Get to the next person at the booth who in turn said my order was lost so he took my order again and swiped my card again. I will say that I've personally had a horrible experience at this Chick-fil-A or any Chick-fil-A for that matter. This last time they took a bad situation and turned it into a positive. I ordered my food and sat down and waited. About 10 minutes went by and I still hadn't gotten my food so I went up to make sure everything was okay. When I told the woman that I had ordered 10 minutes ago she was in shock. She apologized right away and said she would go find what was going on. Within 2 minutes they had my food out in a platter ready to go as she apologized once again. To top it off a gentleman with glasses(I apologize I'm horrible with names) came up to me and apologized once again and handed me a card for a free drink. I personally wasn't upset with the whole thing, mistakes do happen but it was how they handled it that made me happy. These guys really do care about there customer base and I will not be going anywhere else. Keep it up guys read more

Jesus Christ. I have been to this Chick-fil-A many many times and each experience is different. Well some are good, some are bad. Sometimes they get my order wrong or sometimes they take way too long to give me my order. I do Chick-fil-A delivery a lot, and every time I do Chick-fil-A delivery it takes two hours for my food to get to my house. If I order something at 12, it won't get into my house until 2:30. This Chick-fil-A is part of an expansion in the Severn / Quarterfield Crossing area. I usually have a six month waiting period when trying out a new restaurant in the area so they can get everything squared away and worked out. However, there is no need with this Chick-fil-A. There are a ton of people that frequent this location, but the lines are never insufferable. Actually, they blow through lines like they're nothing. That really impresses me in the fact that they have everything together and they have a set plan to make their customers happy. Their chicken is really good. Whether you have their nuggets, the original chicken sandwich or chicken strips you won't be disappointed. Their hand-spun milkshakes are incredible as well. At this particular location we had a very bad experience, one employee, a woman with light ish hair and eyeliner was extremely rude to us. She was very unhelpful and treated us as though we were stupid. We did the phone in the box challenge and at the end she told us if we wanted our cone of ice cream that we would have to stand in an enormous line AGAIN. Pros: The staff is always friendly and courteous just as you would expect at any Chick-fil-A. And Darryl the manager is awesome! It's usually clean and I've had no issues with their breakfast. Cons: The food at this location is consistently bad!!! The fries are never fully cooked so it taste like you're eating raw potato, it's not a pleasant texture or taste at all!! And their nuggets are salty as hell and taste bitter like they don't change the oil frequently! Even though this location is only 5 minutes from my house, I rather drive 20 minutes to the laurel location where you can get fully cooked fries and nuggets that are properly seasoned and don't just taste like pure salt. read more

The line is always long but the representatives outside could only take your order then you had to go to the stand that couldn't take your order either then the window was a nightmare I used my Chick-fil-A app and they had so many issue with it. Place: super busy location right off of I-97. Parking situation is rough but I was able to find a spot. I came here so the kids could play and get chicken nuggets (one of the only foods they eat). The kids play area was safe an entertaining. I stayed for 2 hours to keep the boy occupied. I've also had positive experiences here in the past. People: Staff was fast to wait on me, was friendly, and got my order right. They are always way over staffed but there was no lobby attendant in our area that day. Product: Excellent fresh hot food as always. Got the spicy chicken sandwich and kids meal. The toys are all educational so I opted to trade mine for an ice cream cone for my 3 year old. Price: More expensive than some fast food but still cheaper than a restaurant with a waiter. Good value for the price. Overall: Great experience. The staff is great, the food is good (much better than Stake and Shake down the road), and I appreciate the family friendly environment. Chick-fil-a is also a great community focused business. We went through the drive-through of this Chick-fil-A. And we went to redeem three chicken sandwiches and one fry. After a confusing encounter with the lady who took her order she redeemed all of our rewards and took a gift card to pay for the final two fries that we liked. When doing self redeem for all of our Chick-fil-A order and still said we owe two dollars. So long story short we paid twice so we're asking what to do about this visit to see manager or no I'm sorry to see the person she was going to give us a receipt to actually didn't even give us a receipt so then I have to see him we're told to see the manager when we finally get up to the manager he looks confused and he's going sunglasses 9 o'clock at night. This was startling. He claims to be the manager then grab two other ladies who don't speak English to help us send up there the managers as well they refuse to give us even a $20 gift cards for our troubles and we pay twice so we're now sitting here on hold and we've been on hold for an hour and no one else does we do not know what to do and I have to give it a one star because I can't give it a zero! read more

I used to go into this Chick-fil-a on George Clause Blvd at least twice a week and never had any problems with service or quality. But one night maybe two or three weeks ago me and my boyfriend went in there on a Friday night which is a little bit on common because I usually go in there during the day and of course there was much different staff than I was used to seeing. Behind the counter was 4 or 5 young men in their late teens to maybe early twenties who were all horsing around and carrying on. Waving around stacks of cups distracting each other while trying to take customers orders, not really taking things seriously at all. And the gentleman who took our order seemed to look at me with some disdain. I didn't think a whole lot of it, I understand a lot of kids out of school don't necessarily like doing customer service work but it's usually the first kind of job they get so we went on with our meal which was ok. We were never asked if we wanted any sauces and my boyfriend who wanted light ice in his drink relay didn't think they accommodated him. But when I went to go get a refill of my drink the person who took my order looked at me with similar disdain from earlier and said "yes sir" I was mortified. The inflection in his voice makes it seem that he intentionally misgendered me. I didn't even know what to say. My feelings were very very hurt and I just had to leave before anyone could see that I was about to cry. I have considered going back to that Chick-fil-A to talk to management to see if they would try making it right, but to be honest I'm actually really embarrassed, I don't necessarily want to explain why is it hurt my feelings as bad as it did, and don't know if I want to walk back in there just out of pride. My boyfriend tells me that I shouldn't, and he has agreed to no longer eat there as long as I do. read more

I love this place! Putting their stance on select social issues aside, which is difficult for me to do, this is what every fast food chain should thrive to achieve. They live by the creed to serve the customer to the best of their ability, and almost always achieve this. Here are just a few of the ways their employees have gone above and beyond to help me. Mind you, these occured on different occasions. #1 Refilling drinks- at various times, especially the rare occasion that they are not busy, staff members cicrulate the dining area and offer to refill drinks. A nice touch! #2. Help with carrying orders. Try carrying 2 drinks, a kid's meal, a combo, and a 2 year old all at the same time. End result, something ends up on the floor (hopefully not the 2 year old). Seeing that I would have my hands full, one of the employees brought the remainder of my order to the table. #3. Employees stop by your table to make sure everything is alright. There are a variety of reasons they do this. Sometimes it is to offer a balloon to my 2 year old. Other times it is to make sure the food was OK or check to see if we need a refill. This place always has a very welcoming environment and makes you feel good when you hear one of the employees say "it was my pleasure". Nicely done, Chick-fil-A! read more

For a fast food chain, I am impressed. Service is ways quick and friendly. When I eat in with my kids they even have a woman walking around helping families. She will get you refills and sauces and help you get situated. Food is always good. I a get the grilled chicken sandwich and it's always been the same. Not a bad one in the bunch. Stopped in for breakfast this morning on my trip out to go Christmas shopping. My mom and I ordered our usual breakfast that we get from Chick-fil-A. The sandwiches and hash browns were delicious, however I had never had such awful coffee in my life. I couldn't even drink it because I could get past the smell of ash trays. I know the coffee is very robust at all locations, so I asked for extra half and half. My mom didn't ask for as many, and seems like employees didn't know difference. The server who made the coffees made them both the same. When I asked for one with more cream, they remade, but with only 1 cream. We had to throw the coffee out because it was absolutely disgusting. read more

I was looking for a place to get some lunch with my baby while my husband was dropping off his car and found that the staff here were among the nicest people I have ever encountered. We don't really eat at Chick-fil-a but it was a nice alternative to McD's or BK. First time visitor to chick-fil-a. During a short weekend trip to Maryland we decided to finally try them. I had the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and my wife had the chicken nuggets. For a fast food restaurant they were the best I've ever had. The chicken in my spicy chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly, the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. My wife really enjoyed the nuggets. We began to order, and the lady over the speaker was rude and short. She cut my husband off from ordering when he wasn't finished and said "pull up" . Got to the window and the boy working the window was even ruder. Hardly spoke to us, threw us out food and said "our soda machine is out so what do you want".
