When I finished ordering, the older lady who was working the register forgot to press and send the transaction over to me so that I can use ApplePay to pay, and when I asked if I can pay she looked at me like I was asking her the stupidest question in the world. She looked at her end of the POS system and figured it out eventually but until that point, we were staring at each other - it was SO WEIRD. When I finally got my food nearly 20 minutes later in an almost completely empty restaurant, the to-go bag was covered and sauced in mayo and lettuce. The lack of customer service definitely leaked into the effort that goes into preparing the food. The place would get a 0/10 if possible. No excuse to treat your customers that way.
