Stale! Hard as a rock! Disappointed

The service just keeps getting worse. Drove through the drive thru to be talked to by Natalie who was bothered because I didn't order where the intercom was because I wasn't aware that in the mornings sonic doesn't take the orders by person like they always do so I inconvenienced her to take my order on her iPad. Definitely will be the last time I go to this location.

Always good food, i can't say their parking situation is the easiest to navigate through, and sometimes you'll need some patience as they get your food ready, but they are friendly. I got my order wrong, but because of the mix up, they made me the right meal, and I also got to keep the wrong order for free!!! I highly recommend downloading their app, lets you order ahead of time.

Chick-fil-A Spicy Chicken Biscuit Hash Browns Coca-Cola

It's been well over a year since I last visited chick-fil-a. Partially cause this location had been closed and cause I felt the food service/portion was going down hill. The time away hasn't proved me wrong. I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit combo for curbside pick up. Pick up took a big longer than normal but the young lady that brought it out was super friendly and cheery. The biscuit was soft and yummy but the spicy chicken was sooo tiny! The hash browns were way undercooked and that was very disappointing and to top it off, the coke tasted was watered down, like it had sat in the cup for 20min...close to the time it took to get to my car. All that with the cost around $9. While I like chick-fil-a, I'm not one of those fanatics that will accept this regularly. I have a GC to use up and then I'll prolly take another break. With money being tough, it's not worth it for subpar food.

We were hungry and it was high noon. No wonder we felt hungry! We all voted for Chick-Fil-A so drove in. The place was crowded as was the drive through. The line went fast with several staff taking orders. I ordered the #1 classic chicken sandwich with honey mustard sauce. Staff deliver your item with a smile. Such nice people. The chicken was freshly made with 2 pickles. I tossed the bread and ate the chicken. Good flavor and hot. I also tried a waffle fry but I prefer the regular fries. Staff will also be happy to refill your drink for you. Shared parking and free WiFi.

I'm not a lobster fan but they have so many options besides that, including shrimp, other seafood, salads, bowls and burritos. They offered discounted salads last year and I loved supporting them, so I'm glad they brought them back. I came at a great time, around 430, as there was no line. I ordered my favorite: the Asian salad (cucumbers, sweet potatoes, red onions, broccoli) with grilled chicken, half spinach half romaine. I also got their spicy honey ranch salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, fried onions, corn, pepper jack cheese) with falafel, same base. The second salad comes with a ranch packet *and* a spicy honey packet, very generous. I enjoy the mix of flavors and textures of both of these salads. I ate one same day and saved the other for the next day (I've asked for protein on the side to make it easier to heat up). The employee who took my order and gave me my food was friendly. Make sure you have a credit/debit card or phone because no cash is accepted. The only off thing was that I was given forks in my bag, which hasn't happened before. They're big on sustainability and don't have straws, napkins and silverware are available by choice. Such a great deal and it's a filling meal. Definitely recommend Angie's and really hope they open up more locations, especially near me!

The window girl wasn't busy, there was staff joking around and all were having a good time so understandable why noone wants to help while the cashier girl was gone. The same kid called out several minutes later for someone to help me since the cashier was in the restroom. Still noone helped to even greet me. Thankfully she came out & helped. I didnt make a fuss because it was clear all these teens wanted to have fun at work & not help their team. Multiple times rude and bad customer service where noone wants to help me. They make me wait longer. Last night went to the drive thru after work, took my order, pulled up to the window. Waiting 10 mins, reqlly long but I have patience noticed a girl in the window but she wouldn't open the window to speak to her so finally the window cashier that took my money asked me for my receipt back after waiting 10 mins. I asked why & he said they lost my order & had to re do it. So they lost my order and wait 10 minutes to ask me. The girl that was at the window could've helped, asked me about my order to help the line flow since it was a long line behind me and I was holding it but instead she does nothing like the rest of the 10 employees there choosing to have fun with team mates rather than focus on work.my order was simple box combo no slaw extra fries sweet tea. Should have never been that long or shouldn't wait 10 minutes to communicate with the customer when issues arrive. I stop by regularly so ill be reviewing & post more frequently since staff needs improvement. Ill be dropping names next

Outstanding food and eating-in experience…read more Their KRISPY KRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN is FAR better, MUCH more highly superior, to any of the other fried chicken chain outlets we've tried before. Cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Excellent, fresh flavor! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Surprise/Sun City areas would benefit from having closer access to Outta Bronx sandwich/hot dog/wings/Krispy Krunchy chicken locations! I think it would catch on in no-time... assuming today's quality, and value, remained the same, of course. I'm, generally, hard to please... but Outta Bronx/Krispy Krunchy chicken seems to hit it on all cylinders! VERY pleased. Mark us down as huge fans!

Outta Bronx - A Very Disappointing Visit and an Even Worse Follow‑Up…read more We've been customers of this spot for some time, and up until now, the food has always been solid. Unfortunately, our latest experience was far from what we've come to expect. Our order was wrong from the start -- something we caught before leaving -- and we were told our food had been handed to another customer, so it had to be remade. Annoying, but understandable. The real issues showed up once we got home. The mac and cheese tasted stale and simply wasn't edible. The Reuben was another disappointment: barely any meat, what little there was had been overcooked, and the sandwich had almost no sauerkraut. When I flipped it over, I could literally see more toppings through the meat than actual meat. The only thing that resembled their usual quality was the chicken fingers. What pushed this experience from disappointing to unacceptable was the phone call I received from the owner, after I emailed their website to share what happened. My intention was to give them a chance to address the situation privately rather than jumping straight to a negative review. Instead, I spent nearly half an hour listening to the owner defend the food, insist the items we ordered weren't their "best sellers," and tell us to choose different items next time. They claimed nothing could be wrong with the food and that we should have just eaten it. They also said the mac and cheese wasn't their responsibility and told us to complain to Krispy Krunchy Chicken because they "just microwave" what they receive. When asked whether a replacement would resolve the issue, I said yes -- only for the owner to then accuse me of taking money from their family and saying they personally wouldn't complain about food they didn't like. I was told to just eat it and avoid ordering those items again. I have this all recorded. If you're going to ask whether a replacement would make things right, why turn it into an argument afterward? This could have been handled quickly and respectfully. Instead, I was told I was bothering them by emailing on a Friday night, and the entire call felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Calling a customer on a Friday night to argue is not how you keep loyal customers. After enjoying this place for some time, it's disappointing to see how poorly concerns are handled when something goes wrong. Update: I believe the response to this shows what I outlined above. I do not know this owner personally. I met them twice at the restaurant when getting my orders and both were good yet brief experiences. I also do not understand how there is fraud in contacting a restaurant, via their contact us email address, to inform them of issues you had with an order. Their call to me, in response to the email, was not a personal call and entirely business related. This simply shows that this is the type of response one can expect if they have any issues with their order.

Alright, we'll go with the onion rings. Nope, also out, pretty disappointing since that was the lure. Well, still wanted to give them a shot- Drive through service was friendly. Ended up getting Avocado chicken sourdough sandwich with side of fries. Taste was good, but the texture was frankly gross. The bread was so soggy, like French toast before you cook it. It was almost mush- definitely better ways to layer a sandwich so this doesn't happen. The chicken & avocado ratio was good. Kids got a grilled cheese & fries to share. Decent, but nothing fancy. Husband got the spicy chicken sandwich with of course, fries. Again, it was good, fine portions, but nothing noteworthy that will make you want to go back. The fries needed salt or a seasoning. They were bland, fried up potato strips. We weren't offered any sauces, so not sure if they have anything signature to make a difference there. Total came out to just under $50.00 for those 3 fast food meals.. (without any upgrade extras like the zucchini.) Unfortunately, this restaurant missed the mark for us. There are easily better alternatives for the same, more cost effective dining options. They also have a feedback website advertising on their to-go bags, however the link is a dead end and out of date.
