Chick Fil A is fast becoming a favorite of mine when you need fast food, but are looking for something a little healthier. We went to this Chick Fil A for dinner on Tuesday night and chose Chick Fil A because of the low price and the indoor playground. We didn't know it was Family Night and kid's eat free! But to out surprise, the employee taking our order let us know that if we ordered the 4 piece kids meal instead of the 6 piece it would be free! Not something you run into often! Chick-Fil-A is awesome by itself but the quickness and customer service at this location takes the cake. The wrap around line during lunch moves quickly with 1-3 people taking orders outside to cut down wait and increase quickness. Of course you still need to wait but it definitely moves fast read more

As a southerner, I love me some Chick-Fil-A, and was pleased to find out there was a new, standalone one in the Ft Lauderdale area. I hear they are finally coming to south FL (standalone restaurants), because previously they were only in malls around this area. The address is Fort Lauderdale, but this one is really in Lauderhill. We went with a big group for work to initiate our coworker from Massachusetts that had never tried it. She thought it was good "for a fried chicken sandwich". Of course I got the #1 combo, chick fil a sandwich and waffle fries. The service at this one was fast and friendly. They even came to our table and asked us if we wanted refills of our drinks, which is very rare for a fast food restaurant. For "fast food" everything here is always fresh, tastes great and the store is always clean. The staff is very friendly and everyone always has a smile - very refreshing compared to other restaurants in the area. The kids playground is usually clean and the place feels safe so if adults want to sit and relax they can feel comfortable letting the kids play on the indoor playground. I have this location 3 stars because of a few different reasons, their drive thru is poorly setup and regularly gets locked up where you can't leave the line and the line can't move because you are blocked by a person who can't move forward until you leave, also my experience inside was mediocre for example if i ask for a large #4 that means i want a large meal so asking if i want a meal is kinda redundant and then having to remind them i said large is a little annoying, then later getting my food and the fries are not large also added insult injury especially when you hear the 2 employees discussing wether or not it should be a large as if i was lying. Also don't expect to hear the typical my pleasure from everyone at this location nor have any condiments available at the little stations as they keep everything like ketchup and mayonnaise behind the counter unlike other location that keep only the dipping sauces behind there. Also getting the ketchup ended up being a chore as well. read more

It's Chick-fil-a so of course it's good! I don't eat chicken but my boyfriend does so I stop in on occasion to pick up something for him & to grab myself a lemonade or a sweet tea (they have THE best sweet tea). The drive-thru is always wrapped around the building & I can't help but feel that either it or the parking lot is poorly laid out as the drive thru-line seems to make maneuvering the parking lot a nuisance & it also blocks the door in to the restaurant. The front registers seem to be a bit chaotic when there's more than four people in line but maybe I was just visiting during a peak time. read more

They also have waffle fries and several alternative sides like a garden salad, fruit salad, or carrot raisin salad. They have a bunch of different dipping sauces for the chicken. Also, good shakes especially the chocolate peppermint one at Christmas time. The service ethos here is to be super-friendly. They aren't always the most efficient though. We come here often from work. The staff are awesome. They are super friendly. It is nothing like any other fast food place I've ever been to. I get the salad with chicken & fruit & berry balsamic dressing. I love it every time. I try to eat healthy as much as possible. They will gladly make you half ice tea half lemonade which is delicious. On not so healthy days, I cave in for the waffle fries. Mmmmm good!!! Today I went into the drive thru line which you have to drive around the entire building first and I did and stayed in line and then a person who was parked came out of the line and cut right in front of me as well as a few other cars. Myself as well as other cars behind me started beeping this car and then an employee came over but didn't help us. All he told us was I don't know what she's doing. Even though he clearly knew she cut the line. When I asked to speak to manager I was told Javier was too busy. I went inside and stood there for about 5 minutes and was told by the associate who heard the commotion I'm sorry we're just too busy and went back to taking orders and didn't fix my issue at all. I go to this chick fil a several times a week and I know you have to circle the building before getting in the drive thru line many times myself I have been asked to circle the building and for you the manager and the associate to just allow someone to cut the line is just unnacceptable. After receiving no help I left chick fil a without a meal. Honestly this is ridiculous. I will never done at chick fil a again. I have never been to a place where I'm told it's just too busy for a manager to even speak to me. The associate I've seen many times if I saw him again I would recognize him I think how him and Javier both handled the situation was unacceptable. Chick fil a set up the drive thru the way that is it and for you to allow someone to skip the drive thru and not do anything about it when I've been told many times that I most go around is the worst customer service ever. read more

Highly dislike and upset with the service received today at this particular Chick-Fil-A. The drive through was wrapped around the building. So I went inside stand in line for about ten minutes with only two other customers in front of me. Which they were waiting for at least five minutes themselves.The two employees working the front was moving slow and didn't show no sense of urgency, they didn't even apologize for the wait or say "that we will be right with you soon"... the condiment section on both sides were nearly empty. After sitting in the drive through line 15min a manager came put to tell me that I had entered the line incorrectly and asked that I drove around the building to enter. The manager was not friendly or helpful. Unfortunately, there wasn't anyone to direct traffic initially so I ended up leaving empty handed. I always enjoy Chick-fil-A. I feel like the overall experience is always catering toward their customers. When we walked in their power had just flickered off for a minute from the storm. Even though they couldn't ring up our order it didn't slow them down in any way. They got our drinks out to us anyway and wrote down our order on a piece of paper and starting filling it. Their POS system rebooted and they were able to put our order into the system after a couple minutes. Our food was ready as soon after we paid. I always buy their calenders annually because of the coupon cards and today I got a free iced coffee. I also have a Chick-fil-A One card which I get free things from occasionally as well. We missed the lunch rush but even after the line got long people's orders were being delivered to their tables without complaint. We had refills brought to us at our table. As we left I noticed although the line was getting long at the drive thru but they had two extra people working outside standing to take orders on tablets. Very efficient, quick, and good food. Only bad thing was the toilet had some water on the seat but after flushing I realized it was because of a strong flush that splashed up on the seat. read more
