a customer during the pandemic when it would be so easy to just do the bare minimum. Thank you Jewlia. I have come to this location for years, have complained multiple times to staff and management, and have even sent letters. For some reason, their Diet Dr. Pepper (and seemingly only this soda) appears to have a chemical taste to it. I have been to multiple Chick-Fil-A locations around the area and state and this is the only one with this issue that I've encountered so far. Horrible Customer Service! I been coming here since they open. Always friendly and orders correct. Last week I order the same thing I always order plus a extra one for my Tech Guy that was installing cameras in my new store. When I get back to the store I notice it's Spicy Chicken & Pepper Jack Cheese. UGH! I called told them they messed up and I gave them my name and receipt number. Today I was wanted lunch and remembered they owed me two original deluxe meals. I get up to the girl outside. She tell me to tell them at the Window. I tell him and he's all confused what to do. When I order my meal and request extra pickles, they put them in small baggies even AFTER I put in the instructions to put the extra pickles on the sandwich on not just the sandwich requests, but even the special requests when finalizing my order! I've called about it before as well and the person I spoke to just gave me runaround responses. I just want extra pickles on the damn sandwich, and to have my chicken a little extra crispy. Chain restrauants are typically not my thing, but Chick Fil a stands out as an exception to this rule. This place knows customer service! On a quick lunch break I stopped in since the drive thru line was about 9 cars long. The lines inside was long too, but the minute I walked in a Chick Fil a staff greeted me and directed me to the shortest line. (I felt like a VIP) Unlike most places during busy times Chick Fil a opens all check out lanes to move customers quickly. There were 4 lanes available so I was able to order in less than 3 mins. The checker was very polite, and provided service with a smile. While waiting for my food I grabbed a seat in the restaurant. Shortly after sitting to wait for my food, to my delight a worker tracked me down with my food. Nice! From walking in, to getting my good was about 7 mins. Since I was doing good on time and I am already sitting, I went ahead and decided to eat my sandwich. While eating on 3 different occasions staff members stopped in to check on me to offer condiments, offer to get me refills and lastly to take my trash. The food was outstanding as always. I had the Spicy Chicken sandwich combo with pepper jack cheese and fries. Chick Fli is so consistent. It's great to always know excactly what your getting. This entire lunch break experience was about 25 mins or so. I was very please with the food but to be honest I was even more impressed with the service.
