2nd time ever trying Jimmy John's came in 30 mins to closing time and ordered a toasted country club sandwich with pickles and by the time I got home and checked my order to realize that not only is the sandwich not toasted there's was no meat or cheese on the sandwich after the store was closed... I came in next day to see if I could get it replaced willing to show them video and copy of my receipt and associate Carter told me he could not do anything about it because I didn't not report it that day even tho the store was already closing and lived 15 mins away. One of my fiancé's favorite sandwich shops. This Jimmy John's has been consistent in quality, cleanliness, and service over the many time I've been. It's normally pretty quiet no matter what time we go, and there's always open tables if you decide to eat in. Their ingredients are fresh and we always get our sandwiches shortly after ordering. Every once in a while they'll leave on an ingredient on the sandwich that we asked be left out, but if that's the most I can say against this location I'd say they're doing really well. I walked into Jimmy John's and the music was sooo loud. I felt sorry for the employees that have to listen to this loud music all day long. I told the manager, could you play that music any louder? And he said, yes, I can do that. And I said, go ahead and play it louder because I'm leaving. And I turned around and I left. I got in my car, and I drove across the street to Subway, where the music wasn't blasting my eardrums and the manager wasn't such a smart aleck. Jimmy John's need to retrain this manager. Jimmy John's Sandwiches in general have been consistently tasty and fresh when I've had them. My low score is due to the lack of staffing at this location. When we went around 6 pm on a Friday, there was only one staff person, working both the register and making the sandwiches. This person did a great job and made delicious sandwiches, but I saw how they struggled to both make the sandwiches and still check people in at the register as they walked in. They did a phenomenal job. My low score is due to this location allowing this situation to happen at a busy time, it's unprofessional. There should have been at the minimum at least two people working at the same time. I saw someone walk in about an hour after we arrived who did work there, but that was after leaving the one staff person alone through a busy time. Again, they did a great job, but should've never been put in that position to have to manage everything on their own. Please make sure your staff are supported at this location. read more

Called the location, women that answered basically could care less, just said " driver had a lot of deliveries". I frequent this place for lunch during my work hours for a good reason, the Jimmy Johns staff has it down, sandwiches made extra fast with accuracy; lunch hour rush? The menu offers something for everyone from vegetarians to your savvy sandwich eaters, the soft drinks as well are in good combination with the sandwiches, they also have a good selection of chips to pair with your sandwich; a perfect combo! This location in particular is always kept clean, and is always busy, they do delivery as well so don't forget to tip your delivery person if you ever have the need to order a sandwich if you need something delivered to you. The staff is very efficient and customer focused as well, but I think Jimmy Johns has an environment all on it's own, so people who come here frequently know how fast-paced this pace is. The following time our order was VERY late (past our lunch time) and the unwich had a bug inside the lettuce. The manager at the time stated that he would give 50% off discount on the 3 sandwiches that were late and 100% discount on the unwich that had a bug for a future order. I've been a vegetarian for about a year now, which means I haven't had Jimmy Johns in about a year because I don't believe in veggie sandwiches. this place is purely more trouble than it is worth. even when they have promotional deals the subs are worth less a dollar in USD but at least 5 cents in mexican pesos because the portion size is great for a kid. not for an adult. they also make to stupid decision to limit the amount of subs you can buy during the promotion offer per person. like that is going to do them any favors in racking up sales in the long run for them. the irony here is they cannot even attempt hold themselves up to their own personal standards while they have unrealistic expectations of long term profit margins for themselves, they are the ones holding themselves back by placing limits on their promotional offers and not using other food delivery services to deliver their orders in a timely manner. of course the 3rd party food delivery service is a risk in itself because of food tampering so that itself is another problem. the business has a serious ego trip causing them to be high off their own supply and its costing them in the long run because of it. do not bother coming here. read more

Went into this Jimmy Johns almost at closing and was greeted by a welcoming staff. They were patient as I did not know what to order right away. Ordered the number #9 and was amazed at how fresh my sub tasted. The flavors were on point (tasted amazing) and it was one of the best Italian subs I've had. They have a standard variety of chip choices which is normal. The BBQ chips I selected were crunchy and flavorful and reminded me of Ms. Vicky's chips. This is a new Jimmy Johns location and I hope they keep up the friendliness because I greatly appreciate it. read more

She had nothing to say so I cancelled my order and she still had nothing to say. I have no idea what happened today. I worked through lunch and made time to order a sandwich online. The Jimmy John's closest to my office is .2 miles away. I placed an order for a sandwich on wheat and add sprouts. That was a complicated as I made it. I ordered my sandwich at 2:37 - well after a noon lunch rush and it was delivered at 3:47 pm. I even called at 3:30 to see if they could track it down. "It will be there in about 10 minutes. Sorry about that!" That's it? It's been an hour and you say "about 10 minutes". So why didn't I just get it myself? Well I got busy. I thought is would be fast. I see them deliver to this building ALL the time. I did pick up there two weeks ago - but the Mexican restaurant drive thru line blocks all the Jimmy John parking. I really didn't think it would take an hour. The sandwich was delicious- I think. I devoured it. I was so hungry by that time. Now that I have eaten I will call and talk to a manager. In my previous state I should not have been allowed to even send an email.
