I'm very glad this chick fil a is here. Chick fil a has some of the best fast food in the country. Something so simple. A breaded and pressure cooked chicken breast filet on a toasted buttered bun with two slices of pickles. Often imitated but never duplicated. The chicken noodle soup is made in house and you can tell by the taste, it's that good. Fantastic lemonade as well. I don't really get sides here very often but I do enjoy their nuggets. Nobody else offers whole chicken nuggets. Just processed and pressed. Not here though! Nuggets are real chicken. And, while everyone gets anxiety over McDonald's Szechuan sauce, chick fil a has Polynesian. Every day. I miss their lemon nilla wafer pies though. Those were amazing. read more

Can we talk about the ridiculous drive through lanes? Too much. We drove through (once we figured out how to) and there were two women standing to take our order. One didn't move out of the way and was too busy talking to notice us. Once she did there was zero acknowledgment or hello to us because she was apparently training the other woman. She was explaining the iPad to the woman and hadn't even said hello yet after two minutes of sitting in the lane. At least say hello and explain that you're training someone. They were worried about what they should do about a chip in the wall. All chiefs , no Indians. I excused myself so I could order and it only got worse. There's been 3 back to back online delivery's that have had missing items. They make it somewhat right by giving free rewards but the inconvenience of losing your meal and needing to ordering or get another one isn't worth coming here. People love their Chick-Fil-A! The ordering line makes me roll my eyes- it's frustrating having to go all the way around the parking lot to get to other places like Del Taco. I think the amount of traffic this store gets is just too much for the location. There isn't enough room and it blocks traffic. Otherwise, customer service is always great! Now that I have a wheat allergy, I have very limited options but can still have the waffle fries and grilled chicken nuggets- to me, it's not worth waiting in line for! What's better than a glass of cold iced tea on a hot summer day? Well apparently Chick-fil-A thinks an added "mystery" substance in their tea will make it better. We placed an order with Chick-fil-A and added one of the gallons of unsweet tea. The container was sealed and the tea appeared to be ok. When the gallon was opened and some of the tea was poured into a cup, we heard a "plop" sound. I said "I think something came out of the container". We got a spoon and pulled out the gross mystery substance that looked like snot. Then when holding the gallon of tea up to the light we saw there was MORE of this "stuff" floating inside the container. After looking up online if anyone else has had an issue with Chick-fil-A's tea, we found that there were a few other posts from people saying they had a jellyfish thing in their tea. The posts say this mystery stuff forms when the tea is old. I tried to call the location the order was fulfilled, but no one answered the phone the three times I called. I decided I would then call the corporate office and was routed to the Chick-fil-A Cares department. Which after all of this I really think they should consider renaming the department and NOT using the word "care". Since this was a health/safety concern I thought they should know what happened. I called and spoke with a nice man that genuinely seemed concerned about the issue. He took down all the information about the tea and said "management from the location the order was placed will contact you in 24 hours" - this was on a Monday evening. I figured maybe I would hear something by Wednesday - Nope! Thursday - Nope! Friday - Nope! So I decided I would just call the location directly. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was not a manager in, but I could speak with the shift supervisor. I spoke to him and explained what happened. I asked if they had any knowledge of the previous complaint put through to the Cares department and was told no. After telling him about the tea he says "I know what happened and the tea was old" - well no kidding ‍‍. He then says "the tea was probably left over from the night before and wasn't tossed out. The gallon you received was probably mixed in with fresh gallons the next day". I get things can happen, but that is GROSS. The shift supervisor says his "resolution" is that I can come down to the location and he will offer a "recovery order" to replace the gallon of tea, but the offer will expire in 30 days. Personally, I don't feel that is truly an acceptable resolution. I was given a gallon of tea that had mold in it. What if the mystery substance wasn't noticed right away and someone drank the tea and got sick? Plus after calling corporate and they were supposedly reaching out to the store manager to contact me, I never received a call. Where Chick-fil-A really "care" about what happened? I called the Chick-fil-A's Care department back and spoke with another person that was not at all helpful. Then was transferred to her manager (which was probably not a manager). I was told that they will reach back out to the Chick-fil-A location the order was fulfilled at and let them know I was still unhappy with the situation and did not like their offer of a resolution. I tried to explain to this Cares manager that I wasn't asking for anything extreme. When she asked me "so what is it that you feel would be an acceptable resolution?" I replied to her with "a refund for the order or at least a $20 gift card (which was less than the order was for)". I mean seriously, your company served up an expired product and that's not safe. Her reply to me was that they cannot offer that and she will reach back out to the location the order was placed and someone from that location will contact me in 3-5 business days. Really disappointed in Chick-fil-A. I haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in a while, but after this situation I'm not in any hurry to go back to one of their establishments. Take away from this is my PSA to you as a fellow consumer: Don't drink the tea from Chick-fil-A. read more

Superb display of appreciation! I deliver food at night and yesterday I had to stop at this restaurant. I am not a fan of the business's social and political views but I believe that employees need to be recognized, regardless, so here we go. One of the girls was trying to get one of her peers to help her translate to a Spanish speaking customer but she couldn't find anyone available who spoke it well enough , so I offered my help and we got the customer taken care of. As I got my order I was given a free brownie (from her) as a "thank you". It was totally unnecessary but I loved the gesture. I did not eat it myself and instead payed it forward by giving it to someone outside who looked like he hadn't had much to eat in a while. I waited for over 25 minutes for my order when I ordered it 15 minutes before I got there on the mobile app. It would have been faster for me just to get in the drive thru line and order it. This is ridiculous. What is the point of mobile ordering if I have to wait longer than people who got in line after I got there? Whoever designed the yellow cones marking off the drive-thru has no driving experience and if they do it's driving a bicycle. The cones make it extremely hard to distinguish what lane (if any) you are getting into. Then once you are in a lane you have to squeeze between a poorly setup yellow cone and a curb. After finally making it to the person taking the order I was rushed as if he had somewhere else to be because he definitely wasn't in a hurry to get to the non existent car behind me. read more

We came to pick up dinner for the family. We purchased $75 worth of food in the drive thru. Sad to say I take partial blame for not double checking the food when we received it for it happens all too frequently that we are missing something. Sure enough we got home all the way on the north end of Surprise to find that one of our sandwiches was missing. I tried calling the location and spent about an hour on hold for a rep that wasn't even at the location. She said she was going to send a coupon for a replacement sandwich. Great. Just to let you know I know these things happen, but it's very frustrating when your family of (8) is looking forward to having a nice dinner together, but instead having to hear kids whine because they have to share meals. Also, me having to spend the whole time trying to call someone at the location to make it right. A nice dinner ended up being cold chicken strips for me, alone, after finally getting ahold of someone. In addition to sending my son to his room because he was upset and yelling because there wasn't enough food for him. It may just sound like a missing sandwich on your end, but for a family of (8), it's missed quality time on a family dinner you were all looking forward to having, a bunch of pissed - off kids, and wasted time on the phone which was virtually impossible. By the way, there seems to be a lot of confusion at the drive thru as they tried to give me someone else's order and it seems like it's a bunch of kids standing around socializing instead of focusing on work. I've always had a good experience. Ordering on the mobile app and parking away from the main lot seems to work.

Busy as usual, however they can always seem to provide fast delivery of your food whether in the drive thru or dining room. Tonight the service was a bit lacking for them. They had several employees working up front that couldn't multitask or do more than one thing at a time. I'm guessing they had some new people working and the teens at the registers seemed a bit overwhelmed. It's ok, and they were very apologetic. The food was great, and I'm sure they will work out the minor kinks at the registers in a few days. I'm still giving them five stars, because I know these employees were working hard and have good work ethics. read more

Stopped here for breakfast the other day. I love their biscuits! I got a chicken biscuit and a 4 piece Chick Fil A chicken minis. Total was just a bit over 5 bucks. Here is how they were.......... Chicken Biscuit- Delicious! My favorite thing from this restaurant. I prefer it over their chicken sandwiches and everything else. The biscuit is soft, buttery and delicious. The chicken is always prepared perfectly. I should have gotten 2 of these. You will see why, next. Chick Fil A Minis- Eh...they were just alright. A bit skimp for the price. The "buns" they use for these things are like cinnamon rolls without the heavy icing. They are kind of hard to describe. I didn't really enjoy them though. They had an almost "stale" taste/texture to them. The chicken pieces were super skimp too. I almost guarantee that those 4 mini pieces of chicken didn't add up to/equal what is in their biscuits. I would not get these again. Service is always friendly. They are sincere and treat everyone well. This place is pretty close to my house so I'm sure I will be back. read more

I've eaten hear twice, I order a chicken mini meal I ask for ranch and ketchup for my sauces they give me every sauce they had other then ranch and ketchup. I asked if it was in the bag they said yes. This was not the case. Next meal I order is a chick fil a chicken sandwich with a sweet tea. Keep the pickles on the sand which and I added extras. I received a unsweet tea and no pickles on my sandwich. I had to add my own pickles and make my suppose to be sweet tea sweeter by adding sugar. Out of all the chick fila restaurants, this one is the worse by far. Customer service and attention to detail is horrible. I took the family to dinner a couple nights ago and used their new Mobil app to order. The claim to fame for the app is to "pass the line". So I get there and walk to the pick up area. I then stand there waiting while the cashiers take the orders of the people who are in line and tell me they will be with me momentarily. So I wait. One they clear out the line of the customers who were in line, they greet me. I tell them I'm there to pick up. I wait...and I wait. As I stand there waiting I am watching food go out the side door to the customers who had walked in at the same time and after me. Once those customers begin eating. Shortly after another mobile app customer comes in and gets her order quickly. She leave the restaurant and come right back in minutes later explaining her order was wrong. The employee collects the food they had given her and says, "oh it this customers food". She then takes the kids meals from the lady and hands them to me. I tell the employee I don't want that food as it had left the restaurant and then came back. She rolled her eyes and scratched her two toned skunk hair. After trying to reason with her that I didn't want to give the food to my kids, she throws the bags in the trash and gets another employee working on the order, while she begins messing around on Facebook swiping through photos and showing anther employee at that manager station. I finally get my order after 35 minutes of waiting and the customers who had came in behind me are walking out with full stomachs. Won't use the app again and it frustrates me the lack of service here because that's what chick fila is all about. It's too bad because I love those brand and their food. Sad. Update: I took the wife to breakfast and out bagel sandwich was burnt. Reached out to them on Yelp by messaging the business. But they never responded. I called, left my name. No call back. So now I'll share with you the horrible sandwiches we had. This is the message I left: We have never tried your breakfast. So with your message addressing our previously experience, we thought we would give you guys another chance. I took my wife out for breakfast this morning and one of the items we ordered was the bagel sandwich. To our displeasure, the bagel was burnt. Couldn't enjoy it. I have never tried this sandwich. I had to search high and low for someone to take my catering order. It took about five people to finally find someone who knew how to take a catering order and was willing. Three people told me they did not have time to take my catering order. Really?? That's literally your job!
