We were first-time customers who live nearby and decided to give this place a try. We placed an online order and picked it up. Our order included a combo and an $8 cheesecake. When we got home, we realized the cheesecake was missing. We immediately tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered since they were close to closing. The next day, we called to explain what happened and asked if they could either refund the $8 or simply provide the cheesecake that we had already paid for. Instead of trying to help, the woman who answered was rude and asked why we didn't call the night before. We explained that we did try, but no one answered. She still refused to offer a refund or provide the missing item. When we asked to speak with a manager, she told us there isn't a manager. Mistakes happen, and forgetting an item isn't the real issue. The disappointing part was the complete lack of customer service or willingness to make it right. For an $8 item that was never provided, a simple refund or replacement would have gone a long way. The food itself was average, but the customer service was enough that we won't be returning. There are plenty of other places nearby that value their customers and stand behind their orders. Based on our experience, we can't recommend this restaurant. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to correct a simple mistake left a very poor impression, and the staff could benefit from better customer service training. read more

The chicken was also amazing as always, but I tried something new since seeing the menu, and that's the banana Nutella cheesecake. Ohemgee, definitely one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had! So creamy with a subtle banana flavor, and Nutella swirl to kick it up a notch.. this will definitely be a go to when my husband picks up next time! Staff was super friendly, and the food came out quickly. Prices are also pretty decent, and they have a few offers for lunch specials and happy hour for a few bucks off certain combos. I've been wanting to check this place out in awhile but have always forgotten about it. A few days ago, we were in the neighborhood and decided to drop in. I'm glad we did, I got the medium Chicken thighs and it was made fresh to order. It was spicy, crunchy, savory and the seasoned crinkle fries made it a complete meal. First time here. Pretty impressed. Probably more authentic "Nashville Hot Chicken" than other places. Hotness levels are pretty accurate. "Spicy" is legit. "Supreme" is only for the daredevil. Unique sauce - a kind of honey mustard mayo. Not a Chick-fil-A sauce, not a Big Mac sauce, not a Freddy's fry sauce. Different. I love this place, it was my first time and from the moment I walked in it was a good time. The team working here is wonderful. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome, and when I asked for suggestions they told me the most popular item, which was the Combo #1, and I chose the mild heat which has a very good heat. (I would say if you're a person that likes spicy food, then, whichever one you think you want, go one heat level below because mild was personally a medium to me.) If you're not a fan for hot chicken, then you can order your meal "naked," and it won't be spicy. This restaurant is a smaller restaurant that produces big flavor! Spicy was definitely Spicy. The fries were perfectly spiced and delicious. It will definitely be 2 meals for me. My husband loves his fries and coleslaw. He never says "we should order from here again" but he did! He really loved it. I love Ube anything and was glad to see they have Ube Cheesecake. It was incredible! I like me a good chicken sandwich. From the basic with mayo and lettuce on a bun at Jack in the Box (I miss you Chicken Supreme), to Crack Shack which set the standard after opening up in San Diego all those years ago. Since then, sandwich spots which serve only chicken seems be sprouting up from food trucks to holes in the wall all around the county. For my birthday, I wanted to try it out and we ended up coming to Main Chick here in Bressi Ranch. The decor is sparse, a white brick motif that reflects the beaming red of their neon sign, giving the whole place an oppressive, red sun of Krypton feel. On the plus side, however, the floor to the bathroom has an extensive hopscotch grid which the kids and I put to enthusiastic use. I had a Mild Combo #3, splitting the two sandwiches with my 10 year old son. The bun and breading were both sugary, the sweetness very much on display, balancing out with the little heat coming in from the sauce. Fried well, not too greasy, with a nice and tangy slaw, and overall all it was pretty good. The fries, on the other hand, were both over-seasoned and seasoned too long after they came out of the fryer; meaning that what was sprinkled on didn't stick and ended up just pooling in the bottom of the basket. My daughter had a side of their Mac & Cheese, which she sadly didn't like. It wasn't bad, though a bit unimaginative (I prefer a good baking with bread crumbs and a salty protein like bacon or ham mixed in), she's just 4 years old and fixated on Kraft. All in all, Main Chick is pretty average. It's a bit on the pricey side for the quality and flavors of what you get. But, it'll still do in a pinch or satisfy a group of hungry kids looking for something kitchy beyond a fast food burger. If I ever get to come back this way again, I think a sandwich with more than just mild heat may please me a bit more. read more

Completely disappointed after our take out and getting home. This was not main chick food per usual. Extremely small pieces of chicken tenders., like 3 bite pieces. 2 pieces did not even equal one normal piece. So small they were not even juicy probably because they probably couldn't cook them right. Same chicken in our sandwiches too so it wasn't just a one off thing. Mac N Cheese was cold too, had to reheat. Their response was it's a supplier issue. I talked with the manager and explained that you can't serve these to people. They're going to call you and complain. You need to at least double the amount of chicken. Now we're out $45 still hungry and going to another establishment. After talking to both the manager and owner they did not meet my expectations of a refund so we can go somewhere else and actually get full for dinner but offered a Mac n cheese side on the house. SMH. Lost us as a customer. Won't be back. These pieces are not slightly smaller. They're not even half the size of a normal tender. I said double not quadruple. You should have denied these pieces from your supplier. Unacceptable to serve at that price. Imagine 6 of the pieces on my last picture with fries for $30 read more

Wife's pregnant so of course there's cravings, today she was craving Dave's Hot Chicken. I suggested we try this place instead, we're both convinced that Dave's has lost one of their repeat customers!!! The sandwiches here were assembled neatly, we ordered to go so we could eat in the car and they made sure to give us plenty of cutlery and goodies unlike other places. The food tasted amazing! So much flavor and man that Nutella banana cheesecake was perfect to curb a sweet tooth.
