I don't know if it's just this location, but quality has gone down. I used to order their tastee freeze sundays and they told me that they didn't have any hot fudge or peanuts. They had chocolate syrup which I was like fine. After tasting it, I could not enjoy it like I used to and completely disappointed. I guess I'll have to enjoy my sundays either at sonic or McDonald's. read more

I love this chain. Every time I am in Southern CA I try to stop by one. Brings back great memories when I was younger. I always get the same thing. One kraut dog with mustard and one chili dog. The kraut goes first and the chili is saved for last! This did not disappoint! I give it three stars which is about the top rating I am going to give a chain. I went there 12/13/2023 around 2:00pm and i waited 15 minutes for my food, once i went to ask about it, the manager (im assuming by the way he was dressed) said that he was sorry and didnt see me so he thought i left then gave me fresh food and offered me a free soda but i said it was fine and then he went to my table and handed me two more corn dogs and hot dogs for the inconvenience of me waiting. It really shows that the employees here really go out of their way to make sure a customer is satisfied and shows that they care about the customers. I really appreciate the manager that did that. read more

Everytime I get a chili dog here I feel like Sonic and Tails and just wanna eat an endless amount of it! I don't know what's in their sauce, but it is one of the best yet! Their hog dogs can be a bit on the puny side, but they make up for it with the sauce I suppose. Fries are crispy and thin, just the way I like 'em! Corn dogs are okay, too. It hits the spot whenever there's a craving for it. Their pretzel dog can be a hit or miss with the pretzel part... one time it was super burnt... o.O But nevertheless, they have deals and coupons all around. Waited a long line to order. (Which is fine). But Sat at the order bar for 5 minutes. ( I would know because let it go played twice while my toddler behind singing along). Finally, I said hello? And she replied. What's your order. Ew. Anywho. Got to pay window. I asked if they had Apple Pay. She looked at me annoyed and said. I have to check. This is one of the nicer Wienerschnitzels I have been to. Very clean. The service here is very quick and I have not had one order wrong yet. Normally I wouldn't give Wienerschnitzel more than 3 stars. But they have Plasma TV's playing sports! That's +1 star for me right there! Other than that, it's a typical Wienerschnizel, complete with tasty but horribly unhealthy chili cheese fries and Pastrami dogs!!! read more

This location has been here forever and a day. What's great is that it's been remodeled and now they have big flat screens and WIFI. There's also an ATM inside towards the back if you need it. Otherwise it's your typical hot dogs and such. I do love their chili dogs. My kids love the mini corn dogs. read more

This past month I had the pleasure to meet Karchidi who's service goes above and beyond most restaurants I go to, even when I go for a quick break and a hello, Karchidi always greats me with such meaningful kindness and warmth it makes a whole lot of difference when she asks me about my day. I was just there, not long. The service was as terrible as it comes. So I ordered a medium Pepsi, a root beer float, chili cheese fries, a chili cheese dog, and a chili cheese burger. I remember I was thorough with my order. The one who took my order even repeated the order back to me. They gave me my order incomplete. There was no chili cheese burger in my bag. Only problem was, I found out once I got home. So I called them to tell them to let them know about the mishap. They offered to give me a chili cheese burger at first. But then they called me back, they tried to blame me for the mishap as the chili cheese burger was not on the receipt. They withdrew their offer. I don't know much about the restaurant service business but I don't think this is right. I sure as well will never go back to this location again. This is the epitome of terrible business. read more

Please do not support this facility! The manager Rich is demeaning and belittles his employees!! Days are tough, but as a manager you step up and work side by side with your team!! When I attempted to clarify that I had ordered three hamburgers, I was interrupted and told, in a condescending manner, that she had already "got it." Unfortunately, the issues continued when I received my order. Two of the fries I had specifically requested "animal style" were prepared as regular fries instead. This experience felt frustrating and avoidable. Clear communication and attentive listening are essential in customer service, and I hope this location can reinforce those standards with staff particularly for employees handling customer orders. A more respectful and careful approach would greatly improve the overall customer experience.

The employee who answered, Kevin, was immediately dismissive and insisted the mistake was my fault. When I calmly asked whether there was any chance an error had been made, he flatly said no and continued to argue with me. When I asked to speak with a manager, he told me to call back tomorrow. I've worked in customer service and I know a wrong order is not the end of the world -- it happens. But refusing to take any accountability and doubling down rather than offering any kind of solution is simply not acceptable. A simple "I'm sorry, let us make it right" would have gone a long way. Beware if Kevin is working. I hope management sees this and addresses it, because the food itself is good and the rest of the staff has always been fine. This one experience -- and how it was handled -- is what cost them the stars. ***The manager took care of the situation the next day and made this a lot better.***
