Not only did I not get extra chicken and cheese, it wasn't even a single serving size. For what you get, it's not worth the money and don't pay for extra protein because you won't get it. They skimp. Whenever I visit I always go to salad and go. My go to is the Cobb with chicken. Super quick drive thru and friendly service. I ordered the Cobb - freshly prepared altho the tomatoes has a weird off taste to them and the avocado was very hard. I removed the tomatoes and still enjoyed the salad. I think it's a great value for the freshness and price. I wish we had these in CA. Easy to use drive thru. Clean from my outside observation. Also like the lemonade. I removed a whole lot of good stuff (eggs, blue cheese crumbles and bacon). You know I'm sticking to the plan without the bacon lol. The drive thru was not busy and they moved fast. Was visiting family in the area and wanted a salad for lunch one day. I was so excited to see this option and the prices were so low! My husband was also equally as excited and we both agreed we wanted to go back right away! I opted for the Autumn salad, which could be seasonal because it was right before Thanksgiving. My mother in law went to Salad and Go over the summer so we can all try their salad's & strawberry lemonade. The restaurant is small & all drive through service only. The line can be long @ times but move very fast. Our ordered consists of: 4 chicken Caesar salad's & 4 strawberry lemonades. The salads are huge for great & package very well. Our only complaint is the chicken was very soft & reminded us of tuna & wish the chicken was better. The drinks were very delicious for under $2 for large. Salad and go also sells other food items as well such as breakfast & regular wraps, soups & a variety of drinks. We will definitely like to visit again to try their other selections. read more

Horrible customer service from Nathan at 3/16/2025 around 8pm. Called the location about the menu online and i wanted to ask a simple yes or no question. He hung up immediately after my question, i called back and said i had just called and repeated myself. He finally said no. I asked if he just hung up the first time instead of answering me and he just said yes. Pretty bad if you can't even answer a yes/no question that would've taken 30 seconds of his time. I wanted to open my own Chipotle-style salad eateries but I really wasn't at all impressed with seeing someone else bring my idea to fruition. I ordered the Cobb Salad. I felt it was just ok and the portions weren't at all generous. I was also initially confused as I arrived and saw that that there was no option to go inside and I saw a banner that made me think that I had to download that app and that was the only way to order. This was super annoying as my mobile provider is pitiful in Arizona and I couldn't download the app in the proximity of this location. However after freaking out for a few minutes, I came to realize that I could treat their drive through like a normal drive through and order my food. I don't feel it necessary to return. read more
