Worst experience I've ever had at any Chick-fil-A! I waited outside in the cold for over 30 minutes at the pickup window AFTER my app said that my order was ready... and they couldn't find it?! I was told I was at the wrong location until I showed them the address on my receipt in their CFA app. Excuses excuses. Terrible experience! Don't waste your time here. And to top it off, my toddler and newborn were in the car with my spouse crying and wanting to go. I will not be back to this location. Edit: And... I didn't receive any of my sauces or any straws. This location is run terribly. There was an issue at the drive through with manager who smarted off with me. I went inside to attempt to speak with the operator, who also operates the Kingstowne location. Andrea Barnett is the operator. She, according to the employees, has a policy of NOT speaking with customers. This is not the Chick-fil-A of old, where there was a friendly, respectful relationship with customers. I left my contact information for the elusive operator (Andrea Barnett) to call me so that I can talk about the issues with the manager. No call. I return for the next two days in order to meet with the operator and again, the employees told me that she does not talk with customers. I called customer service to file a complaint against the manager and the operator (Andrea Barnett). The customer service representatives seemed poorly trained and did not understand how to file a complaint. Nevertheless, one of the customer service representatives thought that it was unusual for an operator to have a 'no customer' policy. The complaints got nowhere. The operator (Andrea Barnett) never contacted me. The operator never met with me to discuss the issues with the manager. I never been to another Chick-fil-A since....and will never go to another one. read more

The worst mobile order waiting area. Why is it not by the entry/exit? Why is it across the restaurant by the trash can and condiments, in the walking area, in everyone's way? I ALWAYS order on the mobile app and it's as though it gets more confusing each time, no matter which chick fil a I visit. In the time we were waiting, we were in the mobile order pick up area trying to be out of the way but it's directly in the walkway. We were told three times our order was on the way, and then I was asked if I was sure I hit "I'm here", "yes, I did!", two other customers ordered milkshakes and were served before we got ours. I asked if they had our order and I'm sure my body language was super disgruntled but I was extremely annoyed with being asked to move because I was in the middle of the way. We were not trying to be in anyone's way, I hate being that person. Then we were told we could sit and wait. It would've been easier to just order at the counter instead of ordering ahead on the mobile app. Over 10 minutes for milkshakes is mind boggling. read more

Got my order incorrect. The line was terrible. Did not seem interested in making it correct. First time ever bad review at a Chick fil a. I want to specify that I arrived at this location after having another rushed meal that was thrown in the trash and I arrived here very hungry. After reporting my sandwich was incorrect I was asked for my receipt. After returning the receipt I was told I may have asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich but that is not what I paid for. Usually a long wait time at the drive thru or the order pickup. Additionally the food is hit or miss, sometimes they get the order correct, sometimes they really jip you on food (see photos attached of grilled sandwich or burrito bowl. Otherwise, this location has a drive thru, so that is convenient. The staff is normally very polite (as to be expected by CFA). The location rarely gives freebies to their patrons unlike other CFAs in the area (Arlington/DC). As a matter of fact, as a Red Member, I've never received anything free to show appreciation of my patronage compared to other locations. Overall, I'd recommend the location if you're in the area, because that will be the only CFA within a 20 min drive, but I wouldn't recommend it compared to other CFAs. read more

This is my go to Chick-fil-A and the quality of food does not disappoint. The food is just delicious and they have a well rounded menu. They also clearly advertise menu items cooked in peanut oil which is very thoughtful My one gripe - the drive through. I refuse to even try it anymore. The line stretches so far around the building that you end up blocking cars in while you're in line. With the new Taco Bamba there, the parking lot just can't handle the line. Long lines, but fast service! I stopped in here after leaving my Subaru at the dealership for an oil change. They had employees standing in the line with tablets to keep things moving, and allowed patrons to order before approaching the desk. The food was like any other venue, but I enjoyed it! Nearest one is an hour away at a mall with limited menu.... so whenever I can get Chick-fil-A, I'm just thankful.... on our way back to MI after visiting some family members, we stopped by to grab our lunch... went through the drive-thru.... we were greeted by two employees who were taking orders on their mobile devices.... we placed our order, got up to the window, paid, got our food and was out of there... total time no less then 10 minutes.... Sadly, since we had breakfast, we didn't get to eat the sandwiches until 3pm or so and by this time, it was cold... Came to this Chick-Fil-A location this morning for breakfast with my coworker. I had an overall pleasant experience even though we did use the drive-thru. I would give them a 5 for their customer service. They were all super friendly and had smiles on their faces giving a very welcoming atmosphere. I am giving them 4 stars overall because they got my coworkers order wrong. He ordered the chicken breakfast burrito without peppers, and well he got the peppers anyway. Luckily we had pulled over to the parking lot in front of Chick-Fil-A to devour our meals before starting out day. So he ended up walking back and getting his order fix. They did not give him a hard time which is always pleasant. I would recommend this place to people, at least for the drive-thru experience if you are near the Springfield area. read more

We came to this location (6681A Backlick Rd, Springfield, VA 22150) to order drive thru on Friday, March 6th around 10:24 pm. We were not aware that they closed at 10. There were 2 people, both in uniform, by the driveway in front of the booth that saw us. They appeared to be goofing around. We drove closer to ask if they were closed. One of them, a heavyset, dark haired male, yelled (yes, he yelled) "we're closed, man!" And then pointing to his wristwatch, "we're closed!" And then he abruptly turned around and went inside. There was no apology. He did not even come closer to the car which was a few steps away. He just yelled and turned around. We find this disrespectful. EXTREMELY RUDE! I went for a treat, chocolate milkshakes for myself and my son. When we ordered them we paid extra for more chocolate, to insure that they were chocolatey goodness. They didn't taste like a chocolate shake, at all. More like vanilla with an unopened chocolate syrup can waved over the shake. I used the mobile order feature for this location to order a grilled chicken club meal. Their computer severs went down which caused all the mobile orders to reset, but the employees handled it so well! They were still able to quickly re-enter and meet the mobile requests so that the wait time wasn't too long. I applaud the excellent customer service that I consistently receive here. Only reason I gave this establishment 4 stars is because while I was waiting at the counter for my drinks I noticed an exchange between a tall skinny fellow named Michael (employee) and a taller woman (customer WHO WAS CLEARLY IN A HURRY based on her stance and antsy-ness. Before Michael would swipe her card he "I just have to ask"ed her about her height which seemed to make her uncomfortable. I have a few taller female friends who are self-conscious about their height. Not only did this take away valuable minutes from her but to the other customers still in line. Would skip this to any of my chick fil a fans. I was in the area and hadn't eaten all day I found this place tucked away in a crowded shopping center. The staff was friendly and the orders came out fast, however the chicken in the sandwich I had was undercooked and barely had any breading on it and it was soggy too. To some I may sound a bit much but chick fil a and me go wayyy back can't say I'm not disappointed. The parking lot is a jungle and finding parking well just be careful because people who are walking are not paying attention as you try to park and those in their cars can cut you off to get that parking spot lol! Overall seems like this location lacks the quality the other chick fil a's in this area had. Check out the one in fairfax nearby Vienna metro... you won't be disappointed. read more

I had a free sandwich so I ordered that and I got a kale salad because I have had it in the pass and I loved it. First the bun for the chicken sandwich was so dry, it's normally moist and buttered but it was so dry. Second, the chicken was tough and not juicy as it normally is. I was so disappointed with the sandwich. Lastly, they changed the kale recipe and the new recipe is disgusting!! You cannot actively see the chick fil a from the street if you are new to the area, it is not a stand alone location but in a shopping center.
