However, incredibly long drive thru lines make it near impossible to stop by without an incredibly long wait. Minimal parking makes finding a spot challenging to find, and, if you do find a spot, you might have to wait a while to get out of the parking area. Sadly, this Chick-fil-A just doesn't have the same family-friendly charm due to the poor locational planning. This Chik-fil-A is as consistent as all the other locations! Staff is friendly and hard-working, they're organized, and they've never given me an incorrect order. Usually they're pretty fast, although recently I did pick up an order around 6:45pm and it was packed. It took quite a long time to get through the line, but you could tell the team was making adjustments as possible to try to deal with the increased volume as efficiently as possible. Stopped by to pick up something for my wife and pulled into the parking lot to order via the app. I prefer this to ordering in the Drive-Thru, less stress, more time to consider. Trouble resetting the app password left me in a very foul mood. Driving up to the first stop in the Drive-Thru, the employees waiting there were smiling, chatting and laughing, it's hard to be irritated around people who are so pleasant. The young woman who came to the car had a genuine smile and a cheerful demeanor which further melted away my angst. The employees at the verification spot and window were also infectiously cheerful. I don't know what Chick-fil-A puts in the water but, I would very much like to know where I can acquire some. Arriving home my wife found that the order was, not one sauce, not three sauces, but precisely two honey mustard sauces. The items I ordered were carefully placed into the bag with the napkins on top so they couldn't soak in anything from the sandwich or fries. This restaurant needs a revamp on their entrance and exit lanes and how to get into that space. They also need ppl who care about their jobs. Whoa!!! Warning to regulars. You might notice that this particular Chickfla increased their prices significantly. I looked at other restaurants in my area and the prices vary. First, they no longer offer 4 piece chicken kids meal. It's 5 pieces and prices higher. Second, salads which use to be $7 and some change and now it is $9.19!!!!! (Linthicum location is $8.89) Third, the grilled chicken sandwich meal is now $9.09 at the Quarterfield location compared to $8 (and change) at other local restaurants. Side note: They always forget to give me the honey BBQ packet which I order this. By the time I get to the pick up window, they are rushing you along so quickly that it's hard to get a word in edge-wise. I get it.... you are busy. Driving customers barely have any time to get their drink in the drink holder before they are shoving the tray of food in your face.... but I digress. I've been coming to this Chick fil A literally since it opened all those years ago... it's always been elite. Lately I've been noticing several times where items were missing, no sauces, things made completely wrong (ex. No tomato extra pickle and there's extra tomatoes and no pickles - the sticker literally says what the order should be...) employees arguing with me and telling me "did you check at the bottom of the bag for your Mac and cheese?" Yes, obviously, and it isn't here. I remember back in the day they would apologize profusely and give you two Mac and cheese to make up for it. Again, today I did a mobile order told the order taker in the drive through I had a mobile order - he said my name and last initial, I said yep! And he said pull around. I did and when I got to the window they had no clue who I was and had to search for my order. I was told to pull forward - that's no problem, but once I got my food the MANAGER decided to reprimand me and tell me "You have to tell them you're here or we won't know you're here!" Ok... how do you think I made it to this point? Of course I told someone I was here! I told her that and she said "ohhhh, I'll have to tell them..." Yes! You have to tell THEM, not me! I love the curbside option on the Chick-fil-A app! The lines can get busy where you are waiting to get into the parking lot but they're moving. The staff are always so friendly and rarely mess up my order. The kids meals are great as my kids can opt for an ice cream instead of a toy. There's many ways you get specialize your meal from changing your toppings on the sandwich to opting for a Mac and cheese, chicken noodle soup or even fruit cup instead of waffle fries. The buttered sandwich bun is soft, warm and fluffy while the chicken is crispy, juicy, tender, and slightly spicy if requested. Its topped with pickles and if ordering the deluxe you can get lettuce, tomato and your choice of cheese. Their frozen lemonade reminds me of the orange sherbet push pops I used to have growing up. read more

Big fan of Chick-Fil-A generally, both the food and service, top tier rewards member etc, but this location needs some improvement. Went through their drive thru today, my toddler was excited to get a fruit cup in his kids meal and as we drove off, I noticed it was not in either his bag or mine. So I drive back and ask the worker that took my order, who now is away from his post and walking toward a car if he could help, which he did by telling me to pull into one of the online order spots and he sends over one of the order takers who promptly calls in for my missing fruit cup to be brought all. All is good, until manager Mike, according to his name tag, shows up outside my vehicle and proceeds to inform me he will make an exception this one time, but that workers are not permitted to fix missing item orders, only designated team leads can do that. Manager Mike informs me that I should not park, as directed by the employee, where I did but instead drive back around the building and somebody by a door could address missing items. This location has 2 order lines that converge into one prior to this door area, so I would have needed to get back in a long line and sit and wait and merge lanes, which was an ordeal today because the workers were not telling customers what order to go in, causing some aggression between customers jockeying for a shorter wait in line. When I asked Mike if he was suggesting I sit in line again because they made a mistake on my order, he said well that's our policy and yes you need to do that--so a team lead can help with the missing item. Mike never apologized, he wanted to make clear that the regular workers are not authorized to give replacement items and it dawned on me, he was more concerned with giving out the fruit cup than fixing the order mistake!! Seriously, all that over a child's fruit cup? As I started to drive off, I could see him reprimanding the employee that called on the headset for a fruit cup to be brought on. What a disgrace to customer service....My friendly advice: Mike let the workers deal with customers, empower them to address minor issues like kids fruit cups--they are better at it than you are, plus a manager should have more important tasks to do than walk out and chastise customers. I'm wondering now if this level of cheapness over a kids fruit cup indicates a larger problem, for example my fries were 1/3 empty today and I noticed they were not full last time either--perhaps penny pinching mentality? read more

Called back and explained what happened and was told to come back and they would give the dressing to me. Went back and called business and said I was in the parking lot and they brought me two dressing out and to cards for a free dessert when you purchase something else. A waste of my time and gas to have to do this and had to reheat my chicken for my salad when I got back home and these damn free dessert cards are no good to me cause I'm not a dessert person. I'm gonna be real and say that I don't think that Chic-fil-A is anything to get hyped on but... it's grown on me this past 6 months being so close to my house and all. The chicken sandwiches never disappoint and the sauce options are something I always get extra to add to a week of meal prep. The service at this location is exceptional. If anything goes wrong, they make sure to sincerely apologize and even accommodate you for your lost time, which isn't necessary but it goes to show that they really care. Compared to places where you spend $20 on some delicious pasta or burgers, this place is on par just by adding that above and beyond customer service. *update - Daryl the hospitality director was handing out the best customer service I've seen in my 29 years. None of that force feed smiley stuff, but that actually funny jokes and small talk in between ordering. Bottom Line: Consistent with the Chick-fil-A brand but the parking lot and drive through lanes are poorly laid out. The service and food at this Chick-fil-A is always great but I think this location has the worse parking lot and drive through lanes of any CFA I have visited. Often the drive-through line is too long to be contained in the parking lot so it overflows onto the adjacent street (Quarterfield Park Drive). Also, people entering the drive through lanes are basically at risk for having a head on collision with those departing from the drive through window. For these reasons, I usually skip this location. Something that I think is really cool about this location is that they host special events. I recently saw a sign about an upcoming night where kids and adults can learn to draw. Also, I saw that another Yelper noted this CFA location had a National Cow Day celebration. Fun! I appreciate that Chick-fil-A is family friendly. read more

I am so done with this Chick-fil-a. I stopped going for almost a year because they got my order wrong almost every time I ordered from there. I decided to give it another try since it is near my house. The last three times I've gone there was an issue: once I waited 33 minutes for curbside pickup, another time both items I ordered were wrong and just now they tell me they ran out of biscuits 10 minutes before breakfast is due to be over so I had to cancel my order because I do not want my egg on a bun or English muffin.
