The register staff was super friendly and polite. Along with patience, as my friend has never been to a Five Guys. They served us our Milkshakes as we waited. There was pick up/online orders, but we still received our food within 10 mins. You can pick up some peanuts as you wait as well! The location looks to be well staffed, had 3 cooking, 1 cashier who later cleaned thoroughly the dining room. [Food, Shakes, & Cost]: I got a "little cheeseburger" [$7.95], regular fries, and a milkshake [$6.25]. My friend got the "little hamburger" [$6.95] and milkshake. Mix-ins to the milkshakes are included in the price/free! [You can even mix in **bacon** into your shake] The little cheeseburger was the size of a normal fast food burger (about the size of your palm & some), so bigger than little! The only cheese they have is Cheddar. I added grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapenos (raw), green bell peppers (raw), BBQ Sauce, and Mayo. The beef was fresh and grilled right there to view. On a sesame bun, Five Guys burgers are really what you imagine a burger to traditionally/stereotypically look like. Overall, the taste was delicious and it wasn't overly greasy. Just got a bit messy with all the fixings not with grease. The fries are served in a drink cup. Which I find cute and original. Five Guys uses peanut oil to fry their fresh and locally harvested potatoes. They post in the front by the line where the potatoes came from and even display peanuts [and peanut oil] in the restaurant. The fries were hot!! It wasn't super greasy but did have oil to them, but they probably literally just came out of the fryer. I found my batch was a bit overly dark, but it wasn't a disgusting burnt crisp. Their fries still held a good crunch but softness. [Shakes]: The milkshake was chocolate and malted milk [!!!!]. I really hunt and love malt shakes, they just taste different with almost a different consistency as well. It truly did taste like a chocolate malt shake. (I even saw a clump of malt powder at the bottom). My friend got Banana. I am happy to say it was not that [gross] artificial tasting Banana but *fresh* fruity banana taste. Overall the consistencies were great and of good quality in taste. I just wish it was a tad bit chocolat-ier and for the price I was expecting it to be a bit bigger. Overall, seriously love this Five Guys location, everything a Five Guys should be and is. Definitely want to come visit again for burgers, fries, and shakes!

I haven't been to a Jimmy John's in about 5 years. I used to be a regular, and gosh, I must admit I have been missing their sandwiches. I brought my friend here because she never had Jimmy John's, and this was the one nearest us. The cashier was very patient as my friend is vegetarian and was trying to figure out what to eat. She got "#6 The Veggie", and I the "#14 Bootlegger Club". The service was "freaky fast" and somewhat friendly as well, making sure we ordered what we wanted. [The sandwiches]: The Veggie has mayo, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, double provolone cheese, and Jimmy John's Avocado spread. The Bootlegger Club has turkey, roast beef, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I added cucumber and Jimmy John's own mustard. JJ's own mustard, I would say is like old-fashioned German mustard, which has whole mustard seeds, so it's filled with spice but not 'spicy'. I love the fact this sandwich has 2 different deli types of meat!! An ample amount of each meat and sandwich kept me full for the rest of my day. I love Jimmy John's sandwiches because they are made with French bread/baguette. Love the fluffy interior and that crusty, crispy exterior, a great quality bake. They make you wait outside at a window, regardless of the weather (which is currently next to port-a-potties from a construction site and smells bad), but the worst thing by far is the wait times. Delivery drivers don't get paid by the hour, and restaurants are supposed to tell the app when the order will be done so that they don't send the driver until around when the order is ready. This location just sends you immediately even if they have no intention of starting the order for a long time. Furthermore, they consistently lie about how long the wait is. Not by a little bit either. I have been told multiple times it's going to be a five minute wait only for it to be half an hour or more that I don't get paid for. If they were honest up front about the wait I could drop the order and move on, but instead I ask for updates and they keep saying it's almost ready, sometimes for 40 to 60 minutes. It's really unfair to the drivers and I know multiple delivery drivers in this town other than myself who have the same problem with them. I would give them 0 stars if I could just for this even though the food is pretty good from a customer perspective

We ended up waiting around 15-20 minutes for 3 bowls, and they did end up forgetting our hot sauces. We could have added them to our bowls ourselves since they have a station with hot sauce bottles, but we didn't notice until we were in the car. The bowls themselves were simple, had fresh ingredients, and was filling. This place seems like a slightly less sodium-heavy alternative to Chipotle for around the same price.
