Good fast food, what I like the best is the food is hot, however, you have to take a napkin to touch anything, just pulling your chair out is quite an experience. Pull it out with a napkin in your hand or go wash your hands right after, of course if you can unstick your hand from it. I think the manager should instruct their people to clean the SIDE of the table as well, not only the top, and the CHAIRS. Please!! 1st time stopping at this location as I'm traveling. The cashier was very patient with me as I scoured the menu for items with the least amount of weight watchers points. I ended up ordering grilled chicken nuggets, which is really just a chicken filet conveniently cut up, a fruit cup and watermelon-mint-lemonade. I dipped in buffalo sauce, which is my 1st time tasting this product and I was pleasantly suprised it was very thin and hinted of vinegar. The new lemonade flavor was delicious by the way, I will be partaking of this flavor again! read more

I must admit me and my wife both like Chick-fil-A but this location is head and shoulders above the rest and that is really saying. We go to this location a lot as we live just around the corner and they never disappoint, we use the drive thru a lot which is unusual for me. I don't like to go thru the drive thru at most fast food places because the service is bad or the order is wrong or they don't give enough of or the right sauces but not here. They get it right every single time and they are so pleasant and are really happy to serve you and pleased you stopped by. At Christmas time last year they had a piano player can you imagine that at McDonalds, me neither. My Grandkids love this place and family night is always packed and is fun. Just a good place with good people and good food, it doesn't get any better. read more

The guy taking my order was treating me like I was weird because of my race. And I was feeling really resentful looks from employees for playing Spanish rap at a reasonable volume. I don't know what it is about chicks-fil-a and hiring only white people but that's the last time I'm taking my business their and I recommend anyone who's against racism to also boycott this location or chick-fil-a for hiring exclusively white people. Especially after getting treated like I was a second class citizen. I know understand why so many white girls and guys like coming here all the time. On top of that I repeated 3 times that I wanted chick fil a sauce and i didn't get any. Either your employees are stupid, or they just didn't like me. I've lived in Tallahassee for 20 years, and this is easily the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to nationally, and that's saying a lot. It consistently has the best customer service of any fast food restaurant, and the staff is genuinely congenial and hospitable, constantly refilling drinks. Hosting immaculate facilities, this location goes above and beyond, and even the food tastes better at this one somehow. The only downside is that everyone else in town knows this too, so sometimes the line can be out the door or down the street. read more

It was around 4 o'clock in the afternoon. We went through the drive thru because we were traveling from Houston and wanted to get to our destination as soon as possible. We ordered our food which consisted of two 8 piece chicken nugget meals with lemonade and a chicken strip meal. The girl took our order pretty fast which was pretty great! The only thing I didn't like here was that they don't have any trash cans outside. We asked if the young man kindly if he could throw away a drink we had and he just said No. So much for "southern hospitality." I thought Chick*fil*a was known for being courteous. read more

Chick-fil-A is known for the service, and this is the epitome of great service. These guys/gals ROCK!!! I love going here, they treat you so well, even when they are slammed. I cannot really describe what it is they do so different, but there are so many little things that just pile up. They come around to see if you need a refill on your drinks. If you go up to the counter for a refill, you are not there more than a second before someone offers to help. Oh, and the food is really good too! read more

Your restaurant needs to do something about the traffic mess that it causes on Capital Circle. Sure it is good food. But you have no employees dealing with the 2 mile long traffic jam that your restaurant causes on some days. Today is a perfect example. I hope the city, county and DOT fines you big time. read more

The people who are in training need to have better trainers. This is the worst chickfila I have ever been to. I was called up and I started making my order. It was very simple. She repeated the order back to me and it was not even close to what I said. We tried it all over again, still not correct. She had to get another girl to help her because I guess she didn't understand me. I was very close to waking out of this chickfila. I will never go back to this location ever again. read more
