The place was decent no real ambiance. They had a few seating options, a cooler with drinks options and two basic fountain drinks machines. One of the drinks area had 3 different types of flavors fancy fresh squeezed drinks . I had the green one it was pretty good just wish they had better size cups. The food was a 8/10 i can't remember what we had but that's exactly why my photos will be attached below . They have the build up your own options but due to the crowd we chose something on the menu ready made lol .

Hello all, I never…read morelike giving less than perfect reviews but I think this time calls for it. I order from Cava quite often and have always loved the quality and freshness of your food. Today, I decided to try the new salmon and strawberry option, and I also introduced my partner to Cava for the first time. I ordered the salmon bowl, and she ordered a grilled chicken bowl. She picked up the order, and when I opened mine, I immediately noticed that the portion was significantly smaller than what I usually receive. The bowl was not even half full--there was very little rice and only a small amount of spinach (honestly, I could count the leaves). I called the resturant a few times and did not get an answer. The message advised me to send a message to support. Not sure if anyone will ever get back to me. I tried to dial the restuarant again and finally someone picked up. The person on the other end did not sound that interested in hearing about the experience and I was in no way rude about it. He said that they were instructing their staff to adhear to the correct portion size. Does this mean the dish would be cut in half? If so, it is no longer worth the money. And how disappointed I was to rave about a place and finally get my partner to try it on the day they were cutting portions in half. Overall, this was disappointing and did not feel worth the price I paid.I attached a pick but it was after I added the dressing. But it definately depics the way I got it. Kenya

My sister was ordering with her toddler, who is on the autism spectrum and struggles with verbal commands. While she was holding him, he reached toward the sneeze guard glass. Instead of a polite, professional request, the male manager approached my sister aggressively, yelling at her and threatening to remove our entire party. It was alarming to witness a manager raise his voice at a young mother and her child. When my mother asked another employee (Mahandra) if that individual was indeed the manager, she began to argue with us as well. While they claimed it is store policy to prohibit touching the glass, there is no justification for the aggressive, hostile manner in which this was handled. A simple, polite explanation would have immediately resolved the situation, as my sister would have gladly complied. Beyond this interaction, I had a previous experience at this location where their steak caused me food poisoning. Given the lack of basic hospitality and these recurring issues, I will not be returning to this specific location.

Paneras can be notorious for bad service and getting orders wrong, but this store is the absolute…read moreworst. In less than 2 weeks apart (May 2026) - ordered from the app and both times, they missed a main component of the order. First time - ordered bread bowl - got it, but not the soup for it. Like WTH? Second time, ordered Pick 2 and entire sandwich missing. Called both times and got same manager who actually said it was because they were "busy" - what? Then offered to have her team make my sandwich if I drove there (I ordered delivery precisely bc I didn't want to go there! And it seems from other reviews this is her standard response). After a lot of back and forth with her, and her litany of excuses, she only refunds me the cost of the sandwich after saying she'd refund the total order and when I called back again she actually said - "you got everything else right?" WTH is that? Yeah a half lunch - piddly cup of soup and salad for rest of my family that was missing components in it as well. After leaving me on hold for 15 min bc she was having issues with the computer when I called back - she finally refunded me the total - or said she did, remains to be seen bc it isn't reflected in my bank statement yet although the single refund for the sandwich was instantaneous. The most infuriating thing - both times the bag had the receipt list of all ordered items and yet, they still couldn't be bothered to actually include all items in the orders. Reading the reviews it looks like this is a systemic problem with their delivery service. And to be clear, it wasn't the drivers' fault either - both bags were brought timely and bags sealed. Needless to say do yourself a big favor and definitely don't order delivery from here, and I'd say don't even visit this store to eat there bc the level of incompetence, from their nonexistent QC to a manager who is clueless and obviously doesn't know what she is doing is unbelievable. Ugh!

I am submitting this review regarding a recent order placed through Uber Eats from the Snellville,…read moreGA Panera location on May 25, 2026. My household relies heavily on food delivery services due to my responsibilities as the sole full-time caretaker for my 75- and 80-year-old disabled parents, both of whom live with me. They have severe mobility, hearing, and vision limitations, and my mother also has post-stroke aphasia, which makes communication extremely difficult. In addition to caregiving, I work full time in HR management, averaging 60-70 hours per week, while also caring for four dogs and volunteering with two organizations. Because of these responsibilities, reliable meal delivery services are not a convenience for us -- they are a necessity. Panera has historically been one of the few places offering healthier food options that work well for my family, which is why I continue to order from them through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, this latest experience was completely unacceptable and, more importantly, not an isolated incident. The Uber Eats driver, Carmen, was professional, communicative, and delivered the order promptly despite rainy weather. Carmen deserves recognition for excellent service. The issue was entirely with Panera. Our order was very simple and included soup bowls, baguettes, smoothies, and other items appropriate for dinner. Instead, Panera sent an entirely incorrect order containing soggy chicken sandwiches and food that did not remotely match what was listed on the receipt. The delivery bag was sealed, meaning the Uber Eats driver had no reasonable way to verify the contents. Ensuring order accuracy before sealing and handing off the order is 100% Panera's responsibility. This mistake left my elderly parents without dinner and forced me to immediately interrupt a critical work project to make an emergency grocery store run and cook a replacement meal. What should have been a simple delivered dinner turned into over two hours of disruption, stress, and unnecessary chaos in an already demanding evening. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time this specific Panera location has made major errors with Uber Eats orders. In fact, several of my recent orders from this location have been incorrect. At this point, the repeated lack of quality control demonstrates a consistent operational issue. I followed the Uber Eats support process, submitted photos of the incorrect order, and documented everything appropriately. However, a refund alone does not compensate for the time lost, the stress caused, or the disruption created for my family. Additionally, Uber Eats only refunds the meal cost -- not the driver tip -- despite the fact that the driver fulfilled their responsibilities correctly. Carmen should absolutely keep the tip, and Panera should bear the financial responsibility for the error, not the customer. To be clear: The driver was not at fault. Panera packed the wrong order. The receipt clearly reflected what I actually ordered. This has become a recurring issue with this location. I expect: A full refund, including the tip. Direct follow-up from customer service. Corrective action and accountability measures at this Panera location to address repeated order accuracy failures. At this point, I do not plan to patronize Panera again due to the ongoing pattern of poor service and lack of quality control. Reliable food delivery matters, especially for households caring for elderly and disabled family members. Panera's repeated failures have made what should be a helpful service into a recurring source of stress and disruption.

The staff was nice and the establishment was clean. At the time we went it was not a lot of people there but they slowly started coming in. Ordered some wings and fries and a 5 pc tender dinner. They both were good. I did like the fact that they sell whole wings. Even though they were small they were enjoyable. There was a lot of talk about the restaurant across the street (JJ's) I believe that is Fingez new competition. The talk was mostly from an employee, I think he was not happy with them moving over to their location. Maybe at some point I will visit them only because the employee was not happy with them. Based on what he was saying it was like they did not care about the customers and Fingerz does care about their customers. So I guess in time we will see. I think the pricing was the normal charge for meals like that. The chicken tenders were good, not to crunchy, not too much seasonings just right actually. The dipping sauce was ok too. They have lots of choices for the dipping sauces so I did like the choices. Generally speaking the food and service was ok but it is not a place I would run to for a meal. If I am in the area and in the mood for some chicken I might stop by.
