We aren't locals, but I get the impression this place is popular with locals, as staff was on a first name basis with the regulars. The sandwiches are simple and good. We didn't have the sauce on the side, Im wondering if that was the secret missing ingredient! This place was packed for lunch but we still got our food pretty quickly and the staff were really friendly. Next time, I'm looking forward to trying their craft beer at the little bar seating. We all love Board & Brew but I am writing this review because I am grateful I can still order my all time favorite, SC Delight, which is on the secret menu. I get this sandwich in a GF wrap and no meat and it is super delicious. I never tire of this go to because it is consistently good. I also recently just did a large order for my office staff who likes every sandwich individualized and so catering is not an option. I worked with the Mgr, whose name I believe started with a J but I can't remember, sorry, who made the process super simple. I appreciate this level of customer service even for a sandwich shop.
