Delicious chicken! This location is packed more than In N Out! I fully support gay rights and equal rights but people lets not get political about chicken! read more

We just came to Chick-fil-A and Viris our favorite person of all time helped us out and made our day which was unbelievably stressful with a raging fire burning near our house, so much more easy going to have a nice smiling face greet you first thing in the morning thank you so much Viris read more

The service here is ridiculous. Having refills delivered and trays cleared is nice, but what makes it fantastic is that the employees are so frickin nice! They look you in the eye, speak clearly, and are courteous and cheerful. They are not mumbling grumbling teenagers just trying to hang on until the end of their shift. While I was eating today, a woman was taking a very very long time to place her order, asking all kinds of questions and not making a selection. The clerk treated her with respect for the whole 10 minute ordeal and she went away happy with a bag of highly-customized chicken sandwiches. The guy is a saint, and since they have adequate staffing, other customers were able to place their orders and be on their way. read more

So delicious! Customer service was very friendly and welcoming. The food was very delicious and fast! This was my first time at a Chick Fil A, so the standard has been set high! Restrooms were clean as well. read more

Today was my first time in a chic-fil-a and it'll be my last. While the staff was extraordinarily polite --their "sandwich" is horrific! ... nonono, embarrassing! I'd never serve a piece of greasy fried chicken solely with pickles on a soggy white bun to a dog. Okay the waffle fries are unique but bland... folks this restaurant serves FAT ASS PEOPLE FOOD. This place should be outlawed. Haven't we learned anything in the past few years about DIABETES and STARCH and CHOLESTEROL? That's all this place has... I felt ill and bloated when I left. I had their "classic" sandwich, fries and a lemonade. Terrible. I've had better food in elementary school lunchroom, and that was bad! Go to Subway or even McDonald's! There was a lobby filled with zitty teens and fat impoverished adults. Not recommended. read more

We wanted try Chik-Fil-A for the first time. We are so happy to see a gluten free option, along with peanut and canola options since we have food allergies and intolerances. The grilled chicken is so good and the waffle fries are delicious! Give them a try. read more

Always been a fan of Chick-fil-A but for some reason the drive-through everytime food is cold ??? I understand they're very busy but 5/6 times in a row now food has been Luke too cold.. sry had to say something.. read more

Super expensive prices as well as super packed inside garbage bins. It smelled like shit times 10 in the r& R, and the foul odor leaked to the dining area. By the end of closing there was sauce spills near the bin where customers eat as well. I had an awful experience hear. I will NOT be investing my hard-earned money here. Does NOT pass health & safety code in the state of California. Everyone of their staff needs to take classes on punctuality, and clairvoyance. Slow reaction time to health violations, and bad timings to clean up near customers eating. Very rude to take out trash that has been there for over two hours, finally when someone eats near by. Staff lacks common sense, certain individuals need to be reprimanded for poor output of work. Not enough courtesy, and enthusiasm from the men working there. The women are very outgoing here. They just cannot do the dirty work. read more

I have always enjoyed CFA for their consistency.. But the SB location has fallen off the quality boat. SOMEONE from corporate, PLEASE HELP! I miss my chicken sandwiches! read more

I love this place .. breakfast was delicious .I've been here so many times and it never disappoints

I order a large spicy chick deluxe meal at the drive threw and when I went to eat they gave me only 2 chick fil a sauce for the large frIes and sandwich. The sandwich wasn't even the right thing it was bread and chicken served in a paper bag. I'm so disappointed I love chick fil a but this one sucked. read more

Hands down the best "fast food" experience you will ever have! The staff is so polite and always has a smile on their face. They're always willing to correct any errors whether it be made by you or them (very rare). The food is always delicious and very well put together in the bags if you get it to go. No spilling, no mess, and always tons and tons of sauces! Thank you Chick Fil A y'all are amazing! read more

Glen was the most kind man I've ever had the opportunity to order fast food from. He had a friendly conversation with me & my friend , was relentless at making sure our order was taken care of & handled correctly. Much love Glen, we will be back! read more

Gave me two packets of sauce when I i asked for 4, also gave out paper straws. I don't like this Chick-fil-A, will not be coming back. Also the foods as no where near as good as other Chick-fil-A locations. Employees were not that helpful either read more

The place is really well run!! Talk about an effective leader casting an awesome shadow for the team, it all starts from the top. Team members here really go out of their way to recognize their customers with a genuine smile and offer to serve anything extra during your visit. The quality of food is just amazing as well. Great job!!! I'm coming back regularly for sure read more

Love the friendly people and tasty alternative to burgers at the Habit and In and Out when in the mood for fast food!

I had never eaten here before it opened in Santa Barbara...boy was I missing out!!....I am now officially obsessed with their Spicy Chicken Deluz and their Chick Fil A sauce since it opened I have been here at least 10 times.... read more

I love their chicken strip and lemonade. They have a lot of sauce but I think the best one is chick-fil-a sauce. Their staffs are all friendly and the place is clean. They offer a family challenge for you to get a free ice cream. read more

NEVER use a Chik-Fil-A drive thru!! Firstly I was handed two large drinks with no drink holding tray despite clearly being the only person in the car. So I asked for a cup holder and got this flimsy cardboard "cup holder" which was utterly useless at keeping the cups standing upright. Furthermore, the lids come off their cups RIDICULOUSLY easily, I was handed an overflowing bag of food which couldn't possibly sit up straight and I had to repeat myself endlessly. Needless to say my car floor and seat are now covered in soda!! The cups and cup holder alone make them a sub-par fast food chain. But the food was no better. No crunch at all to the deep fried chicken. No crunch to the fries. Completely average experience all round. How this company has gotten this far I do not know. NEVER. AGAIN. read more

Went there last night w/ my Son. Sat outside @ Table #69. Will brought us our food. Amazing Young Man. He was Respectful, Kind, Thoughtful, Gracious & Humble. Great Kid! read more

Chicken only but it is good! Keeps menu and ordering simple. Fries are waffle style so make sure you eat them hot. Can get very busy during lunch hours but they do their best at speed. Always a pleasure for them to serve you. Chick-Fil-A sauce a favorite. read more

Best spicy chicken sandwich period. Try the chocolate chunk cookies they are delicious as we'll. Place is always clean and friendly staff.

Stefanee us absolutely amazing! She has excellent customer service and so does everyone else!

I love their burger so much! Don't forget to get their sweet sauce. I think their crispy chicken with their sweet sauce is the best! I also like their ice-cream! read more

Best lemonade and nuggets! Fast service, nice people, they keep the place clean.

On the occasions we facilitated the lavatory after going through the drive through we noted what had to be employee protocol, so incessant, it could not be denied. Male employees enter the women's bathroom bellowing evacuation for "cleaning". But they are not cleaning as they were observed just leaving the bathroom after cleaning. Woman employees participate in perverse voyeur acts addressed with them prior. Yet on one occasion we purported to put a stop to it and make them aware their actions have been noted. Women acquaintances of ours visiting this location construct stall privacy by placing bathroom paper or articles of clothing (to obstruct outside viewers peering to the inside) over wide gaps between door and wall. We did too. Their reaction to women's right to moral decency (i.e. employees: tall male middle aged, crew cut; stout 30/40is red hair, woman) is overt assault of women engaged in the cubicles, demanding to view the person inside. Illegal, immoral, perverse. When we personally acknowledged the situation politely (yet shocked) we presented (to the manager) "an issue" necessitated prompt attention and dialogue with the appropriate perpetrator [for understanding] - we asked to speak with her. His response was one of hysterics, bursting to call police to the scene [to file a false report - in protection of the employees and establishment]. Patiently....slowly...I suggested I speak with the woman stead to assist her in solving the issue of [her] inappropriate lavatory assault. I explained voyeurism was a perverse, unacceptable activity; attention to increasing costumer lavatory privacy was insurmountable, issues of importance would be to accommodate closure of gap and that she present this to the franchise. The woman responded by hysterics, repeating (over and over) her defense to excuse and continue the behavior. read more

I got in drive thru at 8:30am and was told they were out of biscuits and would not be read for 10 minutes. How can you run out of biscuits and make people wait. I rarely eat un healthy stuff like Chick-fil-A. It's a treat for me and things like this make me never visit a place again. Bummer. McDonalds here I come! read more

This place is AWESOME. Earlier today I went through the drive through and when I went to pay I noticed I had forgotten my wallet at home. Orlando at the drive through window took care of me and told me the meal would be on them. Two thumbs up! read more

This is the only Chick-fil-A in Santa Barbara County (at least that I know of), so of course, I'm going to visit. The quality of food and service is what you would expect of the chain. The food is always served piping hot and the flavors and presentation are consistent across the board. read more

The food is good, I get it but their lines are like in and out. Except on a busy street all I wanted to do was go in to eat I had to wait 15 minutes just for that on the busy street as people honked at me. I figure it out read more

Service this time was a little spotty but it was evident they had a new hire working the register. Sandwich was wrong the first time it came out but was quickly rectified. I know its not healthy or particularly good for me but growing up in the South, the original chicken sandwich always reminds me of my youth. read more

Only recently learned Chick-filet does breakfast. And like most of the reviews say here, the service was wonderful. Friendliest fast-food joint I've ever experienced - even the customers chat with each other. The low-star ratings from some reviewers look very unfair to me. read more

The BEST customer service EVER. Seriously! Every retail store should take notes. They are above par! The food is fired so it's going to be tasty. The Fil-A dip is amazing... I don't care for there political stance. read more

The food quality is high and consistently delicious. The workers are nice, friendly, and keep the place clean. There is a drive thru and this location is a bit on the smaller side so beware of the lunch and dinner rush times. The parking lot could get a bit cramped due to the drive thru line but there are always spots to park. I love the #5 with chik-fil-a sauce. read more

I specifically asked for chick fila sauce and did not receive any. I was charged for a sprite and never received the beverage. By the time I was on the highway I did not realize as I was on a business call. This scenario seems to repeat itself at this location. Other wise the food is exquisite and flavorful. read more

First time ever eating here and decided to give it a try during our road trip back home from Santa Barbara. I really liked the waffles fries and those chicken nuggets were so good. I loved the honey mustard sauce. It was really clean inside and everyone was super friendly. I just one was near my home. read more

Not a big fan of fast food but this is a step above. Customer service is really good, especially when it's been lost nearly everywhere else. The place is always clean. They serve chicken just like other places but what makes them better is how they go about it. You have to try the lemon aid, it's worth the trip alone (order it without ice so you get more.) read more

Their moist tender juicy chicken is hard to beat. Plus the waffle fries, sweet tea, and good customer service make it a great experience. The decor is calming and feels great for eating comfort food. Hard to not come back again. read more

As I accidentally threw away my sauces with my napkins, I came back to the counter and was welcomed with a smile from an employee suited up to work the drive-thru.
