Love this place. The food and service is always #1. I would recommend anytime! Always a long line but it goes fast.

I hate leaving negative reviews but CFA Corporate or Operator needs to see this. Yes, this is a terrible parking lot and the CFA suffers for it. However, if the employees were able to serve people faster there wouldn't be a huge issue. I waited 30 mins in the drive thru for a egg white grilled meal at 8:40 on a Tuesday. Once I got to the window, I had to pull forward because my meal wasn't ready. After I waited another 5-10 min I got my meal and drink, I took a sip of my drink and it was a Coke and Dr Pepper mix... not sure how a Coke Zero became that. Either way, I had to walk inside. There is no Core 4 or Second Mile service in this establishment. This operator needs to get in the store and instill these values into the employees. I should not have to wait at the counter for 10 minutes just before I have to say excuse me for someone to come over. I was literally in the line for the register. This place has no management and it shows. Which is sad because this location could absolutely crank. read more

This is best Chick-fil-A I have ever eaten at. The employees are amiable, quick, and attentive. The food is always great and I appreciate the cleanliness of the establishment. I guess a lot of the folks around here like the place, too, because it is always packed (at least whenever I stop by). During the busy hours, you have employees directing traffic and taking orders from car-to-car. That is smart and efficient! I love cfa more than anyone can imagine, however this cfa is the worst cfa I have ever came across. St. Cloud cfa would never treat me like this. I ordered my meal on the app and went to pick it up and when I got there the lady stated that she called my name multiple times and no one answered. I apologized and she rolled her eyes at me and went back to get my orders. I had a twelve piece nugget meal and she only gave me 2 sauces and had an attitude when I asked her for a few more. I then asked her for my drink and she said okay, and walked by me a few times and never brought it, until another guy asked me what I was waiting for and he got my drink for me. I just love Chick-Fil-A & I love this soup. They had some poor worker in the rain taking orders at lunch time to keep the line moving. So I couldn't let him work in vain, I stayed in line & ordered my soup. The line moved quick & I was back to work in no time. They serve with a separate bag of seasoned tortilla strips, but I always eat them separately. It is a creamy spicy chicken soup with corn & big chunks of chicken. I love chickfila, but this location is a nightmare. Always crazy busy even at off-peak times, and my food is almost always soggy and not fresh. The peach milkshake is ALWAYS delicious, though. Cant go wrong with one. I mostly avoid this location though, and head over to the one on the corner of bearss and bruce b downs, no crazy lines and my food is always perfect. read more

This is the most efficient drive thru I've ever seen in my life. I come here on Saturdays when I am training, so the lunch hour I get is the typical 11:30-12:30. When I get there around 11:45, it is packed every time. I've never been in line for long though. They always have people in the line directing traffic, taking orders and taking payments. Not once have I waited long, nor have they messed up my order even though there are cars and employees everywhere. The communication is phenomenal on their end in order to get all the right orders to the right cars. I look forward to this efficiency every Saturday! read more

I've been to this Chick-fil-a a few times, since I work at the University right nearby. I've never had a problem with ordering food for lunch or dinner. I decided to stop by a week or two ago in the morning, to try their breakfast. I ordered a number 2 (4 chicken sandwich minis, with honey). I paid and looked at my receipt, but didn't notice anything odd. When I got up to the window, the lady handed me my food, and when I looked inside, it was a regular chicken sandwich, not the chicken minis. I know it's probably not a huge difference, but it's not what I ordered. She quickly corrected my order, and I was on my way, so no harm done. I decided to try again this morning, once again in my way to work. I ordered a number 2 again, except substituted my hash browns for a Greek yogurt parfait, just without the strawberries. When I ordered the parfait, I saw the picture of a parfait with some fruit and walnuts (or some kind of nuts) on top, so that's what I was expecting, obviously minus the strawberries. I paid and once again, didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. I got my food, checked to make sure I had the parfait (in one bag) and the minis in a second bag, but didn't check the parfait closely. When I got to work and pulled the parfait out, I realized there were only about 2-3 blueberries on top, but also a crazy amount of crushed Oreo-style cookies too. Why would I order that for breakfast? I will eat it, but it's disappointing considering it's not what I ordered nor what I wanted, especially substituting the parfait for the hash browns for an extra $1.90! I think I'll skip this chick-fil-a for awhile. You always hear about them having good service, and while the staff is always friendly, that only goes so far when your order keeps getting messed up or they give you the wrong food. read more

Our High School kids were giving a Veterans Day concert at USF School of Music and our original meal plans did not go as planned. With very little time until showtime (50 mins), we dashed to this Chick-Fil-A to try to order food for about 20 kids. The team was very accommodating, allowing is to order a party platter and they knew of the time crunch and we were out of there in 15 minutes! The team helped us load our order into our car and we didn't even check the order we were in such a rush. Everything was fulfilled and they even thought to throw in napkins without us even asking. The gentleman who appeared to be a Manager, James, was so kind asking us if we wanted a drink while we waited even though we didn't order drinks. Thank you!!! Since they rebuilt, it is a lot easier to get through the drive thru, and they finally have an interior where you can sit and eat. The service is amazing as in most Chick-fil-a's. I had to wait a little for my chicken biscuit, so the guy at the window talked to me while I waited and they gave me a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich. This Chick-fil-a location has always been courteous, clean, and delicious! I've been coming here almost weekly for five years since I moved down here and have no plans to stop! I'm sorry to say this bc I used to like this place but my daughter, fiancé and myself went there two weeks ago and last week we all had the chicken stops and nuggets all the chicken was so dry and tasted like it was a few days old I went through drive through and left or else I would have complained. I thought I would give it a second chance and both times were horrible and I've been going there for years and never had a problem before so I'm not sure if it's a new manager or owner but it was nasty.i hope y'all can fix this issue for future guests. Terrible customer service. They tried to tell me that I needed to contact an app I used for my order in order to get my food that THEY forgot. I told her I contacted THEM the same day the food was ordered, and I was told by a manager there that they would write my name in their book and I could come at any time to pick up my forgotten meal. Come to get the meal and wait 30 minutes to get told by 2 different people they can't do anything because they apparently throw away the pages in the book if you don't come within 30 days. That's absolutely ridiculous I paid 15 dollars for the meal that was forgotten and they tried to argue with me about it. Terrible customer service I was on my lunch break and literally spent it trying to get food that they owed me! The manager rolled her eyes at me after telling me she couldn't do anything and got someone else who gave me my food I paid for. Do not recommend this place. Get better team leaders and pacesetters that don't roll their eyes and argue with customers. read more

This is fast food at its best The service is always good. If they get it wrong, they apologize and fix the problem immediately. They have employee working in the dining area and asking if they can get you a drink refill or anything else. The one thing I wish they would stop doing is vacuuming and spraying cleaner next to where people are eating. I realize the need to keep the place clean but I have had to move tables in the middle of eating to get out of the spray of cleaners and vacuum dust. Vacuuming makes it impossible to hear and have a conversation while eating. I like that the place is always clean, though. read more

Worst chick fil a I've ever gone to. As a prior chick fil a employee I underStand what training and protocol they undergo. And damn the Lord just skipped right over this one. He must of ran out of blessings before getting here. There was a worker and team leader trying to assist this woman whose order was wrong and I'm pretty sure i heard them ask her to go home and get her receipt for an order. Those systems can back track every order and look her up by receipt plus she had a massive order like damn near $60 worth of food and they never apologized to this woman. So finally we get up. My orders is simple enough. But my friends was all kinds of jacked up. She ordered a deluxe spicy sandwich with pepper jack and a plain sandwich. They come out with a spicy sandwich no pickle and pepper jack that says CARRY OUT and a normal deluxe with American cheese. When my friend mentioned it, they told her she was wrong and that the order was fine. So after informing them why and what was wrong the girl, Virginia agrees to fix it. She was the expeditor and was the one who obviously doesn't read what the ticket says or what she's being handed. The team lead comes over to verify the refund. 15 minutes she waited for her food. And a refund of .60 cents. At this point we are pissed for the time and having to explain this damn near 4 times to the most incompetent person. Usually love Chick-fil-A and their service however I was disappointed with this location. I ordered on the mobile app for curb side pick up. The order only consisted of two meals and a cookie. After we arrived we did as instructed put the space number and waited. The card was charged and after a couple minutes we got a message that the order was on it's way out. After waiting for 15 minutes in the car I walked in to check on the food and make sure it didn't go to the wrong car. I was told we were waiting on Mac n cheese. The order was then prepared and we left. Afterwards we discovered the cookie was missing. It wasn't worth the drive back. I think they are more worried about their drive through/order times than they are about customer service at this location. The order was cleared from the screen to make it appear as though it was served quickly. Again usually love this chain however this location needs improvement. read more

We redeemed two grilled sandwiches on the app. We waited in the drive thru and were told we would be helped at the window due to the app not letting us place a mobile order. My wife and I were turned away after waiting! Needless to say we were also holding up other cars behind us! We were sent home and were very hungry at the time. We drove to the chik fil a on Cove Bend about 2-3 miles away where they helped us out. I generally don't write reviews for fast food locations but I was very impressed with the customer service at the particular locations. Every staff employee that I've interacted with have been friendly and professional. During noon time when there is a huge line around the drive through they are able to maintain that friendliness and professionalism. The stand is also extremely efficient and getting the orders in and making sure that the customers get their orders in a timely manner. If I'm craving Chick-fil-A when I am in the USF area...this is my go to location. read more

This Chick-Fil-A is still one of my favorite fast food joints, but the location at 5302 E Fowler Ave over the past several years has really lacked in drive thru efficiency. I thought maybe after the complete renovation that maybe they would have gotten more efficient it their service time... sadly they actually got worse. I went through the drive through last night and it took a total of 12:47:21 minutes between me pulling into the drive thru line and getting my order. Now yes 12:47:21 minutes not the longest time ever I agree but they could take a queue form the store on Waters Ave. who generally has me through their lines in about 6. There were 3 cars in front of me with 4 in front of them. Two of the ones in front of me were at the order boards and one in between. 5:00:98 minutes from my pull in to get to the board; 7:10:82 minutes to get from the board to the windows. The dinning room area was not full and there were only a few people in the lobby ordering. The staff as always were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this location but only for dine in ONLY! read more

This place is always packed! Though they do seem to be able to keep it moving. The staff always is very pleasant and focused on each customer. Price is on the high side.
