    Queso fundido
    Karla R.

Restaurant was very spacious. Wait time was short for a Friday morning which was great. Food was great. We received chips beans and salsa for free which was amazing. Ordered the queso fundido which was a great starter. Ordered the street tacos birria and bistec and beans it was very filling with a side of lemonade which was very refreshing. Our waiter did great handling a party of five and the wait time for our food was not bad. My only complaint was that I was not able to fit comfortably underneath the table with my electric wheelchair.

Love this place! I had their Sopes. Al Pastor and Bistek! Small but delicious. Then my friend order their Conchas! Yum! Freshly made and served with fresh whipped cream and hot cocoa.

Tlacho has been my go to restaurant for more authentic mexican food! me encanta!!! He comido varios platos, ¡lo que elijas va a estar delicioso! I love the mole, and the huevos rancheros. fresh juice is very good! i like the jugó verde. In a world of overbearing tex-mex food, Tlacho is my savior! the service is ALWAYS great! employees are very nice and attentive.

Last time I had ate from this place was in 2023. I had a good experience the first time. So I was in the neighborhood and stopped by again and ordered chile relleno with cheese. It reminded me of my grandma's cooking. So exquisite flavors like rock pops bursting in my mouth full of Mexican flavor

Let me preface that I have never had a bad experience here, never, not even once!! It's so amazing here! The servers are always so kind and attentive, the food is always delicious and extremely authentic. I usually come here for breakfast/brunch and I never regret it. I would recommend Tlahco to anyone wanting to experience authentic Mexican food in SA.

Tlahco instantly became one of my favorite spots in San Antonio. I've probably been here a dozen times, and the food consistently tastes like it was made in someone's home kitchen in the very best way -- super flavorful, authentic, comforting, and full of that real, no-shortcuts sazón you just don't find everywhere. The service is just as memorable. Everyone is friendly and attentive without making you feel rushed, and the whole place has this relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger. If you're craving authentic, heartfelt Mexican food that truly tastes homemade, Tlahco is such a solid choice. I'm already planning what to order next time. Tip: It gets really busy during peak hours (for good reason), and seating is limited -- join the waitlist before you arrive so you're not stuck waiting outside!

Highly recommend this place. We had a wait time of 10-15 mins, but it went much faster than that. Our waitress was sweet and very attentive. Then there's the food~ Wow! Amazing! I had the Chili Relleno plate and my husband & son had the Chicken Mole plate. Hands down to the chief We live in New Braunfels and will be making a trip out just to eat here. Great Experience

Best chilaquiles I have ever had in my life and the conchas were out of this world. This is the real deal. My wife told me it reminded her of her abuela's cooking. The restaurant was so clean and had a calming aesthetic. Our server was very professional and polite. Next time we are in town we are coming here. I wish I had time to try the whole menu. P.S., get your chilaquiles with marital problems so you can try the best of both sauces. I normally get it with eggs, but I had steak this time. Out of this world delicious. I would've licked the plate if I could!

Parrillada Mixta al Carbon for 2
    Melissa O.

We've ordered from this place twice and both times gotten the Parrillada Mixta al Carbon for 2 - steak, chicken, shrimp, sausage, quesadillas, jalapeno poppers, roasted corn, grilled onions, guacamole, salsas, tortillas, rice, and beans. And hooooly moly. The second time we ordered we were nervous that we were overthinking how good it was the first time. Thank goodness we were not. It was just as good on round two. Highly, highly recommend.

Wow! One of the best places I've been too in a long time. All the food was excellent. So many items on the menu that I will need to come back and try. The Arrachera was so tender and flavorful. Very good borracho beans too. Service was excellent as well. Nice casual spot with excellent food and music.

Such an amazing spot to have Mexican food in San Antonio. The restaurant is very busy but the waitress was super sweet and they got the coffee and food out fairly quickly. I ordered the cafe de olla and it was so good, it is too sweet for me but the waitress gave me a great tip to mix some regular and cafe de olla coffee and that made it the perfect sweetness for me. I had the chilaquiles verdes and oh my gosh, they are the best chilaquiles I've had in San Antonio. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place for Mexican food. The decoration and plates are super cute as well. My husband ordered breakfast tacos and they were very large and he said they were really good as well.

Do they serve puffy tacos here?

Are the flour tortillas homemade? Do they a tortillera rolling them by hand? Are they above average??? I want to tortillas that are freshly made!!! :)

All the tortillas are homemade , you can't see them making them, but they are homemade tortillas. I would not say they are above average. If you want above average tortillas you need to go to Alamo Café.

    Are there gluten free options?

    No, im afraid not!

From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was special. The atmosphere is beautiful, upscale, and inviting. The architecture and design throughout the restaurant are absolutely stunning. Even the restrooms were impressive and reflected the same attention to detail found throughout the entire establishment. The food was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. This isn't your typical restaurant experience--the menu is creative, unique, and offers something different. You can tell a lot of thought goes into both the preparation and presentation of every plate. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the customer service. My waitress, Kreizon, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel welcome throughout my visit. Great service can make a good meal even better, and she definitely elevated the entire experience. The outdoor dining area is also beautiful and creates a relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying a meal and taking in the surroundings. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers exceptional food, incredible ambiance, unique architecture, and top-notch customer service, Domingo is a must-visit. This is more than just dinner--it's an experience. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in San Antonio.

There's such a wonderful selection, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. As parents with notoriously picky eaters, we especially appreciate how accommodating the staff is - it's such a relief to know that our kids can also find something yummy with just a quick chat with the staff member. That really makes a difference for a family outing! And oh my goodness, the appetizers are simply fantastic. We couldn't get enough! I also have to give a special shout-out to the Carrajillo I ordered. It was such a delightful surprise - perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, with a lovely citrusy kick that made it incredibly refreshing. Definitely a new favorite drink! We're already looking forward to our next visit to explore more of amazing menu. Just a little heads-up for anyone else, we realized on our way out that there's an extra parking lot right across the street if the main one fills up. Super handy to know!

It was delicious! The concha was soft, buttery and flaky, with just the right sweetness. We took home the majority of it and it stayed nice and soft instead of turning hard like so many others. We decided to try several appetizers to go along with our concha to get a wider taste of their food than we would by just ordering a couple entrees. Let me tell you, this was a great idea! We ordered the Tosti-Ceviche Verde, Panela Asado, Mexican Street Corn, and their Spicy Bean Dip. The Ceviche Verde was excellent, the freshness of the fish and shrimp was wonderful with the chipotle mayo and avocado. We chose to have it on the salsa Verde Tostitos and it was all great combination. The Panelo Asado was a completely new dish for us and was extremely good with a savory flavor from the salsa Tlaquepaque that mixed well with the Panela cheese. Their tortillas though not made in house, are made for them and taste like mom made them. The Mexican Street Corn was great and had the perfect bit of char taste from the corn. It was creamy and flavorful, we did think it could use just a tad more lime juice though. The Spicy Bean Dip was very good. You can't go wrong with Oaxaca, Chorizo, and pieces of pork mixed with some mildly spicy beans. Our server was fantastic. She had great recommendations for us, and was quick with checking on our drinks and generally helping us throughout our dinner. The food was prepared quickly, was hot, tasteful and refreshing. We definitely will be going back, and recommend Pan Fila to all of you.

No wonder why the older bald waiter has that attitude. He steals from people and is backed up by their management. Would everything had been ok if they didn't use some scam like QR code? Or the waiter done his job instead of dropping off the tab and not asking a single soul out of a party of 7 to split or not, then this wouldn't even be an issue.
